I contacted Attorney Cipriano regarding a case against me by a creditor that was suing me in which I disputed its accuracy. Attorney Cipriano listened to my side and accepted my case right away. He fought for me and won the case just like he said he would. I will always use him to represent me for similar situations. I also highly recommend him to anyone in need. I hired Richard to help me with a credit card case that was from a junk debt buyer, and within one day he had the entire case thrown out. Not only do I not have to pay the junk that buy, the junk that buyer now has to pay Richard his wage. Pretty boss move if I do say so myself. I couldn’t be happier with my selection in a lawyer.

I hired Mr. Monk to assist in a paternity case. I was so nervous when I hired him because I had never been though any court matters before.
Him and his team truly work together like a well oiled engine. They are quick to respond, answer questions clearly, and definitely gave that piece of mind I needed. Mr. Monk had a clear strategy and his years of experience really do show in the best ways.

Mr. Petersen is extremely knowledgable in consumer debt collection and consumer collection cases. Hired this attorney for an aggressive debt collector that had incorrectly reported to credit report and was calling continually, violating several laws. He was able to quickly resolve the issue and represent me in the court case. He thoroughly understands and defends consumer rights against these companies that will try to bully you while they knowingly violate laws, and I had utmost confidence in his handling he case. He is on your side as a consumer, and fee structure was very fair. I have hired numerous attorneys over the years for different needs, and for consumer collection and litigation he is the best I've hired, can't recommend enough.

It took a while to settle our case; however, Natalie kept us positive by encouraging us to remain calm and let the things law of work. Boukzam Law was always just an email or phone call away which is an encouragement. Natalie knows how the system works as I recall, early on on she told us it could take a while and she was right. It took five years to get a settlement on our case but we got it! If you are contemplating hiring a lawyer to deal with your Timeshare issues; I recommend Boukzam Law.

They do not answer emails or return calls within a timely manner. I was under contract to buy a new construction property and this office was the closing agent for the seller as well as the lawyer for the seller. The seller more than two years after the contract was signed has still not completed (and has barely started) the construction. The seller used these lawyers to write up a contract to cancel the original purchase agreement. My money was supposed to be refunded within 90 days. I keep following up about the estimated date of arrival and they are telling me that the money will be paid more than 90 days past execution of contract. It is a breach of contract and they are not responding to my emails nor calls.
I would avoid at all costs unless you don’t care about wasting time and money.

I made the mistake of hiring this law firm to represent me against a very overzealous condo association…
Mr. Zinn appoints Mrs. Susan Ayres to represent me. At the very first meeting, I realized something was very wrong because Mrs. Ayres absolutely refused to hear key defensive strategy that would’ve given me great leverage in the case. On at least one more occasion, I mentioned the issue about the key defensive strategy being ignored and brought it to Mr. Zinn‘s attention.
Mr. Zinn proceeded to cover things up for Mrs. Ayres and then decided to drop my case for what amounted to be an invalid reason. I cannot sue these people to get my money back and they cleaned me out for at least 27 grand..
If you make the mistake of hiring these people, you will severely regret it. Mr. Zinn clearly lacks the key, highly sought after Personality traits in a lawyer, which are, honesty and integrity… exactly how these lawyers in Lee County think that they can get away with committing gross misconduct in connection with their Florida bar license is beyond me..
