I hired Allan for 2 cases and was very pleased with the results. The only thing I wish that I had more of is prep time before the hearing as I did not feel very prepared, or as prepared as I would have liked. In the end I achieved my goal and that was the whole point.

I can’t say enough about Curt, Nicole, and Robert. My situation is extremely contentious and complex. They came into my (messy) case five years later trying to clean up another attorneys many mistakes and unjust rulings. I spoke to numerous attorneys prior to retaining them and most of the others practices refused to sign on to my case because of the complexity of the matter. Had a family paternity hearing in which I paid this attorney to come and show evidence against the party that would be in my favor. Comes the day of the court hearing and this guy decides not to bring/forgets the file to prove against the opposing party! On top of that while in the hearing when opposing party was on the stand, didn’t have the questions ready, was turning through papers looking for things to ask the day of the hearing! Uses the “um” word more than a 5 year old. This guy is totally unqualified in my book. Lost my case. Do your research.

I knew from the very first time i spoke with her that we were in good hands. I knew we had to hire her. My friend hired her for her son years ago and now my son needed somebody. I had another lawyer at first. My son was charged with attempted murder but he was only defending himself. Because they didn’t give him a bond, the other lawyer had to have a special kind of bond hearing for cases like this where the law doesn;t give a bond. the judge denied it. I did not feel like he was doing a good job for us at all— I did not feel like he represented what he should have. He did not even give the judge any law or anything to support a bond. He just said oh give him a bond he has his family here, blablabla. And the motion he filed was one page long. We hired sheila and my son is right now sitting at home with me. She filed this very long motion, like 20 pages, she found witnesses, she brought evidence of other bad things the other guy had done before that shows he was probably the bad guy here too and my son was only protecting himself. She told the judge about cases that was exactly like our case that was made basically to persuade him to change his mind from the last time we asked for bond. The state didn’t even say anything new. They kept saying the same thing they said the last time. but now there was new evidence and testimony and cases, but they still said nothing new. They looked surprised, like oh im not prepared, OOPS! Thats the other thing about sheila—she was so cool calm collected but she was so prepared!!! I was proud to have her there for my son and i thank god for her.

I hired this guy for a family member, on the day after Thanksgiving in 2023, and after following the process and facts that they laid out over 9 months, my family member with no prior criminal record got the results he wanted. His associate John Trehune was a gift from God. Because of his 40 years experience and Aaron Delgado’s reputation with the court system, relationship building and correct guidance to follow the process, my family member received a fair trial. Was it everything I wanted….No! My expectations are very high. Having said that, the outcome was a win and we could not be more pleased with the money spent. Would avoid working with this firm if at all possible. They are extremely slow to respond, completely disregard emails, and show a complete lack of empathy or understanding. If you are not consistently following up, you will be hard pressed to receive any type of response. If you do receive a response, it will be short and often times not even answer your questions. It consistently felt like we had to chase them down for the most simple requests. Go elsewhere if you have the option.

Smith wrote one incorrect demand letter and filed one incorrect complaint. He filed my work product and failed to produce my documents. My documents were extensive and would have forced a settlement discussion. He billed me approximately $12,000 - his paralgal time was $2000. He harrassed me for 9 months involving my new lawyer William Walker. So no work was done while Smith chased me for approximately 5,000. I fired Smith and then Walker. They colluded to get me to pay Smith. They may threaten to sue me for defamation. Their problem is they have NO CASE. I can documenet every word of this review with text and Emails and correspondence.
Smith chased me without any legal authority to do so (His fee agreement was contradictory, confusing to all that viewed it including his mediator friend. He is a liar and a bad lawyer. I am 72 and starting with Smith I lost every dime. I paid horrible lawyers over $150,000. Each was unable to negotiate a settlement. Each billed time that they could never justify.
I was a paralegal and legal manager, I settled thousands of lawsuits in mass tort, had authority and settled cases for major clients and yet these lawyers cost me my financial life; And a home I intended to leave to my family. Please pay attention. Incompetance is bad, but lies and harrasment seems common in Pinellas County. I will review 5 lawyers - Smith, WIlliam Walker, Carolyn Margolies and Jesse Skipper. If I could give the Troum law firm more than 5 STARS I would (I’d give them 10 STARS). The team including (Mark and Julie) were empathetic to my specific situation, always made me aware of all options available to me and helped ease all of my apprehension of the unknown.
Julie is a God send !!! She is the one who made me feel comfortable to hire the Troum law firm from the beginning. Terrible service. The "manager" hated that I needed multiple options for dates (I'm sorry I have to work and don't have endless availability). As soon as I was able to pick a date and time where the lawyer and I were available, I booked it however due to an emergency, I asked to be rescheduled after I sort out the emergency. Reschedule, not cancel. You would've thought I insulted her. She then told me to use another attorney because of so much back and forth on the dates among other things. When you have more than 1 person with busy schedules, it comes with the territory that back and forth. Needless to say, I will not be using them for anything at all.

We reached out to Mr. Fisher for a phone consultation and he was very pleasant, patient, a good listener and most of all very professional. He answered all our questions and direct us on what to do going forward you would have thought he already handling the case. Even after he gave us that consultation over the phone we needed some clarity on a few things, so I called back and made a second appointment for another in person consultation. i recently given several tickets that were written up weeks before they were given to me and was never notified until the officer literally yanked me out of nowhere at my school in front of everyone to literally drag me to the office mind you taking me away from learning to hand me several very cruel traffic violations from weeks prior apparently I have committed I said it was not me where’s his proof and why give them weeks later did not even read me my rights before talking to me or handing me the tickets his face lit up red embarrassed that a 16 yo are asking these questions he told his partner to “watch” me so I won’t “run” and he embarrassingly ran to his car and did his job correctly at this point he is pissed because I embarrassed him in front of his buddy and he’s just a pissy guy. Anyways he comes bad dose it again and talks to me like a 5yo who dose not want to read a book out loud to his partners and then hits me with the following tickets
Reckless driving
Operate motorcycle wo license
Fail to register motor vehicle
And just for his enjoyment I’m guessing
No headgear
No eyes protect
Nice right this lawyer cost a 16yo $1800 did not get all tickets cleared I got another $600 ticket for wreckless driving mind you the cop never went to court nor had proof of what I did he said he seen it witch is a lie I had proof for where and what I was doing the day he wrote me up with witnesses. on every ticket the info he put down was wrong looks like he was rushing trying to get a few bucks who knows I wish but I’m broke now super broke with little to no savings as to I sent it all on this guy plus more tickets to keep me out of juvenile smh. Btw I don’t think murcery makes bronze dirt bikes could not afford one anyways I have no clue why he chose or picked me I have only seen this cop one previous time because he was doing this same junk to another kid and I was saying he did not do it the little piggy is just trying to ruin young kids lives I literally only gave the cop my name crazy he dose not even know me and accuses me of something I would never do and how he got my birthday and license number is beyond me some shady stuff going on here

My experience with this law firm wasn’t the best. When I was ready to come to a settlement, the remainder of the money I had was immediately used to write up a 5 page settlement agreement (roughly $5,000). I felt egregiously over charged. Staff was nice, but it just felt a little slimy with how the money was handled on my case. Wouldn’t recommend them.
