The team over at CHA were absolutely fantastic! From start to finish they made sure that everything was just so and as a result I am legally me. 😊 Not only do I not dread social situations where I may be carded anymore, or going through the airport, I'm excited about being carded (which at 40 is no small feat 😅)
Are the services offered absolutely necessary? No, you can go through this process on your own, but their fees were not exorbitant by any stretch and they were work every penny for the peace of mind alone that it was being done right and wouldn't get kicked back.

I went through one of the worse ordeals of my life. A domestic violence case that left me completely traumatized. At first I wasn't aware the severity of my charges. After speaking to a friend who is an attorney (divorce attorney), and also doing my research, I realized how serious my charges were and that I needed attorney asap. I needed an Attorney who is not just good but also cares about his clients.
I went on the quest of desperately finding an attorney. Called numerous criminal defense law office phone numbers, they were either no answering their phones, not available to answer questions at the time and was going to call me back, charging a consultation fee prior to speaking with them, or very unprofessional in answering the questions I had because I asked too many questions.
Tyler was the first person to call me back few hours after I called him. No consultation fee needed. He was so patient in answering all my questions, and I had alot too. Talking to him felt soothing. We then scheduled an in person consultation for the next day. I felt a sense of peace after meeting & speaking with him. He was compassionate, very professional, and kind. He listened to me with no judgment and showed empathy. He then assured me he would do all he can in his power to have my case dismissed.
After retaining him, I would text or call him for some answers, and he nevers hesitate to respond to my text or calls & he did so as promptly as possible. I never felt ignored or neglected not once. His communication was top notched.
For my first court date, Tyler and I showed up on that day. My first win was that he was able to get the judge to lift the protective order against me. I was so over joyed & thankful because I could now get back to my home. Meanwhile, some other attorneys had told me that it was impossible to have the protective order lifted.
You see, WHAT GOD CANNOT DO TRULY DOES NOT EXIST!
Next, he asked that my court appearances be waved and got that approved. It took two more court dates to finally get my case DISMISSED and this was due to a change of the prescutor on the case. Today, my case got DISMISSED y'all!!! OMG!!
MY GOD IS SOOOO GOOD!!!
Goshh!!! I can now breathe easily!!! I felt like I was holding my breathe underwater the entire time I had this case going. God showed up and showed out for me through Tyler. It's his way of showing me that he's always with me. Almost the list of attorneys I called (up to 10), God hand picked Tyler for me to show me he is in control and he loves me, and would never leave me nor forsake me. LORD I THANK YOU!!!

i never been treated so rudely and unprofessional by someone who is supposed to be on my side . I was wrongly accused of domestic violence with so much evidence that a lawyer would have minimal work and was too rude and impatient . our phone call was 6 minutes before he hung up in my face with a attitude because “ i didn’t tell him about the assault” which like i told him because the assault NEVER happened . i told him the entire events that led up to my arrest and how i found out what i was being arrested for . There was never physical altercation that happened for me to clarify the entire case was a lie against me . I lost my one year old daughter that is living with a mother who didn’t even like her or want her because of this lie and this is how i get treated by the attorney i turned to for help .

I hired Benjamin while seeking relief from incredibly strict probation. He treated my case like it was his own personal battle. He didn't just get me relief, he got my probation terminated early, which other lawyers told me was impossible. He did it like it was just another Tuesday. He was the first person to listen to me through my years of legal struggles. I don't know how to fully describe the gratefulness I feel toward him and I can't recommend him enough. William "Rusty" Hubbarth did amazing job when I was looking down the barrel hope being possibly convicted a 4 charges. Being disabled veteran he advocated for conditions and help drop a couple charges to get me a good deal with probation and with stipulations that help aid me with my disability. I appreciate him very much and anybody that has this lawyer in your corner he is definitely going to advocate for you and he is definitely going to go to the length to make sure that the very best can be done for you. I was arrested for manufacturing a dangerous drug MDMA greater than 400 grams. It was 4 probes one for the MDMA and one for the money laundering all over the world 130 people were arrested in
16 us cities and Canada , and charged with the RICO Act. They gave me 490 months. I paid Chuck for my appeal. The only thing holding my part of the RICO was the manufacturing of the ecstasy as I was the only Chemist producing (allegedly) one million five hundred thousand pills daily. Mr. Johnson did a investigation from all angles and found the search warrant they used to find the only piece of evidence was a plain sight warrant and on video you could clearly see them remove part of a wall to get to the 5 Rubbermaid storage containers that were all full of MDMA powder unpressed. This proved Illegal search and siezure and I walked away a free man.

In which I got myself involved in and because of being a naïve person that I am wants to help everybody. I fell into a very very detrimental situation that seemed impossible to get out of. With that being said, and a short version of a long story. I was doing a favor to help two people out not getting any compensation in return. I had gotten myself in the most detrimental situation I could have ever imagined I would’ve ever faced in my lifetime. I did not realize at the time the crime that I had committed was a serious felony and I was facing 10 to life. My Father Came into town to post my bond and did his research in finding me the best criminal attorney that could represent my case and that was, Mr. Charles Johnson. I cannot thank him enough for all of the hard work he did regarding my case. Mr. Johnson went above and beyond to work on my case and got me eight years deferred adjudication, 40 hours of Community service. I'm an immigrant and was charged with family violence misdemeanor. I hired Kevin to represent me. He was very responsive and I received prompt replies to my questions and concerns. Lisa Haines understood the significance of mental health problems where the judicial system fails to. We had a case that was clearly untreated mental illness & NOT criminal. She was able to show the judge evidence & get the charges completely thrown out. Charges that should have not been in the criminal system to begin with! Mental illness is unfortunately a sad failure with the police & the courts. Lisa Haines did not give up until someone finally looked at the evidence. It took two years & she never gave up. I had a possession - cont sub <1g, had served 2 years of my probation as well as completed all fees, classes and appointed programs. Unfortunately I relapsed after my mother passed, and had 2 dirty UAs. They revoked my probation and wanted to send me to State Jail. I was charged with a domestic violence felony for defending myself. Paul got the charges dropped. He is an excellent lawyer and seems to know just about everyone from the judges to the prosecutors to the bailiffs. He even came up to the jail to bail me out on a Saturday morning when he would have otherwise been relaxing at home with his family. Took several months from start to finish but that is the nature of the beast.
