Brad took over my case from another attorney during a difficult time. My daughter's father (my ex-husband) did not return her after her agreed upon visit the summer of 2014. He took away her means of communicating with me and others. Over a period of days, he would set a return date, then change it. My daughter was distressed and lost her trust in him. Because of previous attempts to get a resolution that supported my daughter, I did not have a lot of faith in the system. Brad is honest, has a serious level of attention to detail, great energy, and a strategic mind that works for the best interest of, in this case, my child. In the end, Brad and his pretty wonderful team of legal super heroes were able to provide me with a sense of relief and protection for my daughter. I could not ask for anything more.

In late December 2015, Bradley Coldwell stepped in when my then attorney could not continue with my case as he was running for public office and my common-law husband of 16+ years was pulling every dirty trick he could think of to make the divorce as difficult and expensive as possible. After agreeing in April 2015 to mediation within 60 days, he refused to turn over discovery forcing me to subpoena the requested documents, denied we were married, demanded a jury trial at the last minute before the final trial date, then firing his attorney and hiring a new one who he said was “the number one family law attorney in Williamson County”. My husband than announced that he had deliberately conflicted out every good attorney in town. Thank goodness, he skipped Brad in the conflicting process.
Brad got a second temporary orders hearing scheduled for early February 2016. Not only did he get the agreement that I regretting making in April 2015 reversed, he also got me temporary support, a large amount of attorney’s fees and the judge denied every one of my husband’s requests. Watching Brad and his paralegal, Ryan Dixon, in action at that hearing was more than I could have asked for. Calm, cool and always in control. Brad became my hero that day.
Through discovery updates and everything else that happened Brad and Ryan kept me up to date, never missed a deadline and were always there to answer my questions and calm my fears.
Our half-day mediation in June 2016 lasted 14 hours and turned out better than I could have dreamed of. By agreement, I received over half of the martial estate and other provisions that I don’t believe another attorney could have gotten for me.
I believe that my now ex-husband understands that he did not hire “the number one family law attorney in Williamson County”, I did …. and his name is Bradly Coldwell.
I highly recommend Bradley Coldwell of Coldwell Bowes. He will always be my HERO. Everyone at Coldwell Bowes are extremely professional and very nice.

I recently got arrested for a DWI in Georgetown. Not knowing anything about the legal system in the area, I randomly chose Price and Twine from the internet. What a grest choice! I have had to use lawyers for various issues over the years and my opinion of the profession is not a good one. Unlike those experiences, Michael and James are a great representation of the profession. The deligence, caring, easy to communicate with, and the fairness of the cost of their services was exemplary. Use them. You will not be disappointed. I cannot recommend them more highly.

I met with Mr. Engel during my free consult. I paid $100 to his firm and he informed me that he may be able to assist with getting my money returned from a debt resolution company. They kept all paperwork. I've called the office since then, on numerous occasions, and the receptionist takes a message and informs me Mr. Engel will contact me. I've still not received any type of communication from this law firm. I won't be hiring them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely THE problem when it comes to attorneys this day and age.(maybe it’s just with men). If you want a game where you're being strung along and billed forever playing the rollercoaster game with you and your children's life instead of evidence being presented in a costly/timely and empathetic manner THIS IS YOUR GUY. Mr. Bancroft, i just got off the phone with you where you hung up on me stating that I’m threatening you. Get over your ego and realize that your business as a practicing attourney needs realignment. I wrote you about a standing invoice you provided totaling to less than the amount that Ive paid to you months prior with no response. After speaking to your paralegal, then being transferred to your “billing dept.” and speaking to them I was provided with a newer invoice…..with newer charges, where whomever was working before had originally just simply “forgot to send me the invoice”….what a convenient coincidence. After speaking with her, I was transferred to you where I had a conversation with your ego. Well, from the little guy(s) down here Mr. Bancroft, do whats right and fabricating invoices to skip out on paying balances owed on any moneys paid to you for the services that you DID NOT PROVIDE are just not that. Client paid $1750 in retainer fees(half of your 3500 to get the case started) and had to chase said attourney down for enquiries with little to no communications outside of ones that were initiated by me/client, INCLUDING in person conversation with YOU where I unexpectedly paid a visit to your office in August after I could not successfully contact anyone and asked about a status of my case. You did not recall my case by name until we went to your office and you searched my name.(keep in mind, this is three months after contracting). Attourney invoicing per attourney-client portals all state work for balance of $753, with latest payment from client being $631 in October.(this never happened, only payment made was the initial one and didn't make another due to subpar and in my opinion MALPRACTICAL, I'm aware that isn't an official word, service). After a few months of calling and majorly being placed on hold, back and forth’s with promises of returned calls or motions with paralegals, multiples of them and finally being frustrated with the reality of paying an attourney and not being fought for……while fighting a vindictive situation with my children as a GREAT DAD I asked for an explanation stating that if I did not hear anything as ai had been I wanted to discontinue services and be refunded via message inside of the client portal, I THEN was given a response…..but not with accountability, not with a plan of action, not to communicate any valuable evidence or structured plan of action, but to speak downward of me on the “dismal” months of non-payment……….ultimately this attourney demanded I paid him his past due amount, in addition to totals for mediations that hadn't even been had yet to avoid him WITHDRAWING. Needless to say I attended the mediation PRO SE, paid the mediator directly. I’m now on maximum state mandated child support and standard visitation for the children I equally raised because the relationship did not work out with their mother…finally divorced none the less. All of the evidence in the world to fight that good fight never presented, never saw a represented court setting, money just wasted and thank GOD I demanded a standard or it could have been MUCH MUCH worse financially. Contracted with this attourney on 5/24/2024….attourney withdrew as of 11/5/2024, yet they have still attempted to withdraw payment from my bank as of latest, 12/19/2024…….this was my SECOND attourney over a course of what I recall as a 3 year nightmare……I can confidently say, this is whats wrong with the family law system! Will edit with photo documentation when I have time.

Theresa was appointed as court appointed lawyer for my son. I understand we are not paying for services, but why take a court appointed case if you really don't want to do the job. I also understand that these lawyers can not care so passionately about every one. But when I said she did nothing for my son, I do mean NOTHING!! I and my family members called her on numerous occasions to check what was going on with my son's case. The first time she had no idea who he was she didn't even know she was assigned to him. She couldn't even find his case. Second she told us 3 times on 3 different occasions that she was going to set up a phone/ person visit with my son to discuss the case. All 3 times something couldn't even explain what happened but she was not able to see him. On his court date, she didn't even show up. This is after she told us she would be there. We waited and waited and nothing. Then 3 days before his next court date, we called to see about court. To our surprise she says they took me off the case, and that's it. I would not recommend her, unless you are paying for her services. Even at that I wish you luck because she doesn't seem to care. If your loved one is appointed Ms. Teresa Vasquez I would highly recommend trying to get her changed or they might have to be incarcerated longer. I was very disappointed not because my son was in jail, but because when I spoke to her she wanted to sound like she would be on top of the situation. Like she had a plan like she understood. Everything she told us, she did not follow through with NOTHING!! NOT EVEN A SIMPLE PHONE CALL. I also understand that there are not a lot of people who show support when a family member is in jail, so I believe that the very last thing these inmates need is false hopes or information. I know they are not paying for your services but you are still getting paid!! She talks a good talk with NO follow through. Sad how they also take advantage of the system. We should also be able to leave reviews!!

I dont suggest Lisa as a lawyer at all. My case has been going on for almost 2 years and for a first time offense (DWI), ALOT of money, and her saying what she "could" do..... she didnt show up to court twice instead sent her husband. She didnt know what was going on with my case the times I went to talk to her. When I talked to probation and they said I would have to do a 90 day out patient program and went to her office upset about it because I have a 2 jobs and trying to finish school and pay my bills she gave me attitude and said "what's wrong with that," as a lawyer I would expect more. She wants a monthly payment so of course after almost 2 years she has been paid in full and I cant even get any of my money back with my court case still pending.

This lawyer was unfocused, delayed hearings and disappeared for weeks. Meanwhile my life with a divorce looming was terrifying. He assistant was too nice to work with a shyster like Fulton
She demanded money from me then I would not hear of anything. She dodged my phone calls constantly.
Upshot at the end because she ran the clock out I had to settle quickly and lost a lot of money. I talked to another lawyer hoping to rectify the damage done but was told there was nothing I could do and that A. Michelle Fulton was a poor attorney and not respected by her peers.

Todd was originally referred over to us by a lawyer friend. Todd worked on expunging a completed case starting, and the correspondence started off well. After sending in payment and paperwork to his office on February 5th, I sent a follow up email 10 days later asking for an update. After a month of calling his office and not hearing anything back via email, on March 18th we received an update. After that things ran smooth and anytime I reached out by email he was quick to respond. It was stressful to not hear anything about the case for a month, and we weren't sure if it was even being worked on. I had Sara Moore as my attorney and she was a badass. She was on everything from day one for my divorce. So when I needed to do a modification for custody of my kids, I went back to her. Unfortunately, she retired before we could get to cost and have my case over to Solorzano. I had no problem since I thought since Sara trusted him with her case load, I should too. Big mistake. I won't get into everything that this law firm stopped the ball on, which there was several, he never fought hard to get me any type of hearing for my case. I never knew what was going on, and every time I had a meeting with him I had to refresh him on the case. I'm not a lawyer but the case was strong in my favor, and because he allowed it to go stagnant I am now at the point where I'm just hoping to get any kind of hearing so I can go ahead and appeal and change jurisdiction.

I called and spoke to Mr. Solorzano about an issue i had and he explained to me to start the process he needed 3k down i agreed. He said he needed a couple days to do a contract i agreed. 1 week passed no call from Mr. Solorzano. I called and I would leave voice-mails no call back. I called after 2 weeks again and I was told I needed 5k down per Mr Solorzano i declined. They can't even answer the phone or call back why would I agree to more money plus there customer service is terrible. Do your research before hiring this man.

He never filed any motions on my case.After several attempts for a refund he never returned my calls or emails.l had to contact the State Bar of Texas. I hired George Mackey to appeal my son's case. I had to find out the results of the appeal online. He never returns phone calls. The one time he did return a phone call, he told me to tell my son not to worry, that he will speak with the prosecutor and schedule a new court date. He never returned a phone call after that. Even when I begged him to call me back to tell me if he is has decided not to be my son's lawyer anymore, he still never returned my phone calls. I will be filing an official complaint.

My case was assigned to Kim Washington, seemingly an competent lawyer; but after working with her for about ten months, basically continuing work begun four months prior by two of her colleagues, I have come to know differently. Any lawyer earning her fee per hour should be equipped with knowledge and experience that should enable that lawyer to offer sound advice to clients, especially if clients are asking for services that are not offered by the firm anyway!!!
I paid too much money (well over $15,000.00) for a divorce that was never contested, but too much time/expense allocated towards chasing possibilities only to learn later on two occasions that I would have to go outside of the firm for services not offered by the firm, but needed to resolve my issue!!! I hope Ms. Washington will listen carefully to what future clients need/want from her and honestly advise accordingly without unnecessarily compounding costs without delivering on objectives known from the beginning of the process.

Mr. Hancock represented my son in a criminal case. There was much disappointment as my son and I did not feel like Mr. Hancock was actually fighting for him throughout the process. There was alot to be desired from Mr. Hancock during the process. Mr Hancock used the states investigative findings instead of doing his own investigation to fight for my son. He made a statement to me on a couple of occasionas that I wasn't a rich woman in regards to paying for an investigation for my son. I was told by another attorney, that the state would have covered the cost of an investigation for my son that was not done by this attorney. Mr Hancock used the states slanted data instead of collecting his own. My son has been in jail/prison for about 6 years now. I just wish that Mr. Hancock would have cared more about his client, my son. I don't understand how the lawyer, Mr. Hancock, kept asking the client, "what's the plan?" I may be wrong, but I thought the attorney should formulate the plan? If we were familiar with the law, we wouldn't need an attorney. My son's case could have turned out differently, if the one that represented him,did more on his behalf. My heart is broken!
