Mr Gray is very pleasant. He listens to concerns completely & focused on the matter at hand with a plan to back it up. When I talked to him, he discussed different view points & tactics. Sean is an intelligent fighter who offered a free consultation. I found him by referall after hitting bottom from numerous other phone calls with other attorneys. If you don't mind chasing after people then they might work for you. But they think it's normal to emphasize that they're going to call you right back right now even though they (apparently) have no intention of calling you back that day.
After I followed up at the end of the day with the person who was supposed to call me he said he didn't have my contact info and (apparently) had no idea who I was. So it sounds like he was never informed about me to begin with, so I would have never heard back.
They tried to apologize and tell me I should still talk to them. At first I didn't want to but I decided to give them a second chance just to see how their legal advice sounded. That was two days ago, they just ignored and ghosted me.
That's not the kind of respect most people are looking for from an expensive professional. There are a lot of highly rated lawyers in Philadelphia, you don't need a primadonna.

After consulting with several attorneys in the Pittsburgh area, it was clear that Scott Levine stood out for many reasons.
The main reason I recommend working with Scott is because after one consultation I could tell he actually cared. He was not focused on "getting my business" or rudely rushingme to make a decision like other attorneys I spoke with.
Instead, Mr. Levine was prompt, polite, patient, and genuinely interested in learning the facts of my case to cut through legal BS and make a difficult situation easier to understand and deal with.
Peace of mind is crucial to making wise decisions when you're under the stress of divorce proceedings. Scott eased my mind and restored my confidence.
He also helped me see that certain options I was considering would likely be a waste of time and money (even though he could have been the one to make that money). That's a rare trait in any profession, especially in the expensive world of divorce law.

I had the pleasure of getting to know Lisa Harding! When I called her to represent me at a conference hearing I was surprised that I was able to get her on the phone the first day. She was much more informative about the court system then my last lawyer concerning child support. She didn't just show up to conference she communicated with me through the entire process prior to. The best experience during a worst case scenario. My son was facing false allegations of a Title IX violation. We researched and consulted several leading legal advisors throughout the country. Several took the approach of "fear factoring" us into needing their legal services but didn't necessarily express a true regard for my son's state of mind. After initially speaking with Atty. Joseph Lento, and immediately being treated with the utmost sincerity and having been acknowledged for our feelings with the matter, we felt we would be moving forward with obtaining their counsel. They even granted a follow-up call waiving an additional consultation fee to allow us the opportunity to address a few points with no pressure to choose their firm. At that point, we knew they had more interest in our comfort level and goals than simply collecting a payment. Once on board, we were assigned to Kyle Adams, who had the knowledge and expertise in this area of law and whom was an absolute pleasure to work with. He made himself available in the evenings, weekends and on his direct cell via telephone, Zoom, as well as in-person simply at our request to ensure my son was comfortable, even though he was over 2 hours away. Kyle's client-centered approach made a significant difference in his case, from a thorough investigation, supportive evidence, and his skillful negotiation helping him achieve a quick resolution to obtain our desired outcome of a withdrawal of the claim. I found Attorney Spivak through a Google search with the criteria, “impossible PFA cases”. His name popped up and I gave him a call. Long story short, he literally won an impossible PFA case. This man is legit. My fiancé has been in custody courts for 3 and a half years, and this man proved his case with one PFA hearing. I would also say that anyone who may have very complicated custody cases, to talk to Mr Spivak. He’s highly knowledgeable, and this man actually CARES about his clients. He will go to bat for you, he is very direct, and he will tell you what to expect.
I say this with the most sincerity, I do not trust, like or even respect most attorneys. I have never had good experiences with most of them. I feel like they take your money , and that’s it. But this man is the real deal. I would highly recommend Attorney Spivak for any custody/PFA related cases. If I could give ten stars, I would.

Then he assisted us in selling our house. I used this firm a while ago for a car wreck and thet got me a great settlement. Recently I used them for a neck injury and they got me 1/10 of what I should have got. I was extremely disappointed and upset. I had to call numerous times to remind them I was a client and was waiting. I talked to some other firms after I received my settlement and they told me they could have gotten me a lot more money. I would rather use Edgar Snyder than these guys again what an insult the amount of money I got for a neck injury. These guys are a joke now.

I was hit by a car on November 16, 2023, and it’s been a long road to recovery. Through a friend, I was recommended to Brendan Lupetin, Greg Unatin, and their associate Garrett Trettel. They were there for me every step of the way, guiding me when I didn’t know what to do and answering my questions pretty much anytime—day or night. 3 years ago my son and I were involved in a car accident. My son’s grandfather referred me to Lupetin & Unatin for representation for the accident. His referral came highly regarded due to him having a case where he was sued Duquesne Light for damages to his property and he won. So needless to say, I went with his recommendation.
Regarding my own case, the representation I received from Lupetin & Unatin was superb. I filed my lawsuit at the beginning of 2022 and they diligently gathered all the information needed to settle the case for me and my son. It took some time, but the end of 2024, they were able to get us a reasonable settlement and they only charged 25%. Garrett Trettel was representing us and he treated our case with the utmost importance and urgency, being very transparent of the necessary steps that had to be taken along the way in order for us to cross the finish line.
I can honestly say I am pleased and satisfied with the service I received from this law firm. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.
