Mr Witt helped me tremendously with my speeding ticket. I live in a different county than where my ticket was received. I didn't have to appear in court, and my charges were reduced. He also helped me pay my court costs through the payment portal when the system would not accept my payment on my device. Alan is a sophisticated professional. Wow, did I say wow?!!!! He will tell you up front EXACTLY what will happen with your case. Also known as the truth, which (by the way you probably already know.) My advise is to just let him do his job -that he is more than capable of doing. Don't ask too many questions or get yourself worked up. Alan will tell you in advance almost the exact outcome of your case to a t. In the end you can feel good about him as a human being because he won't resort to less than favorable behaviour. And by that I mean other attorneys who have to use immature tactics to make up for what they lack as men. Although it is quite entertaining to watch some of them!!! Especially JIM WARREN!!! Andrew is an extremely effective attorney. I started out with a different attorney for my difficult child custody case. I did not feel that my prior attorney had my best interest in mind and was doing only the bare minimum in preparing my case. I decided to seek other representation.
I hired Andrew very late in the process, with my TPA hearing only 2 weeks away. Andrew was able to put together a very solid and sensible case based on the facts, far superior to what was done previously for me.
Right away, I noticed a dramatic difference in the way Andrew was handling and preparing my case, compared to my previous attorney. I was extremely impressed with how quickly Andrew got up to speed and reviewed/prepared all of the evidence in such a short amount of time. He is organized and stays on top of everything. In addition, he made himself very available to me, whether it was just questions I had, or any concerns or updates that I needed to know. He continued to work diligently throughout the entire weekend prior to my hearing.
Andrew has a unique ability to look at the facts, makes sense of your case, and then present them in a very intelligent and articulate way. Andrew is the entire reason I now have joint custody of my 4-month-old son and that he is being returned to his home state.
I am immensely grateful to Andrew for his hard work in fighting for my rights as a father. I absolutely recommend Andrew as an attorney. My only regret is that I did not find Andrew initially. Child custody cases are very expensive so it is critical that you hire an attorney that will work hard and fight for your parental rights. Andrew Rheingrover is that man.

Andrew has been a huge blessing and supporter in my case! I spoke to him in a consultation a couple of months prior to my separation and he took his time and listened and took notes of everything that I said to him. After speaking with him, I knew immediately that he was who I wanted to represent me if I needed him ( I had spoken to 3 other attorneys prior to meeting Andrew). Shortly after my separation, I had papers served to me from my ex to try and get full custody of our daughter. I was devastated, hurt and in disbelief that my ex would ever do something like this. I immediately contacted Andrew to let him know what was going on and he jumped on my case instantly. Andrew is very caring, knowledgeable, and a man of his word. Throughout this process he has been very pro-active and with all the stress that comes along with a separation/divorce/custody case; Andrew has a way to put you at ease. I did my separation with them back in 2021. I had all the paperwork needed and it was a very simple sign and done situation. I was charged thousands to do this. After speaking to other attorneys now since, apparently I was totally done wrong and way overcharged for this. Everyone was totally floored by the price I was charged. Never again.

I retained Mr. Brown for a speeding ticket. I was required to attend the court date but live out of state. Besides the worry over insurance rates and points on my license, I read that NC can suspend your license over certain speeding tickets, so I panicked just a little bit. Mr. Brown handled it all and got the ticket changed to a non-moving violation - as of today the case is completely settled, and the court date wasn’t even for another month. Extremely affordable, very knowledgeable staff, fast service. Cannot recommend him enough.
