I went broke from them always charging My card. They never responded to My concerns only worried about their next payment. Nothing ever changed… I started at a 645, didn’t need much but they didn’t do nothing to better My credit. After a year or so of no improvement, I changed My bank info so they’d stop charging My account for literally not doing nothing!

What a terrible disappointment. I never wanted to go through a law suit in my life, but since I was hit by a car family and friends urged to do so. I don’t recommend suing.
I did everything I was supposed to do, went to doctors appointments, physical therapy, etc. I didn’t do this because of the law suit, I did it because I was in pain. This case has been going on since 2018 and my trial was November 2021.
I met my lawyer for the first time a week before my trial. The FIRST. I was supposed to “meet him” in 2018 when signing legal documents but instead I met his secretary and was told he was too busy. The second time at the office (when I did my deposition) I met one of his colleagues who was purchasing Christmas presents for his children next to me and not listening to a word I’m saying.
He did not go over my case with me until WEEKS before a trial. And when I say go over l, I mean a half hour lunch that he was two hours late for.
I never felt confident with him, I never even met him! He absolutely didn’t go over all the paperwork ,which resulted in me looking like a liar to the jury, because he didn’t even know everything he needed to about me. The defense used the same documents against me. I strongly believe if he would have read the documents and did his JOB. Today would have been a different story.
It’s not my job to go through all the paper work and documents, that’s what you hire a lawyer for. Now I wish I had, and never hired him.
Find somebody else who actually cares about his cases instead of taking on a bunch and hoping he wins one for a fat pay check.

They didn’t represent me, so this review isn’t about their representation, but I would suggest that they discontinue advertising that they practice law in areas that they do not. I called about a bad faith insurance case, and was told that they only practice personal injury law. That just seems shady to advertise a whole list of practice areas just to get people to call them, especially when it may impact people who are in these kinds of difficult situations. What does that say about the firm? Trustworthy? I don’t believe so.

Mr. Cordello I just wanted you to know that my former employer is stalking me. I sent him a email on September 7, 2023 demanding the $12,000 he owes me and in that letter I specifically wrote, “Should you need to contact me, use this email or USPS.” I then blocked him from calling or texting me but despite this he has left me 13 voice messages which he made threats against me. After he couldn’t call me on his cell phone he called me from his office phone. After I blocked that number he started harassing me via email.
Plus, he’s calling all my business clients including
a hearing aid manufacturer who offered me a $140,000 to open my own hearing aid business. He admitted to these issues in his voice messages. Needless to say no one will return calls including the hearing aid manufacturer and he’s doing this for the sole purpose of destroying my career and life. All this has transpired since my last day of work on September 1st 2023. He is obsessed with me and his actions have no legitimate purpose but to destroy me. If you heard these maniacal messages you wouldn’t believe it.
I have saved all the voicemails and emails and am intending to go the police to press charges for stalking but I’m afraid he’ll retaliate. I know he owns multiple firearms and I am emotionally, physically and mentally afraid. He also has a history of verbally abusing people and while I worked there he put his hands on me, without my permission, at least three times. I don’t know what to do anymore, I deliberately avoided going to a hearing aid convention earlier this month because I knew he would be there and in one of the emails he wrote,
“Can’t wait to see you.”
I don’t know what to do anymore, I’m having nightmares and in his voice messages he has this sinister laugh which I can’t get out of head. It’s tearing me apart and I’m afraid I’ll have to leave the state of NY to get away from him. I just want him to leave me alone. Mr. Cordello I’m begging you, please, please help me. I don’t know where else to go.

I don’t recommend this lawyer ! Went into this office over a month ago for a consult, two weeks past I didn’t hear anything back from him reached out on several occasions to have the paralegal say i’ll call you back. The communication with this firm is definitely non-professional. I don’t recommend them especially if time is a factor. MR Bernard to this day has not reached out at all to discuss my case. The paralegal she can’t keep up with her own lie’s this is why she’s a paralegal and not an attorney.

I don’t recommend this lawyer ! Went into this office over a month ago for a consult, two weeks past I didn’t hear anything back from him reached out on several occasions to have the paralegal say i’ll call you back. The communication with this firm is definitely non-professional. I don’t recommend them especially if time is a factor. MR Bernard to this day has not reached out at all to discuss my case. The paralegal she can’t keep up with her own lie’s this is why she’s a paralegal and not an attorney.
