I was recommended to Mr. Tam by a fellow co-worker which found him through the internet. Mr. Tam helped me with a garnishment, and also with my bankruptcy (ch 7). I owed over 24k, and for a fraction of the cost he got it done. Very professional, and he knows the system very well.
Just make sure you have your case number when you contact him if your being garnished.

Dan was amazing. He took on my case to quash a default judgement that I had received. The default judgement was received without proper process service and in the wrong venue.
Dan interviewed me, created an Affidavit and wrote a 24 page motion to dismiss. The motion was extremely well written. Within days of submitting to the court the judgment was vacated and the case dismissed.
Thanks Dan - you were great. I highly recommend using Daniel Tam.

Alan was involved for nine months in my real estate dispute which took over two years to conclude. He joined with his partner Michelle Hurvitz who had been leading the case since it began. Because of Covid I was not able to meet Alan in person, but it really didn't matter. Larry was referred to me by another Orlando Lawyer who told me Larry had soundly beat him in a collections case. I have found Larry to be an excellent litigator with a sound understanding of the law and good writing skills. Larry is very personable and will tell you up front if he is the right lawyer for your particular problem. I call Larry often for his opinion and advice on all kinds of matters. Over the years I have referred my friends to Larry because I know he is honest and will do a good job.
Most recently, I told Larry about a problem I had with a lender on a commercial property. Larry suggested a chapter 11 bankruptcy (reorganization) for the property in order to force the lender to negotiate the loan and stop a foreclosure. He jumped right on it, stopped the foreclosure, negotiated down the lenders legal fees (from $10,000 to $3,000) and got my plan approved. Today I still own the building, the loan is reinstated and I have equity in the property.

I first was put into contact with Mr. Rich by my lawyer in Indiana in 2016. My younger brother had passed away unexpectedly and I was the appointed executor of his estate. He owned property in Florida that either needed to be sold or transferred to me. As there were two other siblings involved from other states, it became a little more complicated. Mr. Rich was able to get all things sorted out to everyone’s satisfaction.
In 2020 my husband, myself and my in-laws got involved with the purchase of a “time share” in Florida. It involved a large corporation with resorts all over the United States. As time went on, we realized we were not getting what was promised to us. We wanted out of the contract, but of course they said that was not possible. I contacted Mr Rich again to see if we had any way out. After he heard everything that was promised and what we actually were getting he took our case. We won!
I have worked now with Mr. Rich on two occasions. Neither of these cases were large, but I always felt he always worked his hardest to obtain a good outcome for me. He is very knowledgeable, very approachable, honest and tenacious. I highly recommend him and would not hesitate to call upon him again should the need arise.

Like most people we have had both good and bad experiences with Attorneys. Todd Rich answered a 1/2 million dollar suit brought against us and drafted a counter suit that was lawyering beyond words. result was we won by the plaintiff dismissing the suit entirely and with prejdudice to boot.

Atty. Clancy's professionalism and work ethic convinced me that he was a better choice than another attorney I was considering in my car vs. bike accident. Originally, I had inquired about another matter and he answered my litigation questions succinctly and effectively and then networked to get the best solution for me. When Atty. Matthew Collett was referred to me to handle my case, the first thing I did was reviewed his profiles against the other attorney profiles that I had in my list. I've used Omar for a couple of things and been very happy with his service. He's great about communicating, which not all lawyers are. His fees are reasonable, given the cost of legal issues these days. He gives things to you straight, but lets you make your own decision after laying out all the facts. After being dropped by multiple attorneys because of a complicated case relating to my SSDI Appeals, Ms. Wilburne and the staff assured me that they would do everything they could to resolve my denial. She informed me of the good, the bad, and the ugly. All of my calls were returned by the next business day and the staff always had an answer.... If they didnt know it they would have joanne follow up with me directly. I would def. recommend this atty to anyone who was ready to give up like I was.

I was referred to the Law office of Joanne Wilburne 2 years ago, and am thankful I was. She and her staff are extremely professional and competent to handle any and all your needs. They are both reassuring and caring that the job will get done and done right. Joanne, is the best laywer I have ever dealt with. This is not a processing plant, where the attorney does not know you, but rather, they handle each case individually. Tom has helped me several times. He helped me file for disability & I was approved first attempt. I received my first check 3 months after I filed.
He has helped me with bad landlords. He even was able to get my dogs back 2 days after I was going to sell them as I have mental issues and was so sad feeling I let my dogs go. Tom is a wonderful man who truly cares about his clients and employees. I also had the privalge of working for him and he was the best boss I've ever had.
