When I torn about what to do with my credit card debt I googled for a bankruptcy attorney and came across Neil Ackerman's name. I guess Google liked me that day because I hit the jackpot. Mr. Ackerman's firm took the time to explain to me all options and did not force me into anyone. They were with me every step of the way and even after my bankruptcy was discharged.

What bankruptcy attorney doesn't include a broken tenancy lease in a chapter 7 bankruptcy?

While on an overseas deployment, I had received a citation for a Dept of Buildings violation that I was not responsible for. Due to my deployment, I was unable to appear at hearings to defend myself. Jason will go the distance for sure ! Great attorney he never gave up even after my case was drawn out for almost 5 years!
