Anthony helped me tremendously. I did not have a great record to begin with but he took my case and ensured I got a great deal into Felony drug court program. Mr. Sera represented my son several months ago, and unlike most criminal defense attorneys and/or public defenders who have a tendency to go in and shake hands with the DA and then feed you to the system and/or judge, Mr. Sera advocated for my son Jonathan and got him a time served ruling. My son had prior felony convictions and was possibly looking at a lengthy stay in TDC. Mr. Sera always took our calls and was thorough in his responses to all our questions. He was truthful and always asked "Are there any other questions or concerns I can help you with?" before ending our call. He was attentive and engaged. If I could I'd give him 10 stars. Mac was great to work with. I was looking at some serious charges and Mac had the charges dismissed very quickly. The DA wanted to settle out of court, but Mac said no we are going to get this case dismissed and sure enough it was. Everytime I called him he made an effort to call me back. His fees were very reasonable as well. I hope I never have to use his services again, but just in case, I now know who to call. I was very happy with his services. Thank you Mac. That being said, my case was handled for Child Custody back in 2022 (I know super late). They came highly recommended from a friend, and I really appreciate every moment, they handled every concern and issue I had during their rendered service with me. I myself was a handful at the time, but from the consultation to the day we finalized in mediation, Michelle was more than helpful through it all. From hearing me out to all the advice given, I couldn't have asked for a better representative through that time. I owe this firm more than words because the time they were able to give me with my daughter, you can't put a price on it. You really pay for what you get with this group, and for me, it was everything. She is available and reliable! I called some firms here who took my info and said they would contact me. I never got to talk to an attorney. I called Ms Stevens and was able to have a 20 + minute interview with her right away after hours. I was truly impressed with the interview and hired her the next day.
She is an excellent and compassionate communicator and listener! I had an extensive and productive life and case story in her office. She wants to know you as well as your case and this sets her apart ! It leads to her precise defense plan for you. She had me relaxed and at ease right away. Years ago, as part of my divorce I granted my ex-wife the house that we bought together while married and she assumed responsibility for it. At some point she started paying her mortgage late and that eventually found its way to my credit report (some company called PHH). Since it had nothing to do with me, I disputed the account and submitted my divorce decree that clearly shows she assumed responsibility and I no longer have any interest in the house etc. the dispute was denied and come back verified. Frustrating since I had nothing to do with it but at the time I assumed I was stuck with it because in the eyes of creditors I was still on the hook for the debt (the house wasn’t refinanced out of my name at the time). There are several 180 days late and they are the only baddies left on my report. All this brought down my credit score to 522. I got into some trouble in 2021, and the attorneys I had at the time kept dropping the ball. A friend of my recommended Attorney Suzanne Stevens and and she rescued me (literally). From the moment Suzanne took, she was there walking me through the trenches every step of the way. On the day I had to report to jail, she stayed in constant contact with my mom and even called to check up on me after my release (which was after hours). She has years of experience and is super knowledgeable of the legal system which put me at ease. He got my DUI case dismissed even after I got myself kicked off of pre-trial diversion. I still don’t know how he managed to do it but I’m so thankful for his help. I was going thru a very dark time in my life, but he really seemed to want the best for me and would check in just to ask about my mental health and sobriety every now and then. He gave me a couple of harsh lectures when I kept making things worse for myself and my case (and probably making his job much more difficult in the process) but it was all things that I definitely needed to hear and he never gave up on me. I had a wonderful experience with Michael King he kept my expectations real and grounded, he never promised anything he couldn’t do but he never really gave up. He was patient with me even when it came to my payment plan, he worked with me knowing that I was having a hard time keeping up with the bill payments. He was available to talk even if it was more personal and not related to my case. He wanted to make sure that I was ok as a person rather than as a client. Even when I wasn’t dealing with Michael himself his staff was also very helpful and kept me in the loop just as much as he did. He was hired on behalf of a family member who had been charged with a Federal Offence. Resulting in a dismissal.
He was also hired on behalf of a family member who was charged with murder. Resulting in being found innocent by a jury of his peers.

My brother and I both got in a car accident by a drunk driver back in 2022. Although the other individual was absolutely at fault, some lawyers wouldn't want to take the case unless my brother sues me when I was also a victim. I was very scared and discouraged as an international student, so I visited the school law center, and they recommended Brian. Brian, without saying any negativity, he gladly took our case. It has been a long time since the car accident occurred, but he has been fighting for us for more than year and a half, and finally we maxed out the policy limit and the case got settled. As I set down to write this, I start to think and replay the events that have unfolded this past year and half. I hired Jessica Kroscher as a defense attorney in an awful custody battle to keep custody of my son. I am completely overwhelmed by how genuine, loving and supportive Jessica and her entire team was towards me and my family during this time. They have represented me in the 3M settlement. They told me the letter was sent to my bank on 5 September. They also said the were I constant contact with my bank. My bank has not heard from them. I have sent multiple emails and called 3 times. They have yet to call or respond to my inquiries. As of 24 Sept I still have not received money from them. If I could give a negative star it would represent my feelings toward these scam artist.
