Sanaz has a good team and thorough system to ensure your bankruptcy gets finalized.
I am self employed, my case was more in depth.
I interviewed several attorneys in San Diego and LA area and they were suggesting Chapter 13 and avoiding chapter 7 because of my equity in my home, they said I was limited on exemptions ie and my vehicle and personal property were at risk!
Sanaz is very creative with creating and interpreting exemptions that the other attorneys NEVER mentioned and or understood, interpreting exemptions is very important, ie “Commercial Work Vehicle” (Truck) verses “vehicle”, that changed the game, the trustee wanted more money for my work truck and was also trying me on personal property and Sanaz put them in check!
She got my Chapter 7 discharged, I kept my condo equity, I owed nothing for my commercial work truck and personal items.
The other attorneys I interviewed were ok with having me agree to make an uncomfortable stressful payment plan to make it easy for them to file chapter 13….
Sanaz and her team tolerated all my calls and emails = STRESS and got me through it.
Sanaz and her team are the ones you want to represent you!!! Worth every dollar!!!

2 years ago I was hit by a car while on my bike. I'm an international student and had no idea what to do or how I was going to deal with all the medical insurance claims. I hired Scott and he was spectacular to work with. He went out of his way to reduce medical bills for me and explained in detail what each bill meant and what I should do. The advice he provided was spot on and as the driver was responsible, he helped me settle with the driver's insurance company. After getting a concussion from the accident and then being bombarded with letters and calls from the driver's insurance company, I doubt I would have had the same outcome without Scott's support and knowledge.
I felt so taken care of at the firm, and Scott really took his time to sit down with me and work through the things I didn't understand, no detail was too small. I highly, highly recommend Scott's services.

Scott was honest about the expectations for our case, and was willing to take it even though many other lawyers had given me an attitude and told me our case was too small to bother with. My partner and I are both professionals and work hard for what we do have. I was put off by many of the other lawyers who wanted to charge an arm and a leg and insult me at the same time. Scott was down to earth, friendly and yet still professional. He checked in with us often, clarifying our wishes and represented us well. Just having him represent us made the other party back down and we are hoping they stay down, but if for whatever reason we have to go to court I will want Scott representing us again.

I hired Kevin to represent me in a case in which I wanted to return a car after purchase. The car dealership lied about a lot of things including being dodgy about the return policy while my query for return was in accordance with the return policy. Kevin represented me and went with a step by step plan of execution. He is methodical and detail oriented and won a settlement in my favor. Shah Peerally is the best Immigration Lawyer, according to my experience. He is not only extremely professional and attentive, but also knows exactly how to help you, whatever is your immigration case. Before meeting him, I visited multiple attorney firms and immigration lawyers, and they all rejected to represent me, arguing that my case was "too complicated," "impossible to achieve", or because they lacked immigration experience or knowledge on cases like mine. I paid many consultations only to be told that they couldn't help me. Attorney Shah took my case and helped me get my Green card. I had a relatively unique case that many other immigration lawyers were unsure about.Since my first consultation with him, he was extremely honest, and instead of rejecting me like all other lawyers or giving me false hopes, he clearly stated that it would be difficult, yet not impossible, and said it was worth trying. He was very specific and clear about the procedure and all the possible outcomes, and explained with exhaustive detail every possible scenario. He immediately inspired me great trust, and in the end we have our Green cards! I’m a 100% Disabled Combat Wounded Veteran that was in a coma (documented) when a supposed case was brought against me. I explained to this firm I was never served nor given my due process of law and still have never seen the supposed judgment and they still harass me and try to garnish my wages from a supposed judgment over 8 years ago. Then they go after my new wife who just legally immigrated here 3 years ago and has nothing to do with this at all. Due to my disability I needed more time to have someone help with the paperwork that is being sent to me incomplete and it’s repeatedly sent back saying not returned in time. Profiting off soldiers that have absolutely no way to defend themselves is a great business model. Just because you can, doesn’t mean you should…
P.S. I never consulted Michael Collins but this review requires you to fill every block.

My young daughter was mistreated at a local hospital and she asked for my help in locating an attorney to represent her in an alleged malpractice lawsuit again the hospital and its two surgeons. After a lot of searching, we opted to retain Mr. Borison who appeared to be a very competent attorney. He agreed to take my daughter's case, and she formally retained his services. He appeared to be very professional and compassionate about my daughter's mistreatment. After gathering the medical reports and other pertinent facts, he issued a professionally written demand letter to the hospital and doctors and told us that he would have to wait for their response. After several months of no activity, he called my daughter and told her that he did not realize that CA had a two year statute of limitations for filing a medical malpractice action in the Superior Court. Further, he told her that because of not filing the action timely, that she would not be legally able to pursue further recourse against the hospital or the two surgeons. He offered no compensation or other relief to my daughter, other than to say he was sorry. I wrote Mr. Borison asking him to consider compensating her for his oversight. He never responded. We are consulting with other attorneys concerning other options now to get my daughter the compensation she so deserves for almost losing her life (according to her family doctor) at the hands of the hospital and doctors. Not understanding the statute of limitations appears to be a serious oversight. I am a licensed (by the United States Treasury) enrolled agent representing clients before tax agencies nationally and internationally. Being intimately familiar with statutes of limitation are an integral aspect of my profession. It was reasonable for my daughter and I to expect the same of Mr. Borison. Unfortunately, we were wrong in believing this. My daughter and I have spoken with other attorneys who have confirmed the statute of limitations, and affirmed that my daughter has no legal grounds to pursue recourse against the hospital or the doctors.

After receiving an HOA emergency special assessment (esa) resolution letter from Debt Collector Pamela's office, hired by my HOA, we made many failed attempts to obtain copies of the inaccurate records she alleged caused the esa. I had to solicit the help of the California State Attorney General's office. Debt Collector Pamela admitted the records do not exist, and no financial audit was conducted. In an email reply dated June 27, 2023, Debt Collector Pamela continued to claim the debt was valid, and there is evidence. But has not provided such evidence.
No evidence, no debt, it's the law, Atty. Pamela Moore.

Kent cannot be trusted to have any of your interests in mind. He shamelessly inflated his timesheet on what, even her claimed to be, was a very simple case. He conveniently inflated his timesheet to complete his entire retainer. Once the case was dismissed in my favor, he took a call from the opposing party, charging me for that, and then setting up a meeting with her which he would further charge me for. There was no reason for him to take the call or create a meeting, it would extend a case that was over, essentially working against me. He also charged me for filling out paper work to pursue the prevailing party's clause which he never actually submitted. truly fraudulent.
