Will Reingold was one of the attorneys who represented me in my divorce. Will’s overall attentiveness to the case and its myriad of deadlines demonstrated a high degree of detail-orientation that was incredibly reassuring during a very difficult period. It was a contentious case in which many motions were filed by both parties, which meant a lot of legal writing had to be done. Will’s writing was unfailingly crisp, concise (while still comprehensive), and persuasive. Through his writing I could tell how seriously he took my case, and how much he cared about the way his rhetoric would put me in a position to achieve a positive outcome. Additionally, the speed with which Will was able to produce incredibly well-written artifacts was equally impressive. If you are looking for someone to do excellent work for you, you will be hard pressed to find a better writer than Will.

Ben helped me a few years back and really helped me deal with slumlords. They didnt care that my apt smelled like sewer, once I notifed the AG they started coming out in the middle of the night to try and fix the BROKE SEWER LINE under the apt nextdoor. I had all the photos I thought I needed, but when I called Ben for a consult he IMMEDIATELY came over and assesed the problem himslef and started helping with the appropriate legal procedures. He helped me move into a new home and was able to settle my claim and forced them to completely fix the isse.

We were hit by a drunk driver on the highway between Ferndale and Bellingham. Unfortunately the driver did not have insurance so we have to use our under-insured motorists insurance. We hired Tario and Associates to help us with the claim process. Our experience had been great from the beginning to the end. Michael Tario is professional with years of experience. His team was caring, patient, attentive, and followed my medical and chiropractic treatments with great details.
Michael went the extra mile (with amazing knowledge and skills) in fighting us a settlement which was nearly 150% over the original settlement amount offered by the insurance company. I called him our "miracle lawyer!"
Michael and his team definitely deserves a five star review and I have already recommended them to other people with legal needs.

I was in a car accident 4 years ago and I picked Mr. Tario to be my attorney because of his credentials and reviews, and boy he did not disappoint! He takes no money up front, he gets the settlement you deserve, he takes his part and you take yours. Even though it took quite a while, Mr. Tario was always informative, kind, respectful, trustworthy, and his team is wonderful to work with. Knock on wood I don’t get into another car accident, but if I do I know who I will be calling first!

He emailed saying he failed at representing us after doing nothing but taking my money, Waist of 3000$. If you don't want to do your job every day then don't do this kind of work because your actions affects can ruin lives.

Not local in Spokane was the first lie. Then they send a disqualified lawyer to my deposition. Yes you heard that right. Tami law license was suspended and they sent her anyways. Washington State Bar association complaint will be filed soon. Avoid these Mormon ambulance chasers. They do not care about you only the settlement money. When I originally called looking for probate services I was told an estimate of $2500-3000 to handle the simple estate of my father in law. I was told it would be completed in approximately six months. After $4300 and over a year we are finally done. It was apparent that we were the small cog and were told repeatedly Tim was in court for another client. When I would call to check status after nothing happening we would get a call with an update and notice that we got billed for it. Maybe if he did the work when he said he would we wouldn’t need to keep calling and therefore not necessitate a call. I just want someone to do what they say they will when they say it. If you don’t mind having to prod the attorney and staff to get stuff done….then this is the firm for you.

My husband and I had an urgent legal matter that we needed assistance with. Our paperwork needed to be filed by Thursday so after calling a couple of attorneys I made an appointment with Steven for Wednesday morning. At 5pm on Tuesday someone from Steven's office called to cancel our appointment because "Steven and his wife need to be out of the office all day tomorrow". At this point it will be impossible to find someone who can handle our case with 1 days notice. As business owners ourselves I can't imagine doing this to a customer, especially one who is in urgent need of assistance.

I was referred to Katrina by a friend who also hired her for a tenant eviction. She is extremely knowledgeable in this area. She helped me immensely with my first ever eviction, and as a result of her work we were able to file a final judgment of eviction without a lot of extra time, money and hassle. I highly recommend her to any landlord in need of advice or eviction services.

I hired Katrina to handle an eviction case. Her flat rate was very reasonable. I especially liked that she was available for an initial consultation in her Pioneer Square office. As a part-time landlord (like many homeowners renting instead of selling in this market), I was new to the eviction process. She patiently answered my questions. I also liked how she handled herself in court - very professional and respectful of the judge. Not surprisingly, we got the ruling we wanted.
My only issue was that the whole process took longer than expected for a couple of reasons. One was that the person who served my tenant the documents had difficulty finding the house initially since the tenant had scratched the house numbers off of the mailbox. Also, using the correct forms and following the procedure precisely was critical. Lesson learned, if I ever had to do this again (knock on wood), I would hire Katrina at the first sign of non-payment. And I would keep an eye on the mailbox.

I would definitely recommend the Terry Law Firm to manage any process relating to estates and wills after death. My process was pretty much flawless. After giving all the pertinent information to the law firm they facilitated the process, all I had to do was wait for the final outcome. Please keep in mind the process does not happen overnight. Have patience and let the firm do the work and I guarantee you will have a positive result. Spent over 15k for hillary dawn to draft and file initial separation papers and her paralegal filled it out incorrectly and i was charged for that. After that i was charged monthly for her and the paralegal chat briefly in one to one i guess, but no action or communication. 2 continuations literally no action over a year, despite my ex not contesting. Complete waste of money I really needed as a single mom. All i asked for child support so i could aid to leave an abusive situation. She drafted 2 two temp orders and charged me but never filed anything. Heard nothing unless i reached out.

She didn't leave me alone when I was in the middle of an ocean. Far and away THE WORST attorney in Bellingham. Not only was she rude and indignant, she could care less about you and your case. She’s only interested in money. And worse, here is an example of her extreme unprofessionalism: I followed each and every step she gave me for a Reply Declaration and even turned it in to her days before she asked for it back (in order for her to go over it and submit it to the courts for filing on my behalf) she not only did not file it, I had to learn about her NOT filing it by happenstance, and then when I confronted her about it asking why she didn’t file it and especially why she didn’t tell me that she didn’t file she claimed that she did it for “legal reasons.” That’s all she would tell me. DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY. You will regret it.

Unknowledgeable, Way Too Expensive, Dropped the Ball and Miserably Failed Us
Paid $3,500 for absolutely nothing accomplished! Lacked basic knowledge and failed to get it yet charged a fee for nothing but excuses. Charge for reading and sending every email, even though the staff were not well trained to explain important information. Cancelled twice at last minute and was always providing unencouraging depressing hopelessness. Finally dropped me for complaining. THIS IS THE TYPE OF ATTORNEY WE WERE ALL WARNED ABOUT! Complete waste of time and money.

We had John work with us for bankruptcy. It was handled very professionally and thoughtfully, in that we never felt ashamed or embarrassed for our bankruptcy filing. Everything was very cut and dry, and John was very clear about what to expect as we submitted documents and came to our court hearing. Response times were very fast and we never needed to wait long to hear back.
He was always happy to answer questions, no question was a bad question.
We did our best to keep everything organized and up to date as they requested.

Our only regret is that we can’t use her in TN, after her successful win for us. We had two other lawyers thru the yrs before this and felt unheard, often neglected, and over charged.
