In July of 2024, I was involved in a 3 car accident that could have gone terribly wrong. I was mailed multiple citations that would have ended my driving privileges. Also in the mail was an advertisement from Mr. Katz Law Office. Thank God I decided to acquire him, beacuse he was able to get all tickets dismissed due to negligence. The small fee was worth it. I'd rather have him fighting for me than to go in alone not knowing what my fate will be. I always say, money comes and goes, so pay for good representation to keep that cycle running.

Accused of rolling stop sign. Pulled over and issued 3 points plus the $171 ticket. Elliott told me he'd do his best to have the ticket reduced to no points and I'd still pay the fine. Two words: life saver. I don’t even know where to start with Albert. First and foremost, he goes above and beyond for his clients. He truly cares and he’s honest. I found myself in a not so great situation, and Albert come to my rescue.

Kim Krzyzaniak refuses to respond to emails or voice messages. Two or three weeks will go by with no response. I sent her a notarized divorce document on mid October and Kim did not respond to me until December 5 and still the divorce agreement is not filed. Poor communication. Questionable ethics. Substandard legal representation.

Family member ended up not going to court, and Rebecca negotiated a fair deal between the spouses. It was a difficult situation between a couple in their 70’s. Todd was realistic, easy to talk to, and gave us peace of mind. Hope to not need their services in the future, but would definitely recommend to anyone in a tough PFA situation. As a father himself, Nick knows how much our children mean to us. His reputation and more importantly, his relationship with his own kids is one of the reasons I felt so confident in consulting and ultimately hiring him in the first place. Nick represented me in a custody conciliation hearing and was able to get exactly everything we asked for. Nick is a no-nonsense lawyer. He did not promise me the world or inflate our chances and then not deliver. Nick told me exactly how the process would work from start to finish and how he expected things to go based on his vast experience. He was not wrong. In the hearing, Nick worked well with the master assigned to the case and the other party had really no other option but to acquiesce. He also assisted the master in making a recommendation that would not be cost prohibitive to either side. I specifically said I did not want to cause more grief than necessary to my wife and he listened. He did not disparage my wife by any means and conveyed my intentions flawlessly. Nick's professional attitude and demeanor allowed him to stay on top of the situation and his preparation allowed me to remain the primary custodian of my children. I really don't have the words to properly express to my dedicated & relentless law firm. My lawyers worked hard & tireless to get justice, fair & equal treatment for me in my accident case of 2019. The accident left me totally permanently disabled. I ended up with a total of 14 major injuries in my body.
I was totally disrespected by all levels including law enforcement in the area where the accident took place. The attending officer didn't report the facts surrounding the airbag deployment in my transport. The ambulance service, didn't apply appropriate medical equipment like a neck support or a back brace, I had major injuries in the neck & spine as well as 7 other areas of the body. The hospital that I was taken to for treatment & care was a disaster. There was no licensed physician on duty in the entire emergency room. I was not checked out properly in a fully licensed emergency room at a fully accredited & licensed hospital in 2019, whoever heard of such poor treatment & care in a fully functional hospital.
My case was truly a very long hard & difficult case made so intentionally by workers comp claims adjuster & attorneys, only to be proven wrong by my attorneys that really knew how to professionally take All! of the right steps in the right order to prove my case.

I hired Ms. Frankmar to file a court in order to have a delayed birth certificate created for my grandmother for dual citizenship purposes.
She responded promptly to my initial email and was extremely communicative throughout the entire process.
She knew exactly what to do. She went out of her way and dealt with a jurisdiction that was far away from her office. She gave me exact instructions in terms of what to fill out and was honest about the likelihood of the court order succeeding (the likelihood was high).
She had absolutely no problem meeting (and exceeding) my expectations. She went above and beyond for me and I would hire her again in a heartbeat!
I strongly recommend Ms. Frankmar for any Pennsylvania vital records-related court filings. I certainly have recommended her to multiple people already and they have all been satisfied.

Perhaps the thing that impressed me most about Pernille was nothing was "sugar coated". She was very straight forward and told me what to expect each step of the way. I could speak my mind to her but, no matter how upset I was about the situation she always presented the facts of what was going to happen. Going thru the separation and divorce from start to finish, Pernille kept me informed of each step and what the options were and what the risks were. There were no empty promises made just to keep me happy. When calling the office, Pernille took the phone call when she was available and if she was unavailable there was a return phone call usually within a few hours. Perhaps the best thing I can say is that I really felt Pernille was on my side and knew what battles we should fight and what we should concede during the divorce. I have struggled with finding the right attorney for years hired 3 others before I found Mr. Thomas. He got me my divorce in under a year! This was no easy task my ex had his brother defending him so he had the luxury of no attorney fees and I have 3 children. I was always getting threatened by the other party to take my money , but Bruce was there there to let them know they had no grounds and I felt like I had someone on my side for the first time. I was charged with a DUI and looking at a record and possible jail time. Mr. Thomas was able to step in with only one day to prepare, discover evidence, and represent me in court. Going back 20 or so years, I have occasionally consulted with Chris on a variety of matters. His viewpoint and advice is "to the point" without lapsing into legalese and jargon, and he is efficient. Most of all, I like that in addition to framing the conversation in legal terms, he applies common sense and sensitivity to the situation.
