Mr. Shmucher was great. He handled a case for my daughter that we didn't even know about until we were served. It took him all of 24 hours after we spoke to get the company to agree to settle for about a 3rd of what they were suing for. Update* first and foremost, I have not had time sharing with my son since I asked Mouse to file contempt. That was 26 days ago. This was the action that Longwell advised against. Then the moment he filed for withdraw, the opposing side figured they don’t have to follow any time sharing. They know he has my $, and they know I can’t hire another lawyer without that $.
Second, abusive? How does being disrespectful magically upgrade to abusive? Oh I wrote a review, so you lied. Get over it. Let’s define abuse. Improper use of something. You quit, you’re holding onto TWELVE THOUSAND DOLLARS, with zero legal ability to charge against it, and you refuse to return it to your former client so he can hire a new lawyer. That’s abusing funds. My pool boy returns the money within a week if he doesn’t provide the service.
Third, you did not call me Mr Longwell, which means you could not have left a message. If you did, prove it cause I can prove you didn’t. Why would you lie about something so trivial.
I’ve updated to include the most recent billing after they quit. It is an indisputable fact that they have now paid themselves more in one month to quit, than any of the other previous months they claimed they did diligent work.
I hired Longwell lawyers early 2021 for a paternity trial. It is August 2024, no parenting plan agreement. No Trial, Carson Mouser is withdrawing claiming I am rude and disrespectful. I never hired him, I had hired a different attorney in their firm and my case was eventually “assessed to benefit” from being appointed Mouser. I had no choice in the matter.
He had agreed to go to trial, I paid him $2000 to “prepare” and then Mouser requested $10,000 for trial. Eventually the opposition hired a lawyer and requested an update within 30 days or I was going to default. I sent an email to Mouser asking what I needed at the beginning of the work week. He never responded, at all. I sent him two more emails after the mother refused to exchange at the end of the work week, he didn’t respond. I had to call Mousers office, once he got on the phone I had asked him why he didn’t answer me and he said that I sent my email directly to him. My exact words were, “that’s a problem?” And Mouser said he’s done, he’s withdrawing. So I asked for a return of my money, he said to call the office.
I call the office and they tell me they will ONLY RETURN MY MONEY AFTER I SIGN CONSENT and then they have 90 days to return it after the motion is granted. I ask for my file and they said they only turn it over after withdrawing.
Let’s be super clear. They were paid since 2021 to go to trial. They have 12k specifically for trial. They have made their intentions clear they will NOT go to trial. But will NOT return money they do not intend to use. They are aware I have to respond to the courts within 24 days or I default.
Can you imagine your former lawyer holding onto the only $ you had for trial after they filed for a trial date, $ which they don’t even intend to use? I don’t make a lot of money. They know that though. I have been the sole provider for daycare for the entire year, and barely can pay that.
I see Mark Longwell has responded to a previous poor review about Carson Mouser. His argument will be I was rude and disrespectful. Even if your lawyers assumed I was disrespectful, their response is to blow the case for their precious client? Hold onto money I’ve paid for trial after filing for a trial? If anything I said here is untrue, you should sue me. Cause I’ve been left with the choice to either pay for a new lawyer, or pay for VPK.
$12,000 being held. 40kish more already wasted. I should have never hired them and fired them the moment they stuck Mr Mouse on the job without my consent.
I should have just bought oceanfront property in Colorado. The same exact result would be happening right now. No parenting plan, no trial, money for trial stuck with in a useless spot.

One of the attorneys in particular, Muna Abraham has gone above and beyond to fix something that was handled incorrectly by another firm. The Bryant Law Firm is fantastic! A must if your looking for a law firm that really takes an interest in you and your concerns. I am very displeased with John Crone. I hired him in 2022 to take on a probate case and have been disappointed with the lack of communication. I have been trying to run him down only to get brushed off every time. I have emails stating that due to the amount of assets my father has this would be a couple month long case. I have been so stressed out due to lack of communication and being in the dark about everything that I have started seeking therapy. I go through the reviews and notice that those that are very pleased with his work have the opposite ethnicity of me. I want to put into perspective that he was paid up front exactly what he asked for and has been dragging my case for almost 2 years. He says my case is unique and promises to get back with information and never does. This has added unbelievable stress to me. I would not recommend him to any African American people. This already bad situation has gotten worse. I pray he finally gets back to me because it does not take months and months to answer questions or acknowledge my concerns.

I’ve been working with Ms Grant for over five years to fight some predatory student loans. Both her and legal assistants have been wonderful. I was forewarned that this was a long process and I needed to be patient. We’re still going through the process with some banks, but they have been able to get many of my loans dismissed. I’m so happy that I decided to work with them. It is a long process, but it’s helped repair my credit and resolve loans that were improperly handled between my college and the banks. They call me every two weeks like clockwork and I have never had an issue getting documentation or getting in touch with someone if I have questions. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

Called him the first time because another situation wasn't being resolved by that legal counsel; he answered my questions, gave me direction. Called him the 2nd time because of landlord foreclosure issue (I'm the renter) and he answered those questions as well PLUS supported me in my distress.
But today, well, today takes the cake.
Suffice to say:
Robbed by company of items, threatened when I asked where they were, threatened after the sheriff I called departed, harassed me as I walked back to the car.
Mr. Harder told me exactly what to do while I was at that location, how to handle and document everything to further sue the idiots for many violations of civil and potentially criminal activity.
At a time when I was utterly distraught, Mr. Harder had my back... and my best interests in mind.

I emailed him on Saturday afternoon. He called me back during his off time because he thought the issue was interesting. He took time out of his day off (again, on Saturday) to discuss the situation. I emailed him a follow up question. ON HIS OWN ACCORD WITHOUT ASKING FOR A RETAINER: Mr. Harder went and looked up public records, reviewed detailed documents and provided not only a legal opinion, but offered two possible solutions to the problem... again, without asking to be retained. If my issue needs to be litigated... he's my guy!

It was so very worth spending a half day with Cory going through the firearms safety training course. He was super professional & knowledgeable, including the relevant laws (of course, since he's an attorney), and packed in a wealth of knowledge and practice into 4 hours. They could not get my name on at a time of great need representing Morgan and Morgan I expected way more than just someone who could not get my name right could not get the names of my doctors or doctors assistance right could not get the orders right.
Leaving me to have multiple tripsps for the same things the.
I must say the are not on top of the game they are not for the people I am living suffering proof.
don't they understand the pain and suffering at the people are going through and they depend on these attorneys for help.
and then they can't get nobody's name right they can't answer any telephone calls when regards I was in the emergency room and they had the information required to save a lot more discomfort and radiation.
I just don't know what to do when I only understand the one language I believe I speak well,
and then ask for one thing help with my medical situation that is the first thing I asked for.
Who wants to be paralyzed who wants to be in constant pain
who wants to be promised that they will get the help they're asking for to find out they get nothing but a incompetent at best paralegal who cannot get my name right cause me Mr cook cannot tell Bernice from brunette.
When it's an emergency they forget about you at the emergency room while my family frantically is trying to contact them and given the experience line.
I honestly don't understand I was told this was a good attorney but yet I am seeing something totally different.
I specifically asked for Morgan & Morgan because I thought they had more medical resources which forgot to be the absolute opposite.
All medical help that I received with prior to and after Morgan & Morgan it took them over two weeks just to get the paperwork wrong and the name wrong.

My experience was just short of negligence. Communication is desperately lacking, my requests to review motions before submitted on my behalf and communications from opposing attorneys were completely ignored, and the outcome due to their ignorance was less than acceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this firm to anyone that is looking for a thorough, detailed, and aggressive firm to represent them.

Worst family law firm in Orlando. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy! Lack of focus, terrible communication, ignorance, and outright lies is exactly what you should expect from Paulette Hamilton and her staff. When you look for representation as you go to battle, please find another law firm, one that is aggressive, pays attention to you, and is detail oriented. This Clown show does not care about their clients, they care about money. I honestly don’t know how they are not embarrassed with how they handled my case and I will spread word far and wide so that nobody I know is taken advantage of like I was. PLEASE find a firm that is truly looking out for you - Divorce and child custody is hard enough without having a lackluster attorney representing you.

His website makes the misrepresentation that it is a free evaluation which makes people believe an attorney will be evaluating the case. They charged me $150 for a telephone consultation but claimed it was for a telephone evaluation (Misleading. I never received a valuation I only gave info. and schedule the telephone consult). Then the attorney Joseph told me that he would refund any unused retainer funds during the telephone conversation but when I got the retainer agreement, it stated NON-REFUNDABLE retainer of $12,000+ and that the money was earned upon receipt. When I asked him to remove the NON-REFUNDABLE term from the retainer, he refused and declined to represent me. It is my opinion from my initial dealings with him that he was not honest with me. And that he and his firm are very much aware that people are being misled to believe the term "schedule your free evaluation" is a "free consultation" by an attorney but they play on those words to get people to call the firm then they do a BAIT-N-SWITCH.
