I was facing a driving while suspended charges and Cristian came on top by getting my charges dismissed. Prior to the case Cristian was very trustworthy and honest with being very informative. Along the way I came into several personal problems and became difficult to contact Cristian and i almost ended up loosing his representation due to not a paying off my remaining balance. I must say the experience was Exceptional . At first, there was a little bit of miscommunication, but that was quickly fixed And addressed very quickly by Dan who I first spoke with at the Beginning of the case. Michael was referred to me from my previous attorney who was retiring. At first I was a little bit skeptical about the transfer because I was litigating a very high conflict divorce. At the present time I am still getting to know Michael a little bit better but however during the last two court appearances he has demonstrated that he has the skills and knowledge to be an excellent divorce attorney. I used to stay up for many nights and weekends trying to prepare my motions as best I can to assist my attorney but now I no longer worry too much because I know I am in good hands with Michael. She helped me file for annulment (which I received in short order), but she was careful not to rush the process and put a second motion for divorce in the same case to make sure that, if the judge's personal biases affected their decision, we wouldn't have to go through the exact same process again. She was flexible when I was uncomfortable with the initial higher retainer amount and she was very honest in billing and the refund of the unused retainer after the case. Already have recommended her to friends who also have nothing but good things to say about her services.

In the “interesting” world of family law Mr. Haggerty is 10/10 for what he does. I spent most two years going around and around with the same case spending capital on both a personal/feeling and financially. I decided to seek new council because after two years later no progress of any kind. Mr Haggerty took the time to hear me out read the previous orders and came up with a plan. He also was very good at explaining possible best and worst case scenarios. While they were obviously not a guarantee it felt good having an idea of what could happen. Within 6 months the issue was resolved, and I no longer receive harassing phone calls from the defendants attorney about frivolous things. If you need someone in family law I would highly recommend giving him a call, if you have another issue that he doesn’t handle at the very least he will recommended someone just as capable as him in that subject.
Again I can’t stress enough if you need council start with Mr. Haggerty first, save yourself the frustration, emotional, drain and financial drain of having inadequate counsel.
