They could not get my name on at a time of great need representing Morgan and Morgan I expected way more than just someone who could not get my name right could not get the names of my doctors or doctors assistance right could not get the orders right.
Leaving me to have multiple tripsps for the same things the.
I must say the are not on top of the game they are not for the people I am living suffering proof.
don't they understand the pain and suffering at the people are going through and they depend on these attorneys for help.
and then they can't get nobody's name right they can't answer any telephone calls when regards I was in the emergency room and they had the information required to save a lot more discomfort and radiation.
I just don't know what to do when I only understand the one language I believe I speak well,
and then ask for one thing help with my medical situation that is the first thing I asked for.
Who wants to be paralyzed who wants to be in constant pain
who wants to be promised that they will get the help they're asking for to find out they get nothing but a incompetent at best paralegal who cannot get my name right cause me Mr cook cannot tell Bernice from brunette.
When it's an emergency they forget about you at the emergency room while my family frantically is trying to contact them and given the experience line.
I honestly don't understand I was told this was a good attorney but yet I am seeing something totally different.
I specifically asked for Morgan & Morgan because I thought they had more medical resources which forgot to be the absolute opposite.
All medical help that I received with prior to and after Morgan & Morgan it took them over two weeks just to get the paperwork wrong and the name wrong.

I used Chiumento Law for a real estate matter and wow! I had no idea how much detail really went into contracts. Caroline McNeil and Vincent Sullivan went through over 500 pages with a fine-tooth comb and found several errors in my title package. The staff at Chiumento Law and attorneys both went above and beyond for me. Larry was referred to me by another Orlando Lawyer who told me Larry had soundly beat him in a collections case. I have found Larry to be an excellent litigator with a sound understanding of the law and good writing skills. Larry is very personable and will tell you up front if he is the right lawyer for your particular problem. I call Larry often for his opinion and advice on all kinds of matters. Over the years I have referred my friends to Larry because I know he is honest and will do a good job.
Most recently, I told Larry about a problem I had with a lender on a commercial property. Larry suggested a chapter 11 bankruptcy (reorganization) for the property in order to force the lender to negotiate the loan and stop a foreclosure. He jumped right on it, stopped the foreclosure, negotiated down the lenders legal fees (from $10,000 to $3,000) and got my plan approved. Today I still own the building, the loan is reinstated and I have equity in the property.

Horrible experience with Mr. Strolla. He took my case never informing me that I had court dates, one I was required to be at and could have ended with me having a bench warrant. He pleaded for me based on a misinterpreted text message. I consistently asked to meet him in person and was ignored. When asking about my case, ignored, when I finally said I may need to hire a different attorney, he immediately answered and said let me know and i'll sign the paperwork. $5,000 completely wasted I would have been better off with a public defender and they would have cared more. Worst experience of my life and the worst part he was referred to me .... he is a great talker in the beginning and then never follows through...
Going to court is scary and you want an attorney that has your back and fights for you, not one that takes your money and ignores you.

I first was put into contact with Mr. Rich by my lawyer in Indiana in 2016. My younger brother had passed away unexpectedly and I was the appointed executor of his estate. He owned property in Florida that either needed to be sold or transferred to me. As there were two other siblings involved from other states, it became a little more complicated. Mr. Rich was able to get all things sorted out to everyone’s satisfaction.
In 2020 my husband, myself and my in-laws got involved with the purchase of a “time share” in Florida. It involved a large corporation with resorts all over the United States. As time went on, we realized we were not getting what was promised to us. We wanted out of the contract, but of course they said that was not possible. I contacted Mr Rich again to see if we had any way out. After he heard everything that was promised and what we actually were getting he took our case. We won!
I have worked now with Mr. Rich on two occasions. Neither of these cases were large, but I always felt he always worked his hardest to obtain a good outcome for me. He is very knowledgeable, very approachable, honest and tenacious. I highly recommend him and would not hesitate to call upon him again should the need arise.

Like most people we have had both good and bad experiences with Attorneys. Todd Rich answered a 1/2 million dollar suit brought against us and drafted a counter suit that was lawyering beyond words. result was we won by the plaintiff dismissing the suit entirely and with prejdudice to boot.

I cannot express how grateful I am to have had my case finalized by Ehrlich & Naparstek. I say finalized because originally my case was with a giant firm and the file just gets pushed around from desk to desk. Due to a conflict of interest they transferred my case to Ehrlich & Naperstek, it was the best thing they did for me. I was giving frequent updates, they found so many missing pieces that were significant to the case and I ended with a significantly larger settlement than the original firm was requesting. I hope no one ever finds themself in a situation that you need an injury attorney but if you do this is the one you want representing you. Bigger is not better. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
