I hired TL to help with my 17-year-old son's speeding ticket. In the initial consult, TL was very helpful and professional. He clearly explained the process and what we could expect from him. Within a day he had already contacted the officer to discuss the case and come to a preliminary agreement. Throughout the process, TL was helpful in answering questions and always got back to me quickly. In addition to fighting the ticket, TL had my son take an online driver improvement course. My son said it was very helpful. In the end, the ticket was reduced from 25+ over the speed limit to 5 over.

In July of 2024, I was involved in a 3 car accident that could have gone terribly wrong. I was mailed multiple citations that would have ended my driving privileges. Also in the mail was an advertisement from Mr. Katz Law Office. Thank God I decided to acquire him, beacuse he was able to get all tickets dismissed due to negligence. The small fee was worth it. I'd rather have him fighting for me than to go in alone not knowing what my fate will be. I always say, money comes and goes, so pay for good representation to keep that cycle running.

Accused of rolling stop sign. Pulled over and issued 3 points plus the $171 ticket. Elliott told me he'd do his best to have the ticket reduced to no points and I'd still pay the fine. On May 30th, 2024 I was involved in an automobile accident.
The State Police Officer, who investigated wrote a ticket on me based on a witness who said I was speeding.
I had received a brochure in the mail from the law firm of Ellis B Klein and Associates stating that they would represent me incourt, and that I did not need to be present at the hearing.
My case was finally heard today and needless to say I was found not guilty and the potential 3 points were not put on my driving record.
I would definitely recommend this law firm .

I had the pleasure of getting to know Lisa Harding! When I called her to represent me at a conference hearing I was surprised that I was able to get her on the phone the first day. She was much more informative about the court system then my last lawyer concerning child support. She didn't just show up to conference she communicated with me through the entire process prior to. Timely correspondence, knowledge of family law, especially in custody matters, and actual care of the situation were all an 11 out of 10. Attorney Noll and her team represented me for both my custody agreement and subsequent child support filing. When I say her and her team are the absolute best, I mean it! I had partial custoday of my childern and she helped me get 50/50 custoday when my kids mother was being extremely difficult. Heidi answered all my questions and helped me navigate what all I needed to do. After successful completion of the custody agreement she suggested I file support against my ex. I agreed and was astonished at how much I was owed in the 50/50 agreement. I never would have imagined the outcome but Heidi ran circles around my ex's lawyer and fought for every dollar during the conference. The best experience during a worst case scenario. My son was facing false allegations of a Title IX violation. We researched and consulted several leading legal advisors throughout the country. Several took the approach of "fear factoring" us into needing their legal services but didn't necessarily express a true regard for my son's state of mind. After initially speaking with Atty. Joseph Lento, and immediately being treated with the utmost sincerity and having been acknowledged for our feelings with the matter, we felt we would be moving forward with obtaining their counsel. They even granted a follow-up call waiving an additional consultation fee to allow us the opportunity to address a few points with no pressure to choose their firm. At that point, we knew they had more interest in our comfort level and goals than simply collecting a payment. Once on board, we were assigned to Kyle Adams, who had the knowledge and expertise in this area of law and whom was an absolute pleasure to work with. He made himself available in the evenings, weekends and on his direct cell via telephone, Zoom, as well as in-person simply at our request to ensure my son was comfortable, even though he was over 2 hours away. Family member ended up not going to court, and Rebecca negotiated a fair deal between the spouses. It was a difficult situation between a couple in their 70’s. As a father himself, Nick knows how much our children mean to us. His reputation and more importantly, his relationship with his own kids is one of the reasons I felt so confident in consulting and ultimately hiring him in the first place. Nick represented me in a custody conciliation hearing and was able to get exactly everything we asked for. Nick is a no-nonsense lawyer. He did not promise me the world or inflate our chances and then not deliver. Nick told me exactly how the process would work from start to finish and how he expected things to go based on his vast experience. He was not wrong. In the hearing, Nick worked well with the master assigned to the case and the other party had really no other option but to acquiesce. He also assisted the master in making a recommendation that would not be cost prohibitive to either side. I specifically said I did not want to cause more grief than necessary to my wife and he listened. He did not disparage my wife by any means and conveyed my intentions flawlessly. I hired Ms. Frankmar to file a court in order to have a delayed birth certificate created for my grandmother for dual citizenship purposes.
She responded promptly to my initial email and was extremely communicative throughout the entire process.
She knew exactly what to do. She went out of her way and dealt with a jurisdiction that was far away from her office. She gave me exact instructions in terms of what to fill out and was honest about the likelihood of the court order succeeding (the likelihood was high).
She had absolutely no problem meeting (and exceeding) my expectations. She went above and beyond for me and I would hire her again in a heartbeat!
I strongly recommend Ms. Frankmar for any Pennsylvania vital records-related court filings. I certainly have recommended her to multiple people already and they have all been satisfied.

I had Mr. Steeson in 2014 and he did a great job on my case. I was looking at 1-3 years I sat in jail for 5 months and when I went to court all charges were dropped. He was very firm with the case, he always kept me updated with everything when I called him. He fought for me til the bitter end and I couldn’t think him enough!
