as i was married for 15+ yrs i anticipated the divorce process to be much lengthier and more stressful as that is the experience my divorced friends and relatives have had in the past.
that was the opposite at fradkin law due to the small office atmosphere. things are not "dragged out" and there is a commitment to quality other firms sorely lack.
i attribute much of the speed and ease to ed's paralegal Amy. she handled all matters with expertise, swiftness, and i was never made to feel as if I was a bother (there were weeks i had to call her daily). she extended emotional reassurance every step of the way from day 1 to finalization which meant the world.

Remi Spencer was referred to us by a friend of ours. I was being accused of a serious driving infraction when I actually had a stroke. This was very upsetting to my wife and I. I found Sameer on google while looking for an immigration lawyer and I was sure that I wanted to work with him after reading his reviews, he helped me initially in getting my green card and helped clarify all my questions about it.
I reached out to him again to take help in getting my green card renewed where he guided me about the entire process on getting the condition removed from my marriage based green card.
Unfortunately due to my budget I could not work with him (which I really wanted too) but

Nobody likes needing a lawyer. Let's be honest about that. But when you do need a lawyer, Chris is an absolutely amazing person to have in your corner. He explained things related to my divorce in detail and with complete honesty, from the week of separation to the divorce finalization. He was always available quickly when I needed advice, or even reassurance about a random or unreasonable worry.
Chris goes the extra mile to also treat his clients like full human beings who have skills, knowledge, and worth but happen not to be lawyers themselves. I had a relatively simple case in the end, but that was largely through his work and good sense along the way. That meant things could have cost a lot more money, but he actively took steps to keep that from happening. His ethics are impeccable and I always left conversations with him feeling better.
I trust Chris implicitly. I recommend him heartily. I hope and pray I never need his services again, but I wouldn't hesitate to hire him if I did.

I want to share my experience, but I have language barrier. I had an accident. While I was delivering, someone hit my car. It was a surprise. I didn’t see too big damage to my car, so I thought everything was fine.
But I still decided to go get treatment for my injuries. I went to therapy for a few months. It was a hard time for me, but I knew I needed to take care of myself. During this time, Mr. Shlionsky helped me a lot. He always took my calls, even on weekends, to make sure I didn’t have any stress. He worked very hard for me.

Right when we were about to settle my first case, I got into another minor accident that made my neck pain even worse. The insurance company tried to brush it off as a simple fender bender, but Dennis didn’t let them get away with it. Even though I had surgery after the first accident and the MRI showed my herniation had shrunk, Dennis fought tooth and nail to make sure I got every dollar I deserved.

I have had the misfortune of needing many different types of lawyers in my life. The bright spot of that, is being able to recognize what a good attorney looks like, and Gene is absolutely phenomenal.

I typically don’t write reviews much, however I’m going to for this situation because I don’t want anyone else to have to go through this.
Ironically it looks like the same thing happened to the person who left a review before me.
My husband got his first ticket, I hired Jordan and gave him all that he needed. (Back in June).
It was due July 11.
So I wreathed out a few days after to follow up. Getting a hold of him took about a week.
On the phone he assured us that he entered guilty plea and to keep an eye out in the mail for a court date.
Few weeks went by, nothing. I took it I like myself to log into the courts and check myself .. no plea entered. I started to panic.
I called his office every day. My husband even called the office.
I emailed him multiple times…and was told they would take a message and he would call us back.
Nothing.
So I thought, ok…it’s been a few weeks, I know attorneys get busy… I emailed the courts…to confirm there was no plea. No plea.
My worst fear was for a warrant to go out.
I immediately got another lawyer. And there it is. We just got informed there is a warrant.
Jordan, you violated so many Rules of ProfessIonal Conduct on this situation. Im speechless that this would even happen.
You lied to us, then avoided us. We confided in you when we paid you to help us.

Just not the type of attorney who should have handled my case in this lifetime, hopefully he'll think twice before stepping into other sectors of law that he has no place being in next time the opportunity comes his way and stick to what he knows best, defending criminals. Which there's nothing wrong with that, just victim advocate attorneys are very different from criminal defense attorneys and the two should not cross paths. There's a reason you have different lawyers, because cases are meant to be handled differently and a victim's case should be handled completely differently from a retaliation TRO case. There's people who use TROs and there's people who need TROs and FROs, that's why they have special attorneys that work with the population I am a part of, survivors of DV and SA.

Brent is a very calm grounded individual. When I first sat down with him, he listened, and after asking questions, he positioned a direction on how to proceed. We went to court several times and each time he was relaxed and advised me prior to the proceedings.
I feel he was fair and just, and he always let me know there were alternatives and advised me well.

I hired Brent DiMarco, Esq. after I was charged with four (4) misdemeanor charges. Kim Jinks provided me with excellent legal services over a 3 year period and counting. I went through an extremely high conflict divorce, which came with its fair share of emotional roller coasters making a straight-shooting lawyer absolutely necessary to keep me from falling off the deep end. This is the type of lawyer you see in the movies where you actually put your full trust in your lawyer, and it was absolutely worth it. I was in court at least eight times. Custody issues with multiple children, ex in-law drama, you name it. Kim made herself available to me for whatever I needed. I shopped around for lawyers (paying all of them a consultation fee) and it was very clear to me that I would have a good working relationship with the Jinks Law Firm. I watched my ex go through five lawyers while mine was highly intelligent, consistent, and persistent (my ex’s clearly were none of those things).
