In todays day and age, it is rare you find someone or a company, who is ethical, kind, and a fighter. Our family was crushed with by a dealership, with a devastating experience that occurred on a Saturday! Saturday night, I knew we would need legal service to assist us. Steve was retained to help my business collect past due debts for work done and services provided. Specifically, we had rented road trailers, ten, to a farm operation which did not pay and it was necessary for me to repossess them. We were unable to collect based on debtor's bankruptcy. Another case involved trailer repair work performed for customer who would not pay. Not able to collect. Another case involved contract to trade a diesel farm tractor to former employee in exchange for lawn maintenance services -- which were not provided. Unable to repossess or to collect as ruled by small claims court magistrate.
Steve did the best he could given the circumstances of these cases. I would not hesitate to use his services again and do recommend him to others.

I hired Mr. Clark to take care of my child custody agreement. He so easy to work with. I could definitely tell he was an attorney that was going to get the job done without putting things off over and over. We came up with a plan and Mr Clark put it in place. He spoke to my ex on my behalf so that I didnt have to argue that back and forth. I also like that he's reasonable and tries to get things done without having to go to court. But, can also play hardball. Him and his staff are so friendly and are always available when I need them.

James didn’t over promise, but gave me confidence he knew the anxiety this matter was causing, and the hope that he would have it dismissed entirely. He talked to me like a person, not a case file. They have had our money for almost a year for a cut and dry custody case on my step daughter and haven’t done a damn thing. Mother agrees to terms and willing to sign. We’ve had full custody for almost 2 years now. Now our taxes are being withheld for non payment of child support because NOTHING has been done. The first thing they were to do was to cancel that and we were told it was simple. Why hasn’t it been done in a year? We have requested a refund at this point to find an attorney that will do the job. Let’s see if they respond this time. Communication on their part has been a major fail.
