I would absolutely suggest anyone looking for immigration representation to weigh your options and look elsewhere for immigration representation. My personal opinion and experience with consulting with Garza & Associates is not a good experience. The consultation fee is $100, and the consultation may or may not be directly with an actual immigration attorney. In my case I was not given the option to reschedule, and I did not speak to Martha Garza or any actual immigration attorney. In addition, the individual who assisted me was not up to date with the laws and informed me that I would receive a call to confirm if I may be eligible to obtain a legal status. The person who assisted me said she "discussed" my situation with the attorney at the office and that the attorney wasn't too sure about my situation either. Finally, I do not recommend this law firm, and I honestly suggest doing better research for an immigration attorney who can provide conclusive options and/or answer for your type of case during your consultation.

Julia Rios was brought back in to Morley and was AMAZING. Follow up and getting in touch with people was very difficult at the beginning. Once she was there, she completely on top of it. A friend told me about their delivery experience when delivering food to your office, How can a Billion dollar company, not Tip the delivery drivers, for the hard work it takes to prepare your food for delivery, and not to mention the bad weather we are experiencing, y'all might be some great lawyers, but y'all are some bad tippers. They've been representing me for around 5 years concerning the zantac lawsuit. They send me letters stating there's been advancements in the case but I can't get through to them either through phone calls or emails I believe that they are a scam. It should be reported to the bar. Because right now they are engaging in fraudulent activities, negligence and breach of contract
