i never been treated so rudely and unprofessional by someone who is supposed to be on my side . I was wrongly accused of domestic violence with so much evidence that a lawyer would have minimal work and was too rude and impatient . our phone call was 6 minutes before he hung up in my face with a attitude because “ i didn’t tell him about the assault” which like i told him because the assault NEVER happened . i told him the entire events that led up to my arrest and how i found out what i was being arrested for . There was never physical altercation that happened for me to clarify the entire case was a lie against me . I lost my one year old daughter that is living with a mother who didn’t even like her or want her because of this lie and this is how i get treated by the attorney i turned to for help .

Lory is the worst attorney for males. Please do NOT waste your money. I made a review on her before and it seems that it has been deleted. I hired her on a custody case presented SO much evidence for her to use and bring up in court and she CHOOSE not to present or bring up MOST of the things I provided for her. She has no fight in her doesn't for you to get the best most reasonable outcome. She came into court really unprepared and didn't help prepare me for the terminology. Upon hiring a different attorney is when I realized the mistake I made in hiring her. The initial court is what sets the tone for how things will proceed forward. It sets the tone for how things will follow and the emphasis and fight She put into the initial court it was as if she just waved the white flag without fighting it. My child support was set by her at 1100$ a month for one kid. ONE kid. I make 80k a year my ex makes 60k a year I SHOULD NOT BE PAYIN THAT MUCH! the initial court and how she failed to properly represent me is to blame for that. SAVE UR MONEY IF YOU ARE A MALE. If this law firm doesn't like my review they can contact me personally and we can discuss how they misrepresented me. DO NOT TAKE MY COMMENT DOWN I WILL COME BACK AND POST IT AGAIN. Mr Arnold is a an excellent attorney. Due to his expertise and professionalism in the court room, I was found Not guilty in a bench trial for a 3rd degree felony DV charge. I acted in self defense but had to prove it and he made sure I received the proper justice. He was very supportive and caring throughout the whole process. I was a client of Mr. Arnold when he helped me with a Class C Misdeamoner Assualt by Contact charge in Dallas, TX. The accuser was a disgruntled ex of mine. She had fabricated a story and produced fabricated pictures to the jury. Mr. Arnold was able to pin-point her lies and bring logic to the table. He argued that I acted in self-defense (which I did, but had to prove) and his closing was fantastic. The jury didn't take long to render a verdict of not-guilty!!!

Mr. Arnold represented me in a false claim of domestic violence case against me that was filed by my soon to be ex wife. Although it sometimes took him a while to give me an update on my cases status, he always returned my calls in a reasonable amount of time (I'm impatient and want instant gratification).
We had to take the case to a jury trial, and he was superb. the jury was out only a few minutes before returning a not guilty verdict. My wife was a terrible liar and he savaged her on the stand, but seemed to do it in such a pleasant and subtle way that he came across as the reasonable guy.

Just spoke to this law firm, I would not reconnect this law firm. Stay far away. Their first duty is to the court, if a judge tells any one of their lawyers not to wear a certain suit again they will bend over backwards. Their duty is not in the best interest of the child but to the court first! Do not hire this firm, they will not argue your case in court. They will let the judge violate your rights and help them do it. When I heard this from their attorney during the consultation I immediately asked where is the duty to your client and the best interest of the child? She hung up. When a lawyers says their first duty is to the court that means you should run! Don’t be to quick to hire an attorney, look around ask questions because lawyers like these will backstab their clients!

This lawyer was unfocused, delayed hearings and disappeared for weeks. Meanwhile my life with a divorce looming was terrifying. He assistant was too nice to work with a shyster like Fulton
She demanded money from me then I would not hear of anything. She dodged my phone calls constantly.
Upshot at the end because she ran the clock out I had to settle quickly and lost a lot of money. I talked to another lawyer hoping to rectify the damage done but was told there was nothing I could do and that A. Michelle Fulton was a poor attorney and not respected by her peers.

Michelle Fulton is the worst attorney ever. Please do not hire her because she will take all your money and loose your case. She is very unorganized and unprofessional. When she asks for things and you send them she does not remember and asks for those items again so you’re getting double charged. She also reschedules hearings and says she is sick or a family emergency has come up. She is very unprofessional even the judge disliked her and of course I lost my case. My recommendation pay a great attorney money and win versus hiring a cheap attorney who will lose your case. Also if you check her reviews not to many you definitely want an attorney that has more than 100 reviews and a high rating like 4.9 out of 5. Just some tips for you to not hire this attorney. I so regret hiring this attorney and will never recommend or utilize her and will be filing a complaint with the State Bar.

They kept all paperwork. I've called the office since then, on numerous occasions, and the receptionist takes a message and informs me Mr. Engel will contact me. I've still not received any type of communication from this law firm. I won't be hiring them.

Hired this person on a referral from James Hedelston. Biggest mistake of my life.
This attorney never spoke to the police officer witness who was previously subpoenad and waiting outside court room. The officer Arrested my ex for a Dwi while the children were in the vehicle . This attorney also never spoke to the person he was run over by my ex while with the children in the vehicle . That person was waiting outside courtroom also on November 2018.
This attorney told me that I had to take a settlement of supervise visitation and give my children to the person who has physically emotionally ,financially, and medically abused us For last several years even after my ex was just arrested a few weeks before for domestic assault. .
Immediately after saying I should agree she dropped me because I had little money. The very next day 2018 on Facebook she posted how she was looking to give free legal counsel to a family in need. She was stating how she wanted to give back to the community.
