I hired Naresh to help me with a hit and run charge. He got one of two charges from the accident dismissed, helped me strategize to avoid heavier charges and jail time, and generally is a very effective lawyer and nice guy. Not cheap; but totally worth every penny.

I hired Naresh after consulting with several other lawyers. Unlike other lawyers, Naresh explained my options very clearly and most importantly, promised to attempt to dismiss my potential criminal case before it went to court by proactively contacting DA office first. Needless to say, Naresh succeeded, even though it meant he was making less money out of me. Naresh is very honest, approachable and easy to deal with. I highly recommend him!

I am so happy to see my results for all of my traffic infractions and violation tickets. So i had 3 traffic infractions, (speeding, following up too close,and improper lane change) with a 3rd degree dwls and my father in law recommended me Mike carpenter's law firm. I contacted Amy and she took care of my case, and was so responsive and communicated well. MIKE took care of my all the cases and my infractions got dismissed. Also they told me that if he could get my infractions dismissed then i don't have to pay my last installment of their fees not to mention it was $500. The payment arrangement were flexible too. I also had another infraction ( speeding for conditions) that just got dismissed today, and i didn't had to pay fines for that.Their team is professional and communicative, i didn't had any problem with anything. I would highly recommend their team and Michael Carpenter to everyone who is need of lawyer for all kinds of criminal and traffic cases. Thankyou Amy and Michael Carpenter so much.

A very belated review that I just realized I never left - We had a great experience with Kathleen and her office in the matter of a step-parent adoption. She was thorough in explaining the different types of step-parent adoption that could apply to our case (contested vs uncontested) and with her guidance, we were able to land on an uncontested case. She handled all the communication and paperwork with the additional parent. As this was during COVID, our hearing was held virtually, but it was a quick and easy process the whole way through. No surprises or hidden charges, and both Kathleen and her office staff were incredibly kind. Highly recommend.

Admittedly I have no comparison to make as I’ve never been involved with any type of legal issues, but I will say this experience was highly disappointing. After providing a binder full of documentation, photos, X-rays, and more documentation with little next to no contact (unless initiated by me) the waiting game began and continued until today when I received an email informing me they would not handle my case. This was after being told they would, with a full explanation of how things would proceed, the cost breakdown, and an agreement to not have contact in regards to this case with anyone outside of the Puget Law Group. My first contact with Puget Law Group was in August of last year, 2023. All documentation, etc. was done by early December, treatment was completed in October and I was told they needed nothing more from me. That was nearly 9 months ago. Unbelievable at best considering nothing about this situation changed and to be given the most generic excuse is inexcusable.

They accepted my case, did absolutely nothing with it, and then Like 10 months later without warning or updates they emailed me and said they decided to drop my case and to figure something out quickly because time was running out for me to do anything about it. If it was possible to give Brian Walker more than 5 stars we would do so in a heartbeat. When looking for an attorney back in 2020, I had called more than 5 attorneys and each one saw our case as a money case. They wanted money before even going out and speaking to my significant other which was an important thing to us. When I had found out about Brian I called right away and his assistant patched me through to speak to Brian. Brian talked to me over the phone for over an hour talking about my significant others case and what he could see and understand just by glancing at it. The very next day he spoke to my significant other and got down to business. Brian called me right after letting me know how much the total would be to take on his case, I mentioned to him that I was doing this all on my own. He offered me an amount of retainer and the rest to be paid off in payments. When I had the retainer amount ready Brian was actually on a trip but took my significant others file with him just in case something came up & it surely did. That same week Brian came back and appeared in court as my significant others attorney. Brian has worked hard these last 4.5 years on our case. Despite our trial date being pushed out over and over again Brian had us ready either way. He was always ready to answer our questions no matter how big or small the question was. He’s a very sympathetic person when speaking to him outside a court room, but the moment he’s in the court room representing his client he is quick to dismiss any accusation and stand behind his client no matter their race, charges, or attitude. After 4.5 long years Brian has now given us our freedom from all of this. My significant other was told he was facing many years in prison & Brian got us out of this problem. My significant other is now my husband and father to our two beautiful girls & none of this would’ve happened if we didn’t have Brian fighting in our corner to reduce his bail & give us the opportunity to continue living our lives as normal as we could while the case was being worked on and Now that it’s all over we couldn’t be more grateful! As much as we are thankful for Brian we are also thankful for his legal team. His assistant have always been so kind, thoughtful, and very cooperative with us. There was never a moment we felt like we were being dismissed by them, we always felt heard when expressing our questions and concerns. They see their clients more as just clients, but as a family. Many times when we would call they would ask about our family and how things were going in the pregnancy and our toddlers life. Mark is my first lawyer who accept my divorce case and I was involved in a terrible divorce while my ex husband uses every way including the legal system as a way to abuse me and I personally am very depressed. Mark took over and really helped me greatly. I was very confused about which route my life is going and he was patient along the way and fighted my rights with my abusing ex-husband. I came to Mark after wasting time with another attorney for the beginning of my case. Mark made me feel secure that he would fight for the things that were important to me. He never dismissed my feelings or made me feel like I was asking too much. He was balanced and gave solid advice from his obvious many years of expertise. Words cannot adequately express how fortunate I feel to have found Nathan Cliber to handle my case. Not only was he an absolute pleasure to work with, but he was always upfront and direct about our chances of success and made sure I knew exactly what I was getting into if I wished to pursue certain actions. He was considerate of my time (money), keeping me on track and focused when he could have chosen to sit back and let me ramble while he collected $100s. He approached sensitive topics with empathy and understanding. A year ago, I was under stress and made an unintentional mistake at a Target store, and the police opened two cases with theft 3rd degree. I was looking for a lawyer for a long time based on reviews and called to lawyers, and only Steve asked me the right questions. The hearing continued on for one year. It was a very stressful year because I didn’t know how things would end. Steve did everything right, I followed all instructions which h provided, and finally the prosecutor dismissed my case. I found Kathryn through a friend. I had already made several calls looking for an attorney to help me through what I was sure would be a difficult divorce. All the calls I made we met with “this is what we charge an hour” and then the touting of all their accomplishments. With Kathryn the first words I heard were of compassion for both myself and my children. Natalie took over our case from another lawyer in her firm who retired. It was a scary scenario for us, but Natalie jumped in like she’d been there the whole time. Our case file was over 1000 pages and very very complicated. She communicated clearly and LISTENED to our concerns to advocate for the best possible outcome. Even after our complicated custody case was finalized, it was followed by a relocation which Natalie navigated intelligently to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted move despite a very difficult ex attempting to use any excuse to delay the inevitable. I am writing to express my sincere disappointment and concern regarding the legal services I received from Daniel. I engaged his services with the expectation of receiving professional and competent representation in my case. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory for the following reasons: Lack of Communication: Throughout the course of our engagement, there was a noticeable lack of effective and timely communication. Vital information was often overlooked or not relayed promptly, leading to unnecessary misunderstandings and confusion. Inadequate Preparation: It was evident that there was a lack of thoroughness and diligence in the preparation of my case. Critical details were overlooked, resulting in a subpar presentation of my case. Missed Deadlines: There were multiple instances where critical deadlines were not met, causing delays and jeopardizing the effectiveness of your profecionalism. As a resalt my hearing was faild because of that. Failure to Fulfill Promises: Promises and assurances made regarding the handling and outcome of my case were not fulfilled. Lack of Advocacy: I felt that there was a lack of assertiveness and advocacy on my behalf. It is with regret that I feel compelled to share this feedback. As a client, I believe it is crucial to highlight areas where improvement is needed. I hired joesph in February for a speeding ticket and he said he will take care of it and keep me up to date. A month ago (July) I got a letter in the mail saying if I don't pay it, I will go on collections. So I got a hold of him and he said he will take care of it and call him in a few days to see what's going on. So I did and I couldn't get a hold of him so I figured he took care of it. A month later (august) I get a letter saying I'm going on collections because the fine is not payed off. And I can't get a hold of him. I walked into his office and the person at the front desk said that there has been multiple people that can't get a hold of him. Don't hire him and hire someone else. You'll never be able to get a hold of him!

I had an unusual case where my spouse was Canadian but we had never resided together in either Washington or Canada during our marriage (we had been overseas).
