Had a consultation with this lawyer based on my friends great recommendation. Not only I left the consultation with the bad taste in my mouth I also spent 400$ for nothing. It was supposed to be a Strategic Planning Session but it more felt like a Judging Session as the lawyer was extremely arrogant and judged me by my income telling me quote "I couldn't afford her" because I am a beautician. Had I been a CFO like my ex that I was divorcing I am sure she would have had different approach. She told me that my divorce didn't matter and I should get some money and move on and I am not entitled to anything except a little bit of child support. I had a lawyer who now proved that she is fantastic, but at the time she wasn't answering my email so I was looking to change my lawyer and this is how i ended up in Hollys office, which I regretted going to. I felt discriminated based on my race and income.

Asked to take on a wage and hour case that the owner admitted not paying the right hourly rate or overtime and I was told it was too hard to take. I wonder what they do take. Must be just settlements out of court. Because I can't see them being any good in court if they can't take a did you pay a person or not. And that comes from a relative of one of the owners of the firm so sad.

Mr stahl care only about money and does not want to fight for his clients. Nor does he want to speak with anyone I spent weeks trying to have a conversation with him for him never to return my calls emails or any other communication he shows up unprepared and won’t even respect the courts enough to stand up when asked all to rise. He asked me for more money before we went to court and when I asked him what he has done for the retainer I already paid him he could not give me an answer. With close to 30 years experience Sal has dealt with all aspect of family law and I’m extremely thankful for him & his team.
I was recommended to Sal in 2016 from a reputable Morris county lawyer who knew my divorce would be high conflict. I was told Sal Simone would be the best for what was ahead in my case. I’m grateful that I took that advise because after 4 false TRO’s, several motions and a trial for a final TRO that was dismissed.
Sal and his team were always on their “A” game all the time no matter what was taking place. No matter how my emotions escalated based on so many false allegations and my concerns for the children. Sal and Matt always kept me focused, had a plan in place along with making me realize that the truth would come out in the end, which it eventually did.

I was referred to Sal Simeone thru a friend with a post divorce issue also. My case was about terminating alimony due to ex claiming he was disabled. If I could leave negative stars for this firm, I would. This law firm is working on behalf of Kensington Court Condominiums to remove my sick and mentally incapacitated grandmother from her home. William H. Brosha' Esquire, and the entire law firm are trying to unethically remove my grandmother from her home. He and his team have caused my grandmother epileptic and panic attacks from the stress of losing her home which she has been in for the last 2 decades. We make our payments, and have an agreement with the bank to keep the home. Despite this, William and his team of demon vultures are trying to still remove her from her home. We keep trying to settle with the firm, but they refuse. These greedy parasites wont take any offer no matter how high. If you can avoid this firm like the plague please do. They are in the business of teaming with house associations to remove teannants they personally dont like. Last time I checked, how you feel about someone does not give you the right to remove them from their home.

Micheal has been my attorney through a horrible shameful divorce and custody battle since 2012.
After 5 long years, Micheal is still fighting the battles and the road blocks that my ex-wife keeps throwing our way.
The father always seems to be considered "second class" with the court system which makes it hard to always get to the truth. Micheal will always make sure that your child's voice is heard to help fulfill your child's needs.
We had 4 parent coordinators, 2 guardian alignments, therapists, and social services in place which has been extremely expensive and heartbreaking across the board. I hired this office for a very simple case regarding visitation and child support. I was told multiple times that the ease of the case would not allot for more money than the amount of my retainer agreement and that I would get a refund. I paid the retainer agreement in full. I supplied the supporting documentation including requesting previous records myself, weeks before the case. Somehow they still only filed my counter application a day before my court date. Court was ok, although I felt it could have been much shorter however the attorney didn’t do anything to stop the other party from rambling on and on. After court I received an email stating I’d hear from the legal assistant regarding my refund. Instead I received a bill for $2,000 extra dollars. I looked through the itemization, shocked but accepting I am no expert. The billed items charged hundreds of dollars for my inquiry with the office (before I even decided about being represented), phone calls that were only few minutes long where I was charged an hour or more (I matched to my phone records), emails that didn’t ever happen, record requests where I had supplied the records myself, and several other items that were entirely made up. I disputed the charges, providing my own records (like my phone bill and email record that in no way could have been fabricated), and was told that I didn’t understand how things worked. I offered to compromise and started doing my own research. It turned out this is a repeat issue with this office and now I have to file a formal dispute that will end up with me in court/mediation again. Be careful- I guarantee you’ll be overcharged if they think you can pay it.

It was around March 2021 when my sister needed help with a divorce attorney and reached out to me to see if I knew anyone in the NJ/NY area. After a little research online, I came across Erol Gulistan's Firm in Wayne NJ which was only a few miles away from where my sister lived. I have immediately called him to speak about his services and he was very kind to go in depth and explain me the procedure, his fees and the prospective timeline. After a few calls, I have made an appointment with Erol and decided to drive up to NJ to meet up with him in person. So me and my sister visited him in his office and he was super caring and kind and re explained us the process. My sister immediately signed the contract, hired him and actually paid him $3500 right there leaving a balance of $1500 to be paid later which she then paid. So Erol started the process and he already knew the non cooperating husband's issue and was aware that this was no way an easy case and my sister needed help in all stages. So as soon as the process started and the paperwork was filed, Erol literally ghosted me and my sister. He has never ever returned a phone call from me nor from my sister. I have kept leaving him voicemails but he never showed the courtesy of returning them. My sister has been emailing him since April 2022 and there is not even a single email that he has replied. He literally has disappeared as soon as he got paid and never showed any care, due diligence or professionalism. So for those who are searching for a Divorce Attorney I guarantee you that this person will disappoint you in all ways. Do yourself a favor and go find a real attorney that will answer your questions, reply your emails, return your calls and not ghost you as soon as receiving their payment.
