I made the mistake of hiring this law firm to represent me against a very overzealous condo association…
Mr. Zinn appoints Mrs. Susan Ayres to represent me. At the very first meeting, I realized something was very wrong because Mrs. Ayres absolutely refused to hear key defensive strategy that would’ve given me great leverage in the case. On at least one more occasion, I mentioned the issue about the key defensive strategy being ignored and brought it to Mr. Zinn‘s attention.
Mr. Zinn proceeded to cover things up for Mrs. Ayres and then decided to drop my case for what amounted to be an invalid reason. I cannot sue these people to get my money back and they cleaned me out for at least 27 grand..
If you make the mistake of hiring these people, you will severely regret it. Mr. Zinn clearly lacks the key, highly sought after Personality traits in a lawyer, which are, honesty and integrity… exactly how these lawyers in Lee County think that they can get away with committing gross misconduct in connection with their Florida bar license is beyond me..

I was recently served with a lawsuit from American Express for an unpaid balance. I received Michael Metzner's letter of solicitation in the mail before I was even served with the official lawsuit. My initial thought was I would just call and most likely hang up very disappointed. However, to my surprise, I reached Al Mays, the office manager, but I must say he is way more than that.
Al not only thoroughly provided me with options and broke down the entire process in an easy-to-digest way, he went further to explain how Amex operates, the attorneys they use, and each of their approaches, setting the stage for how they would approach the case to get me the best outcome. I was impressed with how knowledgeable Al was and how much information he shared.
Truth be told, I left off saying that I was going to call around to other firms to get a second opinion, but no one has come close to the level of knowledge and professionalism I experienced with Al. I will move forward with hiring them Michael Metzner's Law Firm to handle my case.

I called late yesterday afternoon for a quick consult, thinking that it would need to be rescheduled due to the time. I was pleasantly surprised that Al answered and stated that we could do it right away. I was even more impressed with the amount of time that he took to explain things in infinite detail that a layperson could understand. The most mind-blowing part was that he offered potential solutions that wouldn't even directly benefit their office, stating that they are support for those in need within the community and would rather look out for the greater good than to steer someone in the wrong direction. I don't know about you, but this feels both uncanny, yet refreshing, in this day and age. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I would strongly recommend contacting the Metzner law office. I contacted Mr. Coburn for some simple legal advise regarding real estate. I had at least 3 issues where I may need to hire an attorney. He took the time to listen to all my concerns and explained what he could help me with and what he couldn't help me with. He gave me some great advise, and was extremely patient, courteous, kind, honest and a great help to me. He let me know, I don't need to hire him just yet, but advised me on if a certain something didn't happen in a timely manner, that I could hire him with an easy open and shut case - pretty much based on what the law and statute requires. He took his time with me. Did not rush me at all - and I had a lot of questions! He was great! and I assure you, if my situation doesn't pan out like it should and I need to hire an attorney, I will be calling him immediately. I loved his honesty and him being real with me. Some lawyers just want your money and would gladly take you for a ride just to get it. He clearly let me know, what was worth chasing after with a lawsuit and what wasn't. I really appreciate his time and the knowledge he shared with me. I will hire him if needed, and I highly recommend to anyone who needs an attorney with his expertise to hire him.

I will begin by saying that in a time of need of a lawyer Sharif came highly recommended through a friend of mine who is also a lawyer, they had been in law school together and he said Sharif was by far the most brilliant and kind of all his peers,which speaks volumes.
