I was a nervious wreck because my landlord had stopped accepting my rent and was threatning to evict me. At my wit's end, I found Mr. Hanover on- line as I was not confident in the lawyer I had at the time. He advised me and my mom as to what to do and represented us in court. On the day that the summary procedings were to begin, he met with the attorney of the real estate giant (Lefrak City) at the court house and settled the matter. As a result of his assistance, I have been granted succession rights three years later. I cannot recommend Nathan highly enough. Although I had what was likely an easy solve from his point of view, for me it was a real contract conundrum. Nathan was clear, quick to respond and incredibly helpful. I felt totally attended to, even though I had a one off problem. It took us a few days of chats and back and forth and I never felt that he pushed me off for "bigger" or "better" clients, so I can only imagine how fantastic and attentive he is to regular clients! I will go to him with any issue I have and cannot wait until he can officially be "MY" lawyer. Use him. You will not be disappointed!

Wonderful experience. Mark helped us with both our property sale and purchase. He was prompt, provided us with his cell and made sure we knew he could be contacted at all times. Casey helped me work through drafting a contract for the process of assisted reproduction with a close friend. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer for this process. Hands down the best lawyer around. I had previously hired another lawyer for my divorce and adoption of my son, and after 5 months and several thousand dollars, nothing was accomplished. I was referred to Casey from a friend who had a great experience as well. Casey was able to break everything down and go over everything until I could understand the complicated situation I was in. With her by my side, we were able to accomplish our goals and finalize everything in a timely matter.
