I had the privilege of working with Dan Cook and his team during an unwanted, very stress-filled, unreasonably delayed divorce. Dan was able to keep things simple, equitable, and given the circumstances, extremely reasonably priced. Kind, compassionate, understanding, supportive, all the good thingsthat you would hope to find in someone who is defending you and fighting fiercely on your behalf. I highly recommend Dan Cook as a lawyer, but moreover, as a human being. When my paperwork was finally brought to court, the official saw it was Mr Cook, commented that all of his documents are always done correctly and moved us to the front of the line! It was finished almost before I could grasp that it was 'my turn' and suddenly all the pieces that I'd waited for to fall into place were set into stone. I remain grateful for the work put in on my behalf by Dan, Stacy, and the rest of their team.

I am writing to recognize the outstanding legal representation of Dan Cook and his team at Alliance Law Group. Dan's legal and court system prowess are exceptional. I retained Dan around October to help me right the wrongs that were slipped in to my divorce without notifying me. He had it taken care of by November! My ex was out of prison and emotionally I was no where near ready to face him. Not only were Dan and his staff respectful and professional, but I finally felt heard. I felt like this company truly had my back and fought for me when I was unable to. It took me 9 months to gather the courage to find an attorney I was comfortable with, and if anyone has similar worries for their situation I highly recommend Dan.

Mr. Vander Wel is very responsible, very reliable. He answered my questions timely and clearly, even for some of my minor questions, he provided me background knowledge out of his busy schedule. And his pricing is very reasonable, similar to the real estate lawyer I used in New Jersey. So when I called another Bellevue lawyer I was surprised that law office gave me much higher quote. I was awarded legal fees after an investment LLC filed a frivolous lien on my property. The owner of the LLC was upset by this ruling and refused to pay, counting on the fact that I had spent my limited resources fighting him in the aforementioned court battle. It wasn’t a large sum that was owed to me, at least for this company, under $10,000, but it was enough to make a difference in the life of a single mom, which I am. When I reached out to Theo, I explained my case to him and that I felt like I had no options for how to proceed as I couldn’t afford the retainer that most lawyers charged for such things. Theo worked with me to create a win-win situation for he and I both and then successfully settled the issue in a very short amount of time without having to go to court. He was easy and a pleasure to work with, and I felt valued as a person, not just another case. I highly recommend working with Theo.

Christian was a pleasure to work with! It was the first time I've had to work with a lawyer and he helped walk me through all the steps for our company to get a lien filed and all subsequent work thereafter to get the matter resolved. He was always available by phone, replied back via email promptly and was very knowledgeable. He helped us file the lien and work with their lawyers to come up with a settlement. Amsale Aberra law PLLC is one of the best law firm in Seattle .
In 2019 I had a very tough immigration case and I hired another law firm and it didn’t go well, I spend more than 3k and finally my case got denied due to the lawyer’s irresponsible action. A few months later a friends of mine suggested to contact Amsale’s law firm. She was very kind, positive , thoughtful and a good listener. She listened the entire issue with the previous law firm, and what surprised me was her focus to resolve the problem instead of nailing down.
After a brief discussion and consultation, I hired her to represent me the same case which I got denied previously.
It took her shorter time comparing with the previous lawyer and successfully won my case. Not only that, through the entire process of my case with Amsale I was getting an update based on the information timeframe of each steps from immigration office.
The best part of her consultation, if she thinks your case doesn’t worse to continue, she doesn’t wanna waste your money! This is how she does business !
I will always refer to Amsale law firm for friend and family because she is trustworthy!

I originally hired Sean because a plumbing company had caused structural damages to floor joists during a renovation and they would not accept responsibility. What happened instead was Sean transferred me to Joe and the lawsuit lasted 2 1/2 years. We ended up going to arbitration and I won all damages but zero lawyers fees.
Incredibly frustrating experience.
I wouldn’t hire nor recommend them.
I regret hiring Sean and Joe.

I worked with Will Reingold, Jr for my divorce, who was recommended to me by a friend. He was friendly and knowledgeable for a process that is painful for most. The guy always works and never seems to miss a beat. He is always on top of it and prioritizes to get things done/executed like you're his only client. He made efforts to resolve more complicated challenges like parental rights of embryos even though it's not his wheelhouse.

My wife and I had been talking about getting our will done for years. This year was the year we got it done, and Tyler with McNeice Wheeler was fantastic. We scheduled a phone call with him due to COVID and was patient as we worked out the three way calling between my office, his office, and my wife at home. He gave a high level overview of the process and conversation we were going to have, then filled in some of the details, and then walked us through each step asking us questions about what we wanted and what our goals were. We had a less than typical case and he recognized that a traditional will was not the best option and helped us set up a trust. He asked lots of questions and allowed us to as well. It was a very collaborative process. He had the documents drafted and sent to us quickly. Due to an error on our end, we didn’t realize we had them for a few days, but when we realized it, we reviewed the drafts and were happily surprised at the small details included that we had never thought of. He was patient with our (mostly mine) several emails asking questions and requesting clarification and answering hypotheticals. Once we were satisfied, we scheduled a convenient time for us to go in and sign. They had everything ready and laid out in the conference room with the necessary witnesses and notary (all socially distanced of course!) and made it super easy to pop in, sign, and continue with the rest of our errands that day. If you need your estate planning done, or any legal support, McNeice Wheeler deserves your attention.

I was at a loss when I was served papers by a debt buyer claiming I had opened a credit account and wasn't paying on it. I felt extremely embarrassed and taken advantage of as this claim was severely affecting my credit. Finding Patrick was the best thing I could have done for myself. He took the time to listen to everything I said, asked questions without judgement, and created a case for me against this debt buyer that I was deathly afraid I didn't have a chance at winning. Not only did he get the case dismissed but I was awarded attorney's fees, something I really didn't believe we had a chance with and is what I believe to be quite rare. More important then the money, this fixed my credit score. I would absolutely work with Patrick again and solidly recommend him.

My wife and I wanted to tell you how much we appreciate the work you've done, and even more so in how genuine and transparent you have been throughout the process. At the beginning my wife was pretty freaked out about being whacked with a six thousand-plus dollar bill in the event we had no defense, but conversely freaked out about what would happen if we elected to seek representation...we've never done that before and I think we both always thought that was something only rich people could do. So we kind of felt stuck between a rock and a hard place. Robert is the best attorney I have ever worked with. From our first meeting, he explained everything to me in terms I could easily understand and was always very responsive when I had questions outside of our meeting. He answered the phone when I called and always got back to my e-mails. He got some negative items off my credit and got my credit scores from the 500 to over 800 I can actually qualify for a home loan now. He even got me some money to help me pay for my sons collage I cant say enough about how he has changed my life! If you have stuff that might be on your credit that's not your fault, I would say hire this man he's the best!!

Robert is amazing and has the knowledge and expertise necessary to help you.
He is fantastic at stopping debt collectors that are conducting intimidating and abusive tactics and performing illegal practices to collect consumer debt.
I was injured in 2014, as a result I suffered a financial hardship and couldn't pay my creditors, I had lost everything by 2017, surrendering the last item I couldn't pay and was basically homeless staying with freinds.
When I returned to work, working for financial recovery and to gain the basic necessities to survive I was defeated by an attorney of law representing a debt collector because I chose to go it alone without representation, that was in 2020.
In 2021, a year later I was served again by the exact same attorney representing another debt collector.
I could hardly believe what was going on and felt that the attorney was actively searching my name for debt and wouldn't stop until every penny I had would be theirs and i would be homeless. I had had enough, my only hope this time around would be representation.
I called Robert Mitchell's office for help, Robert called me back immediately as he knew that there was no time to waste.
He obtained information from me (plaintiff attorney, my credit report and state that debt originated) and a brief history of the debt, he then put my mind at ease and assured me he will be doing all he can to help me.
Within a few days Robert found many problems with the collection lawsuit against me and immediately launched an aggressive countersuit against the plaintiff which not only resulted in a dismissal of the case but a deletion of an erroneous account on my credit report with a substantial monetary settlement in my favor.
I was amazed at what Robert accomplished in a short amount of time, as I had only expected a reduction, a wash or dismissal of the case.
In conclusion, i would like to say that if you are finding yourself in a similar situation or something in regards, please don't ignore or hide from it, don't get the feeling you have no where to turn to, I would recommend you call and consult with Robert immediately, he can be your only hope, the winning edge against the illegal practices debt collectors are resorting to.

I contacted Glenn with a request to prepare all the standard estate documents (Will, health care directive, durable power of attorney, etc) within the next 3 weeks. Within 2 weeks all the documents had been prepared and signed/notarized. During that time, he answered all my questions and incorporated any concerns I had into the documents, using language I could understand. He was very knowledgeable, professional and responsive. After contacting several attorney offices, I found his rates to be comparable and even slightly better than some. He is very approachable, and I really appreciated how he worked me into his schedule, even though he was preparing to move offices within the next two weeks. I would highly recommend Glenn and will go to him again, if the need arises.

Mr. Maxwell provided advice on how to enter an arbitration award as a court judgment. He is a good communicator and helped me understand the process, the costs, and the tradeoffs. I was especially impressed with Mr. Maxwell's interest in getting the best result for *me*. When he perceived an opportunity for me to save time and money, he recommended it--even though it meant me working with a different attorney. Mr. Maxwell could have elected to not mention the alternative and done the work--and earned the fees--himself, but he was looking out for my best interest, which speaks highly of his character.
