Rob walked me through the process because this was my first time to ever be arrested or in trouble for anything. Handled all the details and just let me know when to be where. He would communicate and keep me updated on each step of the process and was patient with me. The resolution ended with deferred adjudication and a charge for "Obstruction of a Roadway". Not having the DWI charge has saved my career and I couldn't be more grateful.

Rob was hired to help me with my arrest for DUI. My friend knew Rob and he immediately was able to help me with bail. Rob worked with me and explained things very clear what steps he would be taking, what he would do, and what I should do when it came time for court.
Rob was amazing. He always pushed for things to move forward and not let me hang in the wind. He was able to have the arrest diminished to obstruction, my probation severely reduced and for me to move on and not let this impede my life.
I have recommended Rob to everyone I know if I hear they have had any trouble.

Amazing! I couldnt possibly express how happy we were with him as our lawyer nor the dismissal he was able to achive for us. He was straight foward and honest with us. Attorney Treadgill handled my case professionally and competently. He has a relationship with the clergy in Houston where my case was tried and was able to get my case heard and fairly processed timely and the results were in my best interest. We did not have any resets and going back and forth to court. It was resolved in the first scheduled appearance and I was completely satisfied. Mr Arnold is a an excellent attorney. Due to his expertise and professionalism in the court room, I was found Not guilty in a bench trial for a 3rd degree felony DV charge. I acted in self defense but had to prove it and he made sure I received the proper justice. He was very supportive and caring throughout the whole process. I was a client of Mr. Arnold when he helped me with a Class C Misdeamoner Assualt by Contact charge in Dallas, TX. The accuser was a disgruntled ex of mine. She had fabricated a story and produced fabricated pictures to the jury. Mr. Arnold was able to pin-point her lies and bring logic to the table. He argued that I acted in self-defense (which I did, but had to prove) and his closing was fantastic. The jury didn't take long to render a verdict of not-guilty!!!

Mr. Arnold represented me in a false claim of domestic violence case against me that was filed by my soon to be ex wife. Although it sometimes took him a while to give me an update on my cases status, he always returned my calls in a reasonable amount of time (I'm impatient and want instant gratification).
We had to take the case to a jury trial, and he was superb. the jury was out only a few minutes before returning a not guilty verdict. My wife was a terrible liar and he savaged her on the stand, but seemed to do it in such a pleasant and subtle way that he came across as the reasonable guy.

I used Shane and his team once again. This time was to ensure that my daughter was to remain living in Texas with me. This is the third time that I have needed help from the McFarland Law Firm. This was my first time working with his new team that includes Mo and Anna. Once again, McFarland law did not disappoint. Communication was clear, honest, and above all constant. Brilliant strategies in court. Shane and team were very honest and clear about all the options that could happen moving forward so that there were no real surprises. Shane will tell you what you don't want to hear as well. This kind of honesty is important as well. Absolutely Horrible. Lies... They tell you what you want to hear to reel you in, then when it's time to do it, they backtrack. Liars. They charge and nickel and dime everything. No strategy for nothing. They are a disaster to work with so find someone else. No communication, they treat your account like an open check book, and they are super unresponsive to emails. I didn't even sign my final order because I had disagreements on it and emailed them stating this. Received no response once again. They sent it to me and the day after I received it, judge signed even though I said I didn't agree. Their language in the Final orders and lack of appropriately listing items agreed on in court, screwed me out of those things because of their lack of attention to detail. Crooks. But do what you want. Your throwing your money away.

If you want someone that won’t defend you properly or be prepared for your case go ahead and hire this guy. My brother is serving 60 years because of him. Didn’t prepare him for the case. Didn’t cross examine the witnesses well enough. Gave my brother a positive outlook on the case, as if things were going his way, but weren’t. Should have advised a plea deal after knowing how poorly he was defending him.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely THE problem when it comes to attorneys this day and age.(maybe it’s just with men). If you want a game where you're being strung along and billed forever playing the rollercoaster game with you and your children's life instead of evidence being presented in a costly/timely and empathetic manner THIS IS YOUR GUY. Mr. Bancroft, i just got off the phone with you where you hung up on me stating that I’m threatening you. Get over your ego and realize that your business as a practicing attourney needs realignment. I wrote you about a standing invoice you provided totaling to less than the amount that Ive paid to you months prior with no response. After speaking to your paralegal, then being transferred to your “billing dept.” and speaking to them I was provided with a newer invoice…..with newer charges, where whomever was working before had originally just simply “forgot to send me the invoice”….what a convenient coincidence. After speaking with her, I was transferred to you where I had a conversation with your ego. Well, from the little guy(s) down here Mr. Bancroft, do whats right and fabricating invoices to skip out on paying balances owed on any moneys paid to you for the services that you DID NOT PROVIDE are just not that. Client paid $1750 in retainer fees(half of your 3500 to get the case started) and had to chase said attourney down for enquiries with little to no communications outside of ones that were initiated by me/client, INCLUDING in person conversation with YOU where I unexpectedly paid a visit to your office in August after I could not successfully contact anyone and asked about a status of my case. You did not recall my case by name until we went to your office and you searched my name.(keep in mind, this is three months after contracting). Attourney invoicing per attourney-client portals all state work for balance of $753, with latest payment from client being $631 in October.(this never happened, only payment made was the initial one and didn't make another due to subpar and in my opinion MALPRACTICAL, I'm aware that isn't an official word, service). After a few months of calling and majorly being placed on hold, back and forth’s with promises of returned calls or motions with paralegals, multiples of them and finally being frustrated with the reality of paying an attourney and not being fought for……while fighting a vindictive situation with my children as a GREAT DAD I asked for an explanation stating that if I did not hear anything as ai had been I wanted to discontinue services and be refunded via message inside of the client portal, I THEN was given a response…..but not with accountability, not with a plan of action, not to communicate any valuable evidence or structured plan of action, but to speak downward of me on the “dismal” months of non-payment……….ultimately this attourney demanded I paid him his past due amount, in addition to totals for mediations that hadn't even been had yet to avoid him WITHDRAWING. Needless to say I attended the mediation PRO SE, paid the mediator directly. I’m now on maximum state mandated child support and standard visitation for the children I equally raised because the relationship did not work out with their mother…finally divorced none the less. All of the evidence in the world to fight that good fight never presented, never saw a represented court setting, money just wasted and thank GOD I demanded a standard or it could have been MUCH MUCH worse financially. Contracted with this attourney on 5/24/2024….attourney withdrew as of 11/5/2024, yet they have still attempted to withdraw payment from my bank as of latest, 12/19/2024…….this was my SECOND attourney over a course of what I recall as a 3 year nightmare……I can confidently say, this is whats wrong with the family law system! Will edit with photo documentation when I have time.

This is truly the best lawyer anyone could ever get. My ex had already filed papers and It was Friday when I met and retained Steve. I had court the following Thursday. I was very skeptical as many are when getting a attorney. Steve worked quick and fast. He filed things promptly and quick. I would recommend him to anyone that I know. I am impatient and probably wasn't the easiest client to deal with. Steve was their every step of the way. He explained exactly what was going on every time something would happend and exactly what to do. If you listen and follow what he says then it will go in your favor as it did mine. My custody situation was exhausting and lasted almost 2 years. I got in the end exactly what I wanted. His prices were very reasonable as well. He has been a lawyer forever and has seen it all as he did in my case. I suggest be honest and straight forward and tell him what you would like your outcome to be and he will tell you what to do to make it happen. His assistant Lisa is the sweetest lady ever. If he was busy then she would call and let me know things immed. I couldn't say enough great things about these people and how much they helped my family and children out. Thank you again!

If you are reading this and trying to find an attorney, if you need a bulldog, I am here to give my recommendation to retain Patrick Bramblett. I am one of his veteran clients who has been through it all. Mr. Briones is a generic result attorney that totally got annihilated in court JP3 04/13/21
He was representing my family members in a civil suit and even got their name incorrect.
Briones was unprepared and tried to scam Judge Wentworth into believing that only one person was on a deed to a home in dispute as if the other ex spouse was not on the deed at all. When the Judge called him out in it, Briones stumbled in his words saying he misunderstood.
Briones did not even have the divorce Decree with him that literally won the case for the opponent .
He told the Judge he did not know what was on it and got annihilated once again when the Judge had the copy of the decree and told him that his name was on it. He had signed it, yet had pretended he was unaware of the stipulations on it that favored the opponent and the case was lost for Briones.
I believe the Judge could see through Briones right away and his credentials were immediately lost.
This attorney is exactly the kind of attorney to avoid.

I went to see Mr. Briones for a consultation in December of last year. My ex wife was moving to Laredo and taking our son to go live over there. I asked Mr. Briones for help and he recommended that we file for a modification to have my son come live me with and not have to go to Laredo. It seemed impossible and I never thought I would have a chance but Mr. Briones was very certain that we could fight for this. I didn't have very much money to pay for a retainer so he asked for a little up front and put me on a payment plan. We went to court a few times and at the last hearing we won. My son now lives with me full time and I couldn't ask for a better lawyer on my side then Ricardo Briones.

Very unprofessional. Paid to go to trail. Never heard from her up until the trial date where I asked if she would like to get with my witnesses and come up with a game plan for trial. She told me she was sick with pneumonia and influenza A and that it would get reset. Had scheduled work off but decided to go in because it was going to be “reset”. After texting multiple days and no response I had to call up court and they informed me that I did have court (the next day). We went to court unprepared and she showed up late (every other time she did also) and screamed at the judge that she had pneumonia and couldn’t talk. Mind you she is screaming. The judge told her it wouldn’t get reset without a Dr. note. Unbelievably, somehow she couldn’t come up with one, so they proceeded with trail. I ended up taking plea deal because I didn’t feel confident, having never had a meeting about trail. She told me she was ready to go, which completely contradicted what she had told the judge “I can’t do a trail today”. After this I decided I couldn’t trust her with my freedom and settled. Please don’t make the same mistake I did and further research an attorney who will fight for their clients and also communicate with them. WASTE OF MONEY. Find someone reputable.

I think we're all in the same pond. Jeremiah I believe has gone far and above what most attorneys would have, especially in my case. In a contentious situation most people overthink and overlook the outcome sooner rather than later. Unfortunately this was my mistake and I felt incredibly emotional and unsure (doesn't everyone?) Really there isn't much to it once you see what goes on behind the scenes. Dolores is wonderful too in that she is a great assistant to Jeremiah. I'm incredibly thankful to have Jeremiah as my attorney. Not everyone may feel the same, but as the old saying goes "don't hate the player, hate the game" and trust in the process. It'll all work out, I promise.
