We had the pleasure of having Nick represent my wife in a very serious matter where a DWI was alleged. The penalty would have been 6 months of jail time and all sorts of other things. Nick was able to scrutinize the discovery and find flaws in the state's case--enough that the prosecutor decided to drop that charge and my wife pleaded to a lesser charge which kept her out of jail. He even fought to try to have them drop that charge, but the prosecutor wouldn't. All in all, we are happy with the outcome.
Personality-wise, Nick takes a keen interest in his clients and values them as individuals. You would think you were talking to a long-time friend. He listens carefully to you, appraises the legal angles of everything in your case, and in his own prosecutorial experience is able to make a good assessment of how the case can/will go. We were so pleased that we are going to use him anytime we may have other matters that arise. You can't go wrong when your attorney is a real human being with a heart.

I am a Registered Nurse who completed my Master of Science in Nursing 3 months before being pulled over by the police after leaving a wedding. After going through the routine evaluations, DUI included three additional offenses even though the breathalizer returned negative. I thought my nursing career and becoming a certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner was over, for which I had just completed four years of graduate school. With good luck, a family member referred me to a friend, who referred me to Mr. Vaccaro, who took my case and provided me with much more hope by explaining the process. Mr. Vaccaro's experience as a lawyer and former assistant prosecutor of DUIs gave me confidence in his ability to help me achieve the optimal possible outcome. The final result is that Mr. Vaccaro got three out of the four charges against me dismissed, the most important of which was the DUI. The outcome was better than I expected, considering the charges against me. Mr. Vaccaro's ability to assess and analyze my situation accurately with the details provided illuminated his intelligence in knowing where to go with the case. Considering his competence, I would recommend Mr. Vaccaro to anyone who needs an excellent lawyer for this problem and others. Sam Stoia represented me for almost a year during my divorce. When things got stressful and problems arose, Sam was always there to put out the fires. He was quick to call and/or email me back and extremely prepared in court. He has been very informative and knowledgeable throughout my entire case and made everything much easier on my end. He was also honorable in the sense that he never wanted to waste my money on frivolous court battles throughout the case.

As a young woman, I knew very little about the judicial system. Melissa represented me in TWO cases one about child custody and a separate one about a domestic abuse case. I contacted the office to discuss a real estate transaction. Mr. Tamburino was extremely patient dealing with me, as this was my first home purchase. The realtor was so eager to close the deal she was not protecting me. Mr. Tamburino stepped in and took my back. I was so impressed by his compassion not to to see me railroaded. My divorce was not an easy one by any means. The other party did not want to be a participate in the process that she initiated, be fair financially, and was in character throughout the two and half yr process. Veronica weeded through this from minute one.
Veronica jumped on board in my case more than halfway through the process from the recommendation of my previous attorney to get my case resolved. There is a reason he recommended her. Veronica was forceful and stern during the negotiations(mediation) with the other party and was always looking out for my best interests financially which included doing everything possible from the first day I spoke to her to avoid trial which is where my case was headed. The reason for the referral from my previous attorney.
During one of most difficult times of your life, Veronica attempted to understand everything on a personal/emotional level as well beyond the business aspect of divorce.
Veronica is extremely knowledgeable of the NJ laws of divorce which is so important. She is professional, cordial, assertive, and great at explaining things/answering questions. Veronica also will hold you accountable if she needs to which is important in this process.
The firm in Springfield is professional and welcoming; which is includes her paralegal Diana O who I would like to acknowledge as well.
In divorce, no one wins or loses. My JOD was fair and equitable at the end of the day which is what should have happened. Veronica accomplished that for me with honesty and sincerity from day one.

I write this review with my case still on-going. I feel that no matter the end result, my daughter and I received the best representation possible. I had a previous divorce attorney before hiring Mario. After exhausting my entire retainer and always feeling like they worked for the other side, I started my search for a new attorney/firm. I hit the jackpot with Mario and his firm. I know everyone involved in divorce believes that they are right and their ex-partner is wrong. I had been dealing with a prolonged mediated divorce process that was nearing 3 years when Sandy came on and took my case (following the retirement of my previous attorney - yes it took THAT long lol). Sandy picked right up where my previous attorney left off and was extremely proactive in closing out the open items and communicating with my ex's lawyer (who was very difficult to deal with). She was able to help wrap up the entire divorce in only a few months from her taking it over and was in touch with me through every stage until finalization of my formal divorce last month. I had a different attorney for a year and three months and my divorce was just dragging on and on. Based upon a friends recommendation I hired Ms. Lomenzo and the divorce was resolved in a month and a half. Ms. Lomenzo always responded promptly via email, telephone or zoom. Explained things very well. Effective when dealing with opposing counsel.
