I called on an inquiry unrelated to the business, and their desk attendant was present and kind and courteous. I have always believed that a business can either have patches of good near the top like bubbles on water; or they are good all the way through like a bar of soap. I usually find that those good bubbles pop at the slightest inconveniences. this business was kind and courteous when they didn't need to be. thank you. I hope this helps.

My daughter and myself were in an accident with a truck. He slammed into and took off. Afterwards the truck company denied our injuries and claims. Mr. Snyder was referred to me by another attorney i respect. Mr Snyder was very firm and pushed the case all the way to litigation. I hired this firm to take on a security negligence case. We’re I suffered a severe TBI back in December 2021 .. About a year later I questioned whether or not this attorney and this firm was capable of handling this type of case because I had doubts. I let Mr. Studer convince me to keep him as my attorney , so I did. When I finally had enough and I reached out to him to fire him, Seth Studer told me you don’t have to fire me because I’m stepping down from practicing Law. I said that might be best. Mr. Studer never called me one time over the 2+ years he had my case and asked me how I was doing , I’m not exaggerating. I have phone records to prove it phone records to prove how many times he ignored. My calls ignored my text messages and how many times he did call me the phone Records don’t lie. This wasn’t a simple car accident. This is a traumatic brain injury case , I’m not the same person I used to be. I feel like this attorney should have checked on me periodically return those text messages and those calls. I notified this attorney six or seven times throughout the course of two years telling him that I was feeling suicidal.. And that I wanted to know why I was having these thoughts that started every since I endured this horrific night and downtown Orlando it’s not that I want to kill myself, but I can’t control the thoughts. Good thing I didn’t kill myself. I wouldn’t be able to create this post right now. Thank God .. This firm should have gotten me some psychological treatment he should have sent me to a psychiatrist , he should have done a lot of things, but he didn’t. I will be filling out the Florida Bar Complaint and it’s going to start there. I can’t post all the screenshots of all the text messages that he didn’t reply to, but I can provide them to the Flordia Bar and I plan on it. I’ve retained two other law firms to take over the case, and they immediately put me in treatment for depression psychiatric reasons to find out why I’m having suicidal thoughts Tbi Treatment centers. I’m now getting the help and seeing the doctors that I should’ve been seen since Mr. Studer took my case, but he wasn’t sending me to any doctors and I trusted him is sad to say the different brain doctor that I’m seeing today have All told me why are you starting treatment three years after the injury you should’ve been receiving treatment when it happened so hopefully at that point in time I had a better chance at potential recovery but because I waited so long the doctors don’t think seeking treatment now is going to do any good and this is sad very emotional. I wouldn’t recommend this Law Firm to anybody out there all these Law Firm say they have the clients best interest the interest they have is the money going in their pocket And this is a prime example it said to say again this was the worst day of my life. It changed my life forever and I wish that I never hired this Seth stutter or firm in general because it wasn’t just Seth Studer. It was the Firm and that’s exactly what Studer told me . Make sure when hiring a lawyer, just because there websites say “ auto accident, slip n fall, security neglect “ doesn’t mean they have actually tried one of those types of cases before, just means there Liscence to take on that particular type of case. So please I give y’all some advice, attorneys are quick to send out electronic signatures needed for the victim to sign, So you don’t call around anywhere else. When We all should do are homework and find out more about the attorney of your choice before signing that email.

Robert was awesome to work with. My case took years to resolve and i never felt out of the loop. I could always get ahold of him through text, calls, or emails. He took what we needed into account and always made sure we were able to get the treatment we needed for our injuries. In the long run we were able to settle right as the trial started and we are happy to have our future treatment and more secure. I’ve been working with Ms Grant for over five years to fight some predatory student loans. Both her and legal assistants have been wonderful. I was forewarned that this was a long process and I needed to be patient. We’re still going through the process with some banks, but they have been able to get many of my loans dismissed. I’m so happy that I decided to work with them. It is a long process, but it’s helped repair my credit and resolve loans that were improperly handled between my college and the banks. They call me every two weeks like clockwork and I have never had an issue getting documentation or getting in touch with someone if I have questions. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

Called him the first time because another situation wasn't being resolved by that legal counsel; he answered my questions, gave me direction. Called him the 2nd time because of landlord foreclosure issue (I'm the renter) and he answered those questions as well PLUS supported me in my distress.
But today, well, today takes the cake.
Suffice to say:
Robbed by company of items, threatened when I asked where they were, threatened after the sheriff I called departed, harassed me as I walked back to the car.
Mr. Harder told me exactly what to do while I was at that location, how to handle and document everything to further sue the idiots for many violations of civil and potentially criminal activity.
At a time when I was utterly distraught, Mr. Harder had my back... and my best interests in mind.

I emailed him on Saturday afternoon. He called me back during his off time because he thought the issue was interesting. He took time out of his day off (again, on Saturday) to discuss the situation. I emailed him a follow up question. ON HIS OWN ACCORD WITHOUT ASKING FOR A RETAINER: Mr. Harder went and looked up public records, reviewed detailed documents and provided not only a legal opinion, but offered two possible solutions to the problem... again, without asking to be retained. If my issue needs to be litigated... he's my guy!

I only met with Mr. Meyer once for a consultation whether I needed to file bankruptcy or not due to two foreclosures ocurred the end of 2012. After reviewing my W2 and the form the two mortgage companies sent IRS reporting abandonment of the property, market value and county assessment, he recommended no need of filing chapter 7, and offered to do my taxes at $500.00. I thought it was a bit pricey.
