Hands down the best thing that ever happened to me, was having Candelaria Law represent me. Especially Mariam & Alice. They are truly amazing at what they do! They care about their clients. Mariam worked hard on my case & represented me in a way I couldn’t, she always made sure to get every last detail & was very thorough. If I had any questions Mariam made sure give me an answer & if she wasn’t sure, she would ask Alice & I don’t think there was anything Alice couldn’t answer. Danya, she always had things uploaded online, made sure to touch bases with me to tell me when my court appearances were & if there was something they needed on my end! They are phenomenal team, extremely responsive (they don’t leave you in the dark) & they FIGHT for their clients! Clayton Christenson was very helpful and professional with my case. This was a first time going through this process and he helped me the whole way through with questions I had and helped guided me along the way. His assistant was also great with keeping me updated through the whole process. He did everything to get me all the help I needed to get better and was able to settle the case. I recently did some Estate planning with the Cox Law Group. I could not be more pleased with the results. While I was doing my research, Cynthia Cox took the time to fully explain the strategies we would be implementing. She laid everything out in an email and was available by phone to fully explain every detail and answer my many questions. Once I retained the Cox Law firm I worked with Cynthia and her associate Dawn Hartman. Dawn was great. She was knowledgeable, efficient and responsive. We got the job done and I could not be happier with the results. I would highly recommend this firm.

Consulting Ethan Tidwell was an absolute godsend during my complex divorce case that involved the nightmare complexities of custody issues, finances, and an abusive/vindictive ex-spouse who falsely spread accusations about me during the divorce in an attempt to secure sole custody and leave the state with my children. And prevent my children from having a relationship with their father. Whenever Ethan was available for consultation, he was consistent in providing extremely valuable, honest, and reliable information. I was impressed in how I could ask Ethan any question and he always had an answer right away backed by extensive knowledge, objective facts, and a strong understanding of the inner workings of family court. He is also able to remember facts well and can regurgitate granular details from our conversations of months prior. This gave me confidence in speaking to him about my case. His guidance helped me in not only the legal aspects of my case but also in maintaining a positive bearing during what was one of the most emotionally-difficult periods of my life. Ethan has a good grasp of knowing what is important and what isn't, which often provided relief for me on many occasions when I was overstressed out about something. He gave solid guidance prior to my custody/fact finder evaluation. Ethan was always available in some form or fashion, which is rare with busy attorneys. If Ethan was in trial or mediation, he would always make a transparent attempt to let me know what he was doing whenever he was available to do so. And after he would reach back out, which speaks to his ability to juggle many cases at once. I have personally witnessed how he works hard around the clock. I remain more than impressed in how he continued to provide support for my case despite sometimes having to travel long distances within the state of California to represent his clients in other counties/jurisdictions as not all of his cases remain solely in Los Angeles. Additionally, Ethan is a family man and somehow has found a balance between being an active father and supporting me during my divorce. To me, this speaks to his time management, character, and credibility of being an attorney who cares despite all that life will throw at one in their personal life. I have a lot of respect for him not only as a professional, but also as a friend. Thank you Ethan!

Worst lawyers ever. They let a whole year go by and never sent my husband to the doctors or anything. They had my email , his email, my number , his number , including our home address and we’d call for updates and they’d always say everything is going great if they needed anything they’d call us. After a year they dropped our case for “no communication”. And then told us they had the wrong number on file. Now we’re struggling to fight a car accident case because of how long it has been.

Tom just helped me through a difficult negotiation. Throughout the process he took the time to explain everything in a straightforward language that made sense. Many requests were being made, and Tom took the time to point out the positives and negatives as they were presented. In the end the outcome was satisfactory and met my expectations. I retained Tom to draft my will and set up a living trust, and he was always prepared, and provided strong counsel, which I think made the process quite easy. I then retained him to help me work through an unrelated beneficiary matter where we had little information to go on. He was able to quickly understand both the legal and the emotional issues, and was a strong but calm advocate with the number of parties involved. Things resolved in a very positive manner. He is personable, highly ethical and mindful of goals and time. He communicated frequently, something that I highly value. I recommend him without reservation.

A few years ago, my sister and I found our selves in a most difficult circumstance that centered around a legal issue that my father, who was dying in the hospital, had failed to resolve. Suffice to say, we were emotionally wrought and desperate for help. I had reached out to a few other lawyers, most of whom never bothered to return my call and if they did, were more interested in their up-front fees, than offering helpful counsel. Fortunately, we found Brian and he immediately understood the gravity of the situation and was able to map out a plan of action. His calm demeanor, and solid knowledge of the law, kept an already difficult situation from becoming worse. Talk about going the extra mile, he even came to the hospital to meet my father – not a place most lawyers go -- and make sure that the matter was resolved properly. After our father passed, Brian was instrumental in taking care of some of difficult and confusing paperwork including title-transfers and other filings that we had no idea were legally required. He also counseled us on the importance of having a will, or a trust, the value of advance health-care-directives, and other important pre-need paperwork. Brian Sheppard is first and foremost a man of integrity and principle, well-versed in the nuances of the law, and fundamentally a man with the courage to do what is right. Over the years, I have had occasion to call him with a simple a question and he has gentlemanly and generously resolved the matter without an outrageous bill. Our only regret is that we weren’t able to avail ourselves of Brian’s services earlier.

Brian was the absolute worse attorney I have ever had. He is very lazy and doesn’t take the time to actually review each case. Oh and after all the money you spend, he will loose the case anyways. He is horrible! Do not use brain Sheppard.

I first consulted with her regarding a Trust I had previously drawn up with another attorney. She soon gave me important advice I had not been given with previous attorneys. I then hired her to rewrite a new Trust with a Conservency Contract. She is very professional while also helping you feel comfortable while making some difficult decisions. I retained Ms lefflers sevices on a recent probate case. She not only charged for attorney to attorney phone calls of 300.00 but actually charged 75.00 to give the mortgage agent the number to the administrator. She did not give options just dragged out a already tiredome situation. in addition to charging for anything she could think of. 75 dollars for a missed call. To charging for the mortgage agent that was to sell the house the number of the new administrator. She took over two months to decide to stop working and send resignation. She never filed petition I paid for and said she worked with. New administration but facilitated a adminstration that has takin a year and a half to close an already final probate. Her lack of concern cost my family and I thousands in extraordinary fees,. A definite disappointment.

Ilian took a difficult situation and made it easier to comprehend and calm my thoughts. Trying to do this alone or with someone who doesn’t have compassion would be a scary dangerous road. He broke things down so they were easy to comprehend. Yes, he had to give me the truth as he talked me off the ledge (so to speak). There is happiness after this process. I’m definitely there and quicker than I thought possible.

In a nutshell, I do not recommend Giammichele Law. Steven Giammichele and his staff are nice and friendly, but their work is haphazard. The number of drafts we had to review due to their sloppiness was time-consuming, frustrating, disappointing, and concerning. I spent dozens upon dozens of hours reviewing, making corrections, emailing, and speaking in person, trying to get the drafts close to what we asked for and Steven recommended. Mind you, the first several set of drafts were 56 pages for each trust, not including all the other document drafts that coincide with each trust. After the second round of drafts, I advised Steven it was taking such a long time for me to read almost 200 pages of language that is foreign to me, and have to track and explain all the mistakes. He decided to find a new template with fewer pages. Regardless if they are 40 pages or 56 pages each, plus the other document drafts, it takes a lot of time to read and make note of the mistakes or questions, especially when you’re not a lawyer or an estate planner. That's why I hired Steven, to explain, advise and help us through the process. Unfortunately, we felt stuck with Giammichele Law because we paid thousands of dollars for the three trusts upfront and in full, that was a red flag we regret. We received many drafts that had countless mistakes and Steven would blame the mistakes on us changing our minds or miscommunication during our meetings. I would show him our submitted paperwork and our notes, and I would compare them to the drafts, and he still wouldn’t take ownership of the mistakes. It’s now been over eight months and our trusts are not up to par. We asked Steven to please fix them after we were advised by his notary that we still could sign the paperwork, and he would fix the areas that are not correct and go over the language we didn’t understand. Steven offered 30 minutes of his time and if we needed more time, he required a retainer because we signed the drafts, hence he is no longer required to revise them. I would not use Giammichele Law if you want your trust to be created in a timely, accurate, and professional manner, keeping your beneficiary’s best interest at heart. I didn't want to leave a negative review, but the way Steven has ignored our attempt to rectify the situation, I feel he is not taking the severity of his ways. I hope he will do the right thing.

I went through a very long probate process due to a lot of complications dealing with assets and family conflicts. We wound up having to hire separate lawyers. I decided to hire RMO law firm and Stephanie K. Delaney was my Lawyer. She worked very hard and was a big help getting me through a lot of the problems dealing with assets and family issues. She remained calm helping me get through this long drawn out process. She was easy to get a hold of and was always available when things got out of control. Toward the end, there were a lot of documents to sign that were hard to understand but Stephanie helped me when I had questions. When closing probate there was a couple delays but Stephanie was able to straighten things out with the lawyer for the other family member and we were finally able to close probate. I thank Stephanie for all her help. She was pleasant to work with and I’m so happy to have her as my lawyer. I want to thank Scott Rahn (RMO) as well for agreeing to take my case and work with lawyers from another firm that the other family member had hired. Scott Rahn would step in on occasion when his expertise was needed .

The BEST lawyer! I used Bryan Sklar to help me navigate a Trust from my parents who passed away. I was referred to Panish Shea specifically Jesse Creed after a very traumatic work accident. It’s safe to say that I am glad I was referred to him! I could not have asked for a better lawyer, Jesse handled my case exceptionally. If I were ever uneasy about anything during the case Jesse would take the time to explain and give all the attention needed carefully. Really trash service. No calls for months regarding my case. No action taken to resolve issues with the original report. It’s like they laid down after reading a false police report and did nothing as I was injured in bed for 8 months. A joke of a law firm. Stay away!

I was rear ended in 2021 and needed an attorney. Grant Zehnder was recommended to me and I am so glad I made that call. The case was just recently settled.
