Kelly's office was beyond supportive, understanding, and very helpful! I had done my fair share of research and contacted several attorneys in the area and as soon as I had my consultation with Kelly I knew my decision of retaining her office for my matter and I do not regret it one bit! Angela Scafuri, I was referred to her by a retiring attorney. It was the best possible turn of events for me. She listened attentively and non-judgmentally to my issue and to my hesitations. Her responses showed that she immediately understood the issue and me. Angela presented insightful points that I need to know even before we formally began. She tenaciously defended my interests even as I faltered. Low pressure with me but unrelenting aggressive with my Ex. So much so that she was referred to as the “shark”. I knew I needed a lawyer. Kim Jinks provided me with excellent legal services over a 3 year period and counting. I went through an extremely high conflict divorce, which came with its fair share of emotional roller coasters making a straight-shooting lawyer absolutely necessary to keep me from falling off the deep end. This is the type of lawyer you see in the movies where you actually put your full trust in your lawyer, and it was absolutely worth it. I was in court at least eight times. Custody issues with multiple children, ex in-law drama, you name it. Kim made herself available to me for whatever I needed. I shopped around for lawyers (paying all of them a consultation fee) and it was very clear to me that I would have a good working relationship with the Jinks Law Firm. I watched my ex go through five lawyers while mine was highly intelligent, consistent, and persistent (my ex’s clearly were none of those things). She is 100% honest (brutally, sometimes) and I cannot imagine where my life would be right now had I not hired her at the start of my divorce. I landed on my feet and I truly attribute most of that to the investment I made in Kim. High-quality & high-class. I couldn’t be more grateful!

Nobody likes needing a lawyer. Let's be honest about that. But when you do need a lawyer, Chris is an absolutely amazing person to have in your corner. He explained things related to my divorce in detail and with complete honesty, from the week of separation to the divorce finalization. He was always available quickly when I needed advice, or even reassurance about a random or unreasonable worry.
Chris goes the extra mile to also treat his clients like full human beings who have skills, knowledge, and worth but happen not to be lawyers themselves. I had a relatively simple case in the end, but that was largely through his work and good sense along the way. That meant things could have cost a lot more money, but he actively took steps to keep that from happening. His ethics are impeccable and I always left conversations with him feeling better.
I trust Chris implicitly. I recommend him heartily. I hope and pray I never need his services again, but I wouldn't hesitate to hire him if I did.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this attorney. They showed no interest in listening to my concerns or understanding my case. It felt like their main focus was on getting paid rather than providing any meaningful representation. Instead of offering real solutions or strategies, they kept repeating the same things without addressing my needs. Communication was also poor and unclear, making the whole process even more frustrating. I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone looking for someone who actually cares about their clients.

I had a deeply troubling experience with Attorney Raj Saddah and his firm. Initially, everything seemed fine, but the situation took a turn for the worse when my assigned attorney left the firm. As I was nearing the end of my case, I chose to follow my attorney to her new firm, believing it was in my best interest.
Since then, Raj Saddah's firm has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite having funds in escrow, they have been bombarding me with exorbitant bills and threatening me with collections and legal action. It’s baffling to me why they are trying to garnish my wages when they already hold money that should cover any outstanding fees.
I have reached out multiple times seeking clarification and resolution, but my attempts to communicate have been met with silence. It seems like my former attorney's departure has led to vindictive actions from Raj Saddah’s firm. The lack of professionalism and courtesy in handling this matter is beyond disappointing.
It feels like my situation is being used as leverage in a personal vendetta between Raj Saddah and my former attorney. This kind of behavior is not only insensitive but also highly unethical. I should not be caught in the crossfire of a dispute between a law firm and a former employee.
If you’re considering working with this firm, I strongly advise against it. Their defensive responses to similar complaints, coupled with their inability to separate personal grievances from professional service, raise serious concerns. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for legal representation.

Unprofessional and predatory billing practices. My family was quoted a rate for a foreclosure of around 15,000, and the price nearly doubled. The day before filing foreclosure, the law office demanded payment for services or they would refuse to file documents my family had already paid over $25,000 for. We were then charged over $12,000 in late fees during the time we sought arbitration to clarify the unreasonableness of these fees. An arbitrator found many of their fees unreasonable - including fees for reading a blank email, and 5% flat fee for expenses without any justification. Would not recommend - please BEWARE

I tossed and turned on whether to write this review all night.. I called on 8/26 the woman who answered the phone was sweet, I asked how much for a consult and how soon could i get on the schedule, I then explained the situation with the closing on our home.. she says ill leave a message and he will call you back.. first time needing a lawyer not sure what that meant.. Scott calls, is very to the point but still vague on if we even have a case or if we need a lawyer, what the expenses would be ECT.. I then call back to ask one more question to better help us understand.. Scott was rude and incredibly cold basically because i didn't put money out to retain him ( while still not understanding if we need a lawyer in the first place) he didn't want to answer any more questions... I got off the phone and cried i was more confused than before i called.. we have a small child that has acquired a year of mounting medical bills putting out for a lawyer that we are not sure will make our situation any better isn't on our bucket list. My best advice is to avoid this practice..they dont seem to have much compassion and are in it for the money and places like this will bleed you dry charging for every minute. yesterdays phone call could have been handled differently and they would have another client.. there are other really great practices in the area.. good luck on your search

Mr Davies is compassionate, hardworking, and excellent negotiation. He helped negotiate a consent agreement with my highschool girlfriend who hit me with a huge surprise childsupport order after 13.5 years and would not allow me to see my son.
