No one sets out to get divorced. But if you must, I 100% recommend Legband & D'Onofrio. Michelle was a great guide, giving me enough space to reach my own conclusions but pushing me when I needed it. Once the divorce was final Michelle and her team continued to guide me through the post divorce paperwork so I could truly get set up for success. Just not the type of attorney who should have handled my case in this lifetime, hopefully he'll think twice before stepping into other sectors of law that he has no place being in next time the opportunity comes his way and stick to what he knows best, defending criminals. Which there's nothing wrong with that, just victim advocate attorneys are very different from criminal defense attorneys and the two should not cross paths. There's a reason you have different lawyers, because cases are meant to be handled differently and a victim's case should be handled completely differently from a retaliation TRO case. There's people who use TROs and there's people who need TROs and FROs, that's why they have special attorneys that work with the population I am a part of, survivors of DV and SA.

Brent is a very calm grounded individual. When I first sat down with him, he listened, and after asking questions, he positioned a direction on how to proceed. We went to court several times and each time he was relaxed and advised me prior to the proceedings.
I feel he was fair and just, and he always let me know there were alternatives and advised me well.
I find Brent to be a very patient, as well as holding wisdom way beyond his years of practice!

I hired Brent DiMarco, Esq. after I was charged with four (4) misdemeanor charges. From the very beginning, the only thing Mr. DiMarco promised me was that he would do his absolute best to try and help me. And he did. He answered my phone calls and emails promptly. Tormey's Administrative staff answering the phone were polite, competent and professional. I had a deeply troubling experience with Attorney Raj Saddah and his firm. Initially, everything seemed fine, but the situation took a turn for the worse when my assigned attorney left the firm. As I was nearing the end of my case, I chose to follow my attorney to her new firm, believing it was in my best interest.
Since then, Raj Saddah's firm has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite having funds in escrow, they have been bombarding me with exorbitant bills and threatening me with collections and legal action. It’s baffling to me why they are trying to garnish my wages when they already hold money that should cover any outstanding fees.
I have reached out multiple times seeking clarification and resolution, but my attempts to communicate have been met with silence. It seems like my former attorney's departure has led to vindictive actions from Raj Saddah’s firm. The lack of professionalism and courtesy in handling this matter is beyond disappointing.
It feels like my situation is being used as leverage in a personal vendetta between Raj Saddah and my former attorney. This kind of behavior is not only insensitive but also highly unethical. I should not be caught in the crossfire of a dispute between a law firm and a former employee.
If you’re considering working with this firm, I strongly advise against it. Their defensive responses to similar complaints, coupled with their inability to separate personal grievances from professional service, raise serious concerns. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for legal representation.

Unprofessional and predatory billing practices. My family was quoted a rate for a foreclosure of around 15,000, and the price nearly doubled. The day before filing foreclosure, the law office demanded payment for services or they would refuse to file documents my family had already paid over $25,000 for. We were then charged over $12,000 in late fees during the time we sought arbitration to clarify the unreasonableness of these fees. An arbitrator found many of their fees unreasonable - including fees for reading a blank email, and 5% flat fee for expenses without any justification. Would not recommend - please BEWARE

We used their services but it was really bad services. The workers were very kind but their work is very unorganized. An application that was supposed to last a few months with them took almost 2 years. Due to them, we missed our opportunity to visit our sick family member. Despite our repeated efforts to reach out and get the process finished their negligence and procrastination caused us to miss our window. Do not use this law firm. Do not recommend and that is rare for me to say.

Mr stahl care only about money and does not want to fight for his clients. Nor does he want to speak with anyone I spent weeks trying to have a conversation with him for him never to return my calls emails or any other communication he shows up unprepared and won’t even respect the courts enough to stand up when asked all to rise. He asked me for more money before we went to court and when I asked him what he has done for the retainer I already paid him he could not give me an answer. It’s sad when you put your confidence in somewhere and the won’t give you any respect I hope this review will help someone from wasting their money and costing them in life. I reached out to a few law firms regarding a small claim. This law firm was the first one to get back to me. Spoke to one of the lawyers, sent him all my files and documents he asked for. He said, and I quote: “it will move pretty fast after this”.
I waited one week to give him/them time to review and get back to me. I called MANY times, left voicemails, called and left messages with the front desk and nothing! Not one phone call, not one email, VERY unprofessional! The least that they could have done was let me know they don’t want the case so I can move on and find someone else. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

My husband and I are both non-practicing attorneys and almost lost our minds when we sat this ticket. It was over two feet long and contained 6 or 7 separate violations adding up to a more than $700 fine and so many points that my son almost lost his newly minted driver’s license. The NJ cop who pulled him over was clearly on a mission to more than exceed his quota that mouth as many of the violations he was cited for were clearly discretionary and over the top.
Long story short, we contested the ticket and Mr. Zwillman represented my son in traffic court. He vastly exceeded our expectations and got the ticket down to about $100 fine and just a few points. I had three different attorney's during my divorce and she was the worse by far. During a hearing she was actually asking me what questions she should ask the witness. Was totally unprepared. To add insult to injury tried to double charge for her time. Due to her I missed 3 months with my children despite a court order saying I should have them every other week. Was prepared to offer less time with my children than a court order that was already in place. Once I changed attorneys their first course of action was to fix the mess created by Amy by reinstating an order that was already in place. In my opinion I would stay away from her at all cost.

Had a consultation with this lawyer based on my friends great recommendation. Not only I left the consultation with the bad taste in my mouth I also spent 400$ for nothing. It was supposed to be a Strategic Planning Session but it more felt like a Judging Session as the lawyer was extremely arrogant and judged me by my income telling me quote "I couldn't afford her" because I am a beautician. Had I been a CFO like my ex that I was divorcing I am sure she would have had different approach. She told me that my divorce didn't matter and I should get some money and move on and I am not entitled to anything except a little bit of child support. I had a lawyer who now proved that she is fantastic, but at the time she wasn't answering my email so I was looking to change my lawyer and this is how i ended up in Hollys office, which I regretted going to. I felt discriminated based on my race and income.
