We decided to move forward with Larry's law firm. Every thing Larry guided us on was exactly how things unfolded. Larry is a man of is word and a amazing Attorney, I will be sending more clients his way and my wife and I are thankful to have found Larry. This man has to have singlehandedly changed my opinion of difficulties with the law. You won't go wrong asking for help and what you give fairly to get this help you will get back so much in comfort and peace of mind and your settlement or payout. While going through a very nasty divorce (3 years and counting), my ex took control of my business and stopped paying all debt I co-signed for including community property debt. I was faced with the decision that nobody wants to make.... I had to file bankruptcy.
I met with numerous large, medium and small law firms. Most meetings were with either a sales person with little knowledge or a paralegal. Having done my own research, I quickly learned that each time I was given bad advise and pressured to "sign up before it's too late". I came across Brian via Avvo and scheduled a meeting. Expecting to meet with another sale person or paralegal, I was pleasantly surprised to meet with Brian himself. I kept him busy with question after question during a meeting that lasted almost an hour. He never rushed me or made me feel like I was wasting his time. In fact he kept asking if I had further questions for him. He seemed to like the rapid and numerous questions I kept throwing at him. He had answers to the questions nobody else did and knows bankruptcy law inside and out. Some other firms I met with told me I had to have my divorce finalized before I could file. However, Brian was the only one with the knowledge and expertise to get my Chapter 7 filed and discharged. My case was not a simple one as my ex attempted to block my discharge and I had numerous creditors due to my business and assets. However, Yuri and Brian got it discharged with no problem. Both Brian and Yuri are the only attorneys I would recommend. If you have a simple or complex bankruptcy, I would not recommend anyone other than Brian and Yuri. The entire law group couldn't have been better to deal with!
Don't waste your time like I did with bankruptcy "mills", sales people and paralegals. I simply can't say enough about how great Yuri and Brian are...... They will take good care of you!

The customer service is very disappointing! Do they really care about their clients? I feel unwelcome at this law office. They don’t respect people’s time and make you wait over an hour after you took the time to schedule the appointment. This is the 5th time they do this to me and it gets worse when they say wait for my call because they won’t call you. The bad part is that I Paid for the whole service already. Probably that is why they treat me like trash.

Worst most unethical attorney I have had the displeasure to have been associated with. He was my former wife's first attorney (until she fired him). Does the typical dance that unethical family law attorneys do which is to try to create chaos and havoc and hatred. We were attempting to have an amicable divorce but he did everything in his power (lying, restraining order) to cause a war. He even, get this as this is unbelievable, whispered in the ear of my attorney, "should we get them to sell the property." I overheard this in the hall of the courthouse. It was well discussed that the mutually owned property was going to be put in a trust for our son. He even admitted that he makes more money litigating.
Word of caution, with his smooth talking and accent he can be convincing but don't believe a word he says.
Don't say I didn't warn you.

Bait and switch! I filled out and submitted a form for a free consultation on my wife and I's immigration case and then two weeks later they emailed me saying there was no free consultation and that it would cost $400.00 to talk to an attorney for any sort of evaluation/consultation. Not only is this rate upwards of double or even higher that of most attorneys in the field, it clearly states on their website that they offer free consultations and they don't. False advertisement!

Received a judgement for a credit card l defaulted on over 10 years ago, they were going to take 25% of my wages by garnishing my paychecks. Over the years I avoided the paperwork and didn’t have the money to pay it off. Looking all over the internet for a local consumer attorney to guide me through this situation. While l was reading reviews l came across Mr. Fred Schwinn and just go in my car and drove over to his office. Upon my arrival Fred met me at the entrance and right away took me back to his office and looked up my case. Fred instructed me to go pick up some paperwork for him downtown, with paperwork in hand the next morning I was back in Fred’s office, sat down and discussed a few things with Fred and he, of course, just happened to know the collection agency that garnished my wages. Fred solved my situation in a matter of minutes! We reached an agreement and it was over right then and there. I’m sure it all depends on the situation but the minute l met Fred l said to myself this is my guy.

I worked with Price Law Group through my Bankruptcy and From the moment I had my initial call in I was impressed with their customer service. They answered in a friendly manner and didn't sound angry or bothered with me like some other places I called. Unsure and having never been through a process like this they eased my concerns by first listening to my situation completely. I was frequently cut off and not allowed to explain the full scope of my situation when I spoke with other law firms. They first listened then they explained how they may be able to help me. They broke down the Bankruptcy process and how long it would take and how much it would cost. They even worked with me and allowed me to do a partial downpayment. The thing that impressed me most is the responsiveness when I have a question or concern. I would email Scott and have a response back literally within minutes addressing all my concerns in the email. Their prompt response time made me feel as if somebody was ALWAYS working for me and not as if I was a second thought. The bankruptcy process is quite daunting and can seem overwhelming, however with the attentiveness and constant communication from Price Law, the process was easy and pain free. I would recommend them to be your 1st call and only call.
After my review, I happened to check out the other reviews for this company just to make sure my experience wasn’t a fluke. They have tons more reviews that profess to their outstanding service. This company is the real deal and their consistent customer experience seem to indicate that My situation was not an anomaly. At the time I met Misty I was involved in a complicated Bankruptcy case pertaining to Probate matters that had been in dispute for three years. My court case at that time had cost me in the upper dollar amount of 80K, paying three pervious attorneys to defend me. Due to the complications of my Bankruptcy and Probate case none of my previous three attorneys seemed to know how to end the case filed against me so that I could have my Bankruptcy approved and Probate case closed. The litigants who filed the case against me were using the Bankruptcy courts to continue their Probate arguments thus effectively not allowing me to complete my Bankruptcy and settle the Probate case. I was being audited by the U.S. Trustee and sued in Bankruptcy Court for probate matters. Misty immediately contacted the U.S. Trustee who was auditing me, meeting all the Audit requirements she was able to have my Bankruptcy audit approved with no penalties or disagreements all within weeks. She then began to work on a strategy to have my Bankruptcy converted to a Chapter 13 that effectively ended the dispute regarding the Probate case. Misty strategy worked my Bankruptcy was approved and the Probate case that had been an open court case for three years was settle and approved also. I personally be leave if Misty was my attorney during the initial opening of my case it would not had lasted three years and cost me 80K. Her dedication to clients, her morals and honesty far exceeds her peers.
