Other then that, the final experience after getting my check was bad because the desk person started to put me pressure to provide 5 stars here and was not good

I just want to say this law firm is nothing short of the most professional set of individuals. I had probably one of the most complex cases administratively and personally in the county that my case was in for family law, and I was with a previous firm that didn't stand a chance with the opposing adversary and when I retained Tony and Francesca, My case turned a whole 180° to make things fair and equitable within under a month from when I was already 3 and 1/2 years in. They are responsive attentive and most importantly compassionate through all steps of your case especially when you're on edge, they truly do know how to take you off the ledge and provide you with knowledgeable facts and not leaving it up to you to the decide. I definitely took way too long to write this review, however they helped me back in 2021 with a bankruptcy case, and i had no idea what i was walking into. Not only did they get everything cleared up, but they also held my hand through the whole process and made me understand what was going on and how to do things step by step. Definitely never left my side.
As with most lawyers go, I dont wish to work with them again, however, I do wish i had a reason as they made it all so simple.

my parents hired heidi as a parent coordinator for their extremely messy divorce. all i can say is that she completely made my mental health worse and has been the reason behind the divorce getting messier than it was. this has been going on two years; and heidi being hired caused more problems. If you want your kids to talk to you when you’re older i would not hire her.

My divorce was not an easy one by any means. The other party did not want to be a participate in the process that she initiated, be fair financially, and was in character throughout the two and half yr process. Veronica weeded through this from minute one.
Veronica jumped on board in my case more than halfway through the process from the recommendation of my previous attorney to get my case resolved. There is a reason he recommended her. Veronica was forceful and stern during the negotiations(mediation) with the other party and was always looking out for my best interests financially which included doing everything possible from the first day I spoke to her to avoid trial which is where my case was headed. The reason for the referral from my previous attorney.
During one of most difficult times of your life, Veronica attempted to understand everything on a personal/emotional level as well beyond the business aspect of divorce.
Veronica is extremely knowledgeable of the NJ laws of divorce which is so important. She is professional, cordial, assertive, and great at explaining things/answering questions. Veronica also will hold you accountable if she needs to which is important in this process.
The firm in Springfield is professional and welcoming; which is includes her paralegal Diana O who I would like to acknowledge as well.

I waited for months on writing this review in order to find the words that would do this office justice.
I will start by saying that your office exceeded my already high expectations, performance-wise and outcome-wise. You have delivered exceptional results, and I am still amazed with them every day.
After interviewing 9 attorneys over 12 months, I went to see Gregg who straightforwardly explained the process and stressed on the fact that my children’s best interest is of more importance to him than all other parties involved. He earned my trust from the beginning.
Throughout the process that lasted 11 months, Gregg and Samantha have been attentive to every detail, focused and proactive in every move and extremely diligent.
Gregg tried to minimize my expenses in every way possible, worried about my budget more than I myself did, a behavior I have not encountered with any other law firm.

Gregg was representing me in a divorce case that involved a very difficult husband, many obstacles along the way, three children, sale of the home, and court closed due to pandemic. WOW! I got myself in some serious trouble. I had 1st and 2nd degree charges. Thankfully my parents found fantastic lawyers at the firm of Robert's and Teeters. I had a very complicated case. A 1st degree felony with intent to deliver. My future looked bleak. As you read the other 5,732 positive reviews about Musto & Alevras, especially the ones singling out Scott’s fine attention to detail, personal etiquette towards clientele and tenacious understanding and execution of local law for a positive case result. The question above all is, how accurate is it and is Scott the right lawyer for me. Well I can certainly tell you, if you are looking for a straight shooter, someone with enough balls to adamantly argue the facts and exercise all angles of your case, ultimately ending up with the best possible outcome any legal liaison could have done. You have my word you’ve got the right guy.
The reality of the situation is about 70% of us found ourselves in a jam, be it right or wrong; and now need a legal specialist to tailor fit the truths of evidence and mold them together with all those multifaceted nuances of legal ins and outs. And get us out of this pickle! Which is exactly what Scott flawlessly did for me; and I am ridiculously grateful to him for it.
Having grown up with a family full of cops, detectives and FBI. I am a pretty fair candidate to have seen the good and ugly of both sides of the law. Along with what can but shouldn’t be lied about or manipulated all in the name of closing the case, getting their man. I have found the methods of the court have very little to do with right or wrong. It’s a business, it’s a negotiation, it’s about who’s willing to stay at the table the longest, who can maneuver the facts of the case with the most finesse and strength and who has the most respected relationships with the municipal and superior court system players. I hired Richard to defend me against a traffic violation that was going to put points on my record and increase my insurance. From my first phone consultation, he was easy to talk to and understanding— two traits I didn’t expect. Richard actually went to the court for me on the day of my trial (I didn’t have to go) and represented me. He was able to reduce the charge and I was charged a fee, but didn’t receive any points on my license. I would hire Richard again in a heartbeat when (hopefully not though!) I needed to. I am a client of R&A and we just wrapped up a post-divorce case where the adversary got stomped. Everything the opposing party asked for got denied outright AND I was awarded attorney's fees.
