Honestly, there are no words to describe how I feel. I consulted a few lawyers before coming to Barry Law, but once he took my case, he made everything clear to me. What he was gonna do and what is expected of me, the office is full of dedicated people who take your case like it’s theirs. Great Law Firm! I was leary at first and ended up reading the reviews and was judging the law firm based off other people's reviews and exprience but got the total opposite services. Maybe it's particular attorneys but A. Jazembak was assigned to me. Mr. Jazembak has great communication and wants to know precisely information to accurately get the results his clients want.
Honestly, if you want a good defense, be ready to have everything documented and ready to present to them EVERYTHING. They aren't mind readers so I think the negatives reviews came from clients thinking that they had to only give the basic information and assumed because it's a law firm they had the ability to make a good case on basic information. If you're putting in effort, they will 100% fight for there clients. The paralegal has excellent communication C. Barrett and the account keeps track of all funds and send an itemized bill accurately H. Myers. Give them a try, ypu wont be disappointed!!

To answer: I was never given the option to become a client of your firm.
Your offices reviewed my matter and declined to represent me.
I don't have a problem with this, but what does bother me (and the reason for my 1 star review) is that your attorney didn't even offer a cursory explanation of why he declined to represent me. He simply had his secretary call and tell me that he wouldn't pursue the matter.
It's a lack of basic professionalism, and bothered me enough to rate your firm 1 star.

On a good day Guardianship can be confusing and challenging, especially for a new Guardian. You are constantly familiarizing yourself with new information pertaining to a wide array of topics that come along quickly and consistently. At times you require help and insight from those with more experience specific to the legal intricacies that you may suddenly be encountering. I have had a TERRIBLE experience with this firm. I was transferred by my last lawyer 6 years ago (2018), the case was finally settled year 7 (February 2024) By Andrea Borden. Unfortunately I was only important while the case was in the process of being settled, but now, almost a year later, I have no check! The years prior to the case and the months following its settlement, I have been IGNORED no matter how many calls I make no one responds. If you're reading this i hope you have better luck if you stay with them, but I wouldn't recommend this firm.

I was fortunate to have found Paul! I tasked him with writing my prenup, and he was attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. I had zero prior experience with marital law, and I came to him with a ton of loose ideas for what my partner and I were looking for in the document. I knew it would be a difficult task to come to an agreement between all parties, and draft a legal document that satisfied everyone’s interests, but Paul came through. We worked together, and I found him very personable and easy to work with. He was able to break-down complex topics easily for me to understand and was extremely meticulous. These guys are real winners. They market for medical malpractice but it’s unlikely that you’ll actually be able to speak to anyone or that they’ll take your case because they are “too small” according to what I was told in a text message. They also don’t provide any type of referrals or references.

Without sharing specifics of our wrongful death case, I will say that the team at Morelli took on our family's case when other firms declined. They believed us and persevered (including through the pandemic) with the case. While it took a few years, the Morelli team was able to reach a settlement for our family to be compensated for our loss. The Morelli team was empathetic and responsive to our questions and needs. While I fervently hope that such a thing never happens to our family again, I would not hesitate to re-engage Morelli for future legal needs.

i was an underdog with the deck stacked against me. my first lawyer was assigned and openly stated his bias in my parent vs grandparent rights case, so he was dismissed. my second was retained and was only interested in settling and not going the distance or asking for a recusal of a judge who also displayed biased and was giving a grandparent the status of a parent without giving the benefit of a trial. ms jones was my third lawyer, who not only secured the judges recusal but listened to all i had to say, worked hand-in-hand with me, and went the distance, all the way to trial with a replacement judge and was successful in terminating access with a very meddlesome and contrary grandparent.
