The Law Firm of Russell Depersia, LLC was recommended to me by a good friend and it has served to be the best recommendation I have ever had. I was expecting the worst outcome and actually got the best outcome. Mr. Depersia and his staff were always courteous and professional. They always responded to my inquiries promptly and I never had to wonder what was going on with my case as they always kept me up to date with new developments. Mr. Depersia was always up front with me even though he sometimes underestimated his own abilities. From my side of things, he seems very connected to the legal system and the individuals in it. You would expect someone of his stature to be arrogant but he is a very humble and kind man, not to mention easy on the eyes. I am still amazed at what he was to accomplish in my case. Agnes helped me keep what is most important to me: my family intact. My ex wife filed a motion to relocate with our 11 year-old son some 3,000 miles away. We had shared custody since our divorce 7 years prior and I had been exercising in excess of 104 overnights per year with him. I didn't really have the resources (due to a very bad child support deal I agreed to in a pro-se PSA) to hire an attorney but I had no choice, fighting the removal was paramount. So I borrowed from family and interviewed several attorneys. Most attorneys I interviewed were very cold, and didn't offer much hope. The one thing that they were all sure about was that this was going to be an expensive case to litigate. Agnes was realistic about my chances but not defeatist. She was also understanding about my financial situation and willing to work with me. Hiring her was the best decision I could have made. I was a very "hands-on" client and Agnes always listened and incorporated my viable arguments into the case. She always replied to me in a timely manner, was never dismissive or condescending. She genuinely cared about the outcome of my case. She was obviously very knowledgeable about family law but that didn't stop her from investigating unique aspects of my case that helped us build a strong argument. At the end of our year-plus battle, the court denied my ex wife's request in unequivocal terms. I could never adequately express my gratitude for the job Agnes did for me and my family and I would recommend her services highly to anyone in need of an honest, hard-working family lawyer.

Carolann Aschoff was my attorney in my recently completed divorce. Although my divorce was extremely amicable and my ex-wife and I had pretty much decided and agreed on everything prior to the papers even being filed I felt the need to have an attorney review our property settlement agreement to ensure that I was protected and I chose Ms. Aschoff. Ms. Aschoff was extremely knowledgeable and ensured that I was protected in all aspects of my divorce. Additionally, she was extremely patient with me regarding all the questions that I had during the process and explained everything to me in a way that was easily understandable while making me feel comfortable with the decisions that I had to make throughout the process.

From the very first consultation through to the final court appearance Sara was honest, receptive and very knowledgeable with the legal system. Sara was on top of everything from requesting discovery to communicating with me. The case ended up being dismissed with prejudice due to the prosecution being unable to provide requested discovery even after the judge gave them another 30 days (sounds like there was no evidence). Her fees were reasonable and service exceptional!! Great staff as well!!

I am a Registered Nurse who completed my Master of Science in Nursing 3 months before being pulled over by the police after leaving a wedding. After going through the routine evaluations, DUI included three additional offenses even though the breathalizer returned negative. I thought my nursing career and becoming a certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner was over, for which I had just completed four years of graduate school. With good luck, a family member referred me to a friend, who referred me to Mr. Vaccaro, who took my case and provided me with much more hope by explaining the process. Mr. Vaccaro's experience as a lawyer and former assistant prosecutor of DUIs gave me confidence in his ability to help me achieve the optimal possible outcome. The final result is that Mr. Vaccaro got three out of the four charges against me dismissed, the most important of which was the DUI. The outcome was better than I expected, considering the charges against me. Mr. Vaccaro's ability to assess and analyze my situation accurately with the details provided illuminated his intelligence in knowing where to go with the case. Considering his competence, I would recommend Mr. Vaccaro to anyone who needs an excellent lawyer for this problem and others. I cannot thank Mr Ku, Kevin W. enough for his great due diligence on my case. He resolve my case within 2-months, an unbelievable time, base on many lawyers I talked before him. Best thing is that he did not promise me any time, he just delivered it.
After realizing that a con law firm was ripping me off for last 7 months with not clue of ending the case. Unable to see any light at end of the tunnel, I was heartbroken and clueless. With my faith on second chance, I started to look for a lawyer for second opinion. I virtually talked to 5 lawyers in the area, all of them offered 15 to 30 mins free consultation time, but none give me time to speak. It was time the layers used to collect my information and advertising their firm. Some of them even asked me to signup for follow up session or retain their office while on the phone!
My search for a layer stopped after talking to Mr. Ku. The only questions he asked me was “Tell me what happened?” I was given a time to explain my issue without interruption. My questions were answered with reasonable follow up questions. He listened and he heart me! I first asked him to review my case for a second opinion, but I changed my mind an hour later. I called him back to ask if can take over my case. As soon as Mr. Ku agreed to take my case, I fired my sloppy lawyer! That was my best decision of year 2021.

As a young woman, I knew very little about the judicial system. Melissa represented me in TWO cases one about child custody and a separate one about a domestic abuse case.
