I have been represented by Attorney Alfant twice in my life, in two different heart wrenching situations. My first experience with him was in 2016 and 2017 at which time I was going through the process of a divorce and being the petitioner of an injunction and my second experience was in 2023 when dealing with an injunction following the death of my fiancé. Both times that I was represented by him he went above and beyond to ensure my well-being in the well-being of my family and others involved in each case. His ability to act on the spot and his intelligence are unmatched. He never wavered once during either process, and his confidence in both himself and me which gave me confidence to know that everything is going to be okay. I never had to worry about whether or not the right thing would happen because of the incredible attorney that he has. He was able to cite things such as caselaw and statutes off the top of his head when needed even at times when something happened or was said that we had not planned on. Both he and his assistant Amanda took as much time needed to ensure that I was comfortable with everything going on, and that I was made of everything that I would need to know during this process. They spent as much time needed to ensure that I felt comfortable, even if that meant taking away time from their personal lives. The compassion and empathy that they show that they truly care for their clients, and even the other parties that may be involved in a case. So often we run into professionals that get caught up in a world of making money, and forget why it is that they began to practice law that this is certainly not the case for attorney, Alfant or Amanda. They are both out to ensure that the best outcome happens that will benefit the well-being of the parties involved. I honestly do not know what how my life forever ended up if not for Attorney Alfant. He even went as far as to remain in contact with me after my case was completed, and when the need for his services came up again, he wasted no time in coming to my aid. He is truly meant to be an attorney and not just an attorney, but one of the best attorneys that could ever exist. His ability to be passionate about what he does for remaining professional is not an ability that is seen often. When it comes to the reputation of attorneys, or just a person in general, there is no debate in my mind that he is one of the best. All of the situations that I was involved in during the times that I worked with him or situations that I would have preferred to have never been in one prefer to never be in again, I’m honestly glad to have been able to be represented by a person as amazing as Attorney Alfant. Both myself and my family will be grateful to him forever for what he has done for us. Thank you Attorney Alfant for always being there for me and for reminding me that the world still has good people in it.

My family and I were involved in a somewhat horrid case with my wife's ex. Mr. Jamieson and his staff were simply outstanding. They were honest, realistic, and always had the ability to calm our nerves when they were most frazzled. There was simply nothing that they were not forthcoming about. Moreover, they always provided us all of the information that we needed in the most timely manner imaginable. Their service was first class. Because we were out-of-town clients, they were willing to work with us over phone and on weekends when we could get into town.
He suggested expert witnesses that truly helped our case. He also cared about the welfare of our child above all else. He also respected us, our opinions, and our needs. This was a non-traditional case, so his expertise was absolutely essential. He understood the need of our daughter, developmentally and otherwise. He also understood how to build a very complex case that demonstrated that justice was on our side. Rather than reducing a complex case to the "standard," he and his staff fought hard for us.
Here is the best part: We won everything. His knowledge of case law, use of experts, and professionalism far exceeded that of opposing council. The truth of the matter is that he was simply better prepared and that the cost of that was worth the quality. He provided us with advice that we did not necessarily like and asked us to spend money on the places that were worth it. And the results were worth it! Really nice to have an honest, results-oriented attorney who treated our problem with the seriousness that it deserves! We will continue to use him and HIGHLY recommend him and his practice. His ability to demonstrate that an unconventional case deserved an unconventional judgement truly sold me (and the judge) on the quality of his practice.
He has impacted our lives so much to the positive, I'd give him 6 stars if I could. Thank you!!!!!

I owe my peace to Mr. Jamieson. He masterfully crafted a Marital Settlement Agreement for me. This legal document served as a catalyst in opening the gates to real communication with my husband. I honestly don’t know where our paths may lead, but I do know I owe the progress we have made to the flawless implementation of the Collaborative Divorce principles Mr. Jamieson provided. We were so naive when we first entered the legal system. Fortunately Charlie knows what he is doing. He understands how things really work in the judicial system. Any chance I get to endorse Darin Gardner, I will. As I said, in my case, I dealt with 4 separate attorneys before getting any real results. He set my case on the most direct path to the courtroom, where the others just seemed to want to run up bills. His level of preparation is second to none, and we got the outcome he wanted.
I have a friend/former coworker in a somewhat similar situation that I was in, and personally recommended he hire Darin.
If you are looking to light money on fire, hire someone else. If you want results, hire Darin.

Ms. Stephanie G. Morrow's was very helpful in handling my daughter's case were as my daughter is now able to speak to her son on a regular basis. My daughter is incarcerated and her baby daddy was playing games with her by phone not letting her speak to their son which I felt was very wrong. My daughter was not incarcerated for child abuse; but thanks to Ms. Morrow's she made a big different in that situation. Do not hire Adam Bragg as your divorce attorney!!! I paid him around $7,000 in total. I provided videos of my now deceased husband nodding out at our son's soccer practices that were only WEEKS before I wanted to take it to court to get full custody of our son (since his father was using fentanyl). He refused to go to court for my son & me even with all of the current evidence I had. My husband died of an overdose a day before he was scheduled to see our son for the weekend. Adam only cares about HIS daughter, not any of OUR children!! I am contacting the BBB about this.

I had a very time sensitive issue I had to deal with. In my quick research, Rick had Jenna call me back within a 1/2 hour. She instantly had an excellent plan to propose, which separated her from the rest of those I contacted. I unfortunately hired this lawyer back in 2022 to assist me with my case. The communication from the start was great. It wasn’t until I paid the initial $2500 fee of the total $5000 that the communication started to become really poor. I would persistently reach out to him for info regarding my case and would hardly hear back from him. My biggest issue was that he advised me that I was being sued for $7000 when in actuality it was close to $14k! Talk about false information. But it doesn’t stop there! He OFFERED to assist me with getting my record expunged after my case closed and did absolutely nothing! I contacted his office and spoke with Jimmi, his assistant only to find out that after 2 months of receiving my application, it was not filed with the SA office. So I took matters into my own hands and did the entire process myself. My record was expunged 2 months after I filed it. Mr. Shwarz told me it would take 6 months! Ha! What a joke.

I regret engaging Mr. Daniel's services due to several concerns. Firstly, I provided him with financial support to ensure my case received optimal representation and guidance. However, his primary interest seemed to be financial gain rather than facilitating a smooth legal process. Furthermore, he failed to maintain adequate communication, neglecting to update me on the judge's requests, case developments, and potential outcomes.
