Steven Raiser’s law firm handled my case with excellence throughout the process. I had a SBA EIDL loan that got transferred to the Department of Treasury unexpectedly, and had a 30 % penalty added to the amount due, and due very quickly, which was very stressful. After talking with Steven Raiser, and working with Harry Gill who was absolutely brilliant in working with me and preparing the case, they were able to recall the case to the SBA. They were always available quickly, to address my concerns. Having dealt with some law firms before, I really appreciated this.

David and his team of lawyers are the real deal. Through their combined efforts, we were able to get over half a million dollars of total debt discharged despite our relatively high income from multiple sources. Forget those debt negotiation companies. If you can get over the artificial stigma ofbankruptcy, what you should pursue is a fresh start. The first thing David will tell you is to never rush into a bankruptcy petition. His team will guide you through the steps you need to take to construct the six-month look back period prior to filing the petition for a successful Chapter 7 case. He is always available via email and Zoom meetings upon request.
Be wary of other lawyers who advertise legal fees of $1500 and under. The last thing you want is to turn your Chapter 7 case into a Chapter 13 due to lack of good counseling, guidance, or diligence. David’s law firm does charge a little bit more than those other firms, but his team will stick with you to the end and never simply give up. And if you can get all of your unsecured debts fully discharged, the legal fees are worth every last penny.

Saw this law firm online and based on good reviews, I contacted their office and Atty Lebedin called me outright and had given me consulatation for free. I went to his office and Atty Arthur was so gracious listening to my woes with regards to my credit card debts. He’s very knowledgeable of what he does and very professional. Atty Arthur Lebedin and all worked hand in hand as a team to make things right for me sooner than I thought. I paid almost just 1/3 of my debt or $9,200+ discount from the original amount Im supposed to pay! So grateful to be represented by this amazing lawyers esp to Atty. I recently had a judgment against me for almost $9,000. I contacted Arthur Lebedin after I read some great reviews about him on the internet and within a few short months he was able to settle my judgement by almost 70%!!! I ended up only having to pay $3,000 of the almost $9,000. They also made it so I could pay installments of only $75 a month till the $3000 is paid off! We were looking for a lawyer that specialized in working with LGBTQ clients and learned about Ms. Thomas on the National Center for Transgender Equality website. Ms. Thomas was the only attorney listed in Upstate NY that specialized in representing clients with the legal process for name and gender change. I am currently a very unhappy client, communication with the firm is non-existence, unless I initiate it. Then any info I need can't be handled on spot. It takes 2 - 4 days to even find out balance held in escrow account. They want to settle debts over monthly payments so they can keep collecting the interest on funds. I stated on many occasions I wanted a lump sum settlement no payments. I get a very good settlement offer directly from creditor, I explain Tayne us handling it for me. Agent at Tayne informs creditor that settlement works, however we need to make monthly payments over ten months. This with Tayne currently holding well over 90% of settlement offer. This turns into a argument between myself and Tayne; me asking what my escrow balance, Mike stating it will take three days to get this info, all while I hear a female voice in back ground staying we don't have enough in house for that settlement. I'm $296.65 short. Instead of telling me this they keep pushing your buttons to upset you even further. Remember I previously stated I wanted no payments in this matter. Been paying this firm $85.00 weekly to get to this point. It's all about the interest they will earn on your money.
BEWARE
UPDATE: For anyone who is considering this firm attached are emails I received concerning my SETTLED account. Everything I stated in my review is 100% facts. Read other reviews which are very similar to mine. This firm is all about taking people's money, not sending out statements, unless you call and request. I believe monthly statements are required by Federal Law when there are financial transactions being done. Per Rosie at Global Soultions the terms you presented of $3200 over 10 months is unacceptable, especially when you already have over $2900.00 in the escrow. Good-Luck proving otherwise.

My wife and I were completely bamboozled by a salesman in a Marriot resort located in Orlando Florida. He used religion and family to completely convince us this purchase was not a timeshare. Not only did they save us from a world of debt but they also did it in a fashion with effortless ease. They always maintained updates and kept us in the loop. I called Mr Murtha after hours tonight and he graciously answered his phone. I told him of some threats my landlord made regarding my departure from my apartment and not getting my deposit returned.
