Steven Bing is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in estate planning, and can walk the novice through wills, living wills, and power of attorney documents. His expertise includes estate sale of property. He can also direct clients to tax accountants, financial managers, intellectual property lawyers, and probably a whole host of others as services are needed.
Steven is extremely personable and responsive. He answers non-related questions when possible with as much care as he puts into estate planning issues.

My experience working with Steve has been absolutely fantastic. Steve was recommended by a friend of mine as an excellent attorney. It was my first time buying real estate and I was very nervous. Steve appeared to be very knowledgeable and had many years of experience. Steve made me feel very comfortable with the process from the very beginning by clearly explaining to me the steps and what was needed from my end. I went through several properties and Steve was a huge help with promptly answering my ad-hoc questions that definitely helped me with making a final decision. When the time came to sell my great Riverside drive co-op apartment recently, I was blessed to have Mr. Pasinkoff as my attorney. There was a multitude of complicated data which had to be unearthed since I had lived there for 36 years and my building went though many changes. Mr. Pasinkoff was highly successful in working with the Board of Directors of my co-op to acquire all of my records. He was extremely efficient in organizing the data. He did many searches on my behalf to get all my previous mortgage loan information over the many years I lived there. Going further, he dug much deeper to see to make sure that I had no leans against me either in the past or presently.
When I was found totally clear by his high legal standards he arranged the closing.
This event came to pass quite soon and was handled quite precisely and smoothly by Mr. Pasinkoff. I merely had to sit back and truly enjoy the procedure. And then, it was successfully completed. I had sold my
apartment.
In working with Mr. Passinkoff over this period, I found him to be a truly sweet, kind and understanding man. He made complicated matters in this process become extremely clear. He was quite reachable when questions arose from me and returned my emails and calls quite promptly. His manner during this process was the most excellent that I have ever had with any previous work with an attorney!

Ms. Gray was absolutely amazing in a very difficult situation that I was faced with. My brother became extremely ill and comatose, and I had to get a Guardianship in order to get him the medical and long-term care that he needed. Susan is a great lawyer who provided an out of the box legal service. She was with us during the hard times - and the legal part was completely in her hands. We ran into all sorts of problems dealing with the property partition of our uncle who passed away. There were too many contenders and too much dirt, to be honest. Jay Waldhauser is the exception to the rule. Many people have horrible war stories regarding their experiences with their attorney(s). I had the opposite with Jay and would absolutely recommend him to anyone who wants an attorney who always picks up their phone and who gets back to them quickly, who provides logical answers to your questions and who is patient and willing to put in the time so that you're comfortable and confident with your decisions. Jay Waldhauser is the ultimate professional who will not let you down and you will be thrilled that you hired him to represent your interests.
Real estate transactions are always stressful, sometimes there are last minute negotiations (as in my case) and many times buyers/sellers get emotional. It is during these times that you either sit back with confidence as your attorney handles the situation for you or you're sweating bullets because you are confused and fear that your attorney is out of his/her league OR even worse - that they just don't really care. In my case, I was sitting back and feeling great about having Jay Waldhauser representing me.

I hired Nicholas Proukou to make a new will for myself. I was so satisfied with his knowledge and his suggestions that I referred him to my husband. My husband was very satisfied and also hired him to do his will. Nicholas took the time to review our family situation, children from a prior marriage and our finances. He gave us many suggestions of how to protect our estate.
When it came time for my mother to update her will, she also hired Nicholas. He was kind enough to meet us at my mother's home. She is elderly and it is not easy for her drive into downtown Rochester. He reviewed her prior will and had many suggestions for her situation.

I had engaged a different lawyer previously and the sale did not take place, though no fault of the attorney. But I am able to make a comparison and Susanne was so much more tuned in to what I wanted, why I was selling and truly looked out for my best interest. When our mom relocated to Florida, we contacted a Florida attorney to have the appropriate legal documents in place. However, over the years her health met with assorted challenges. A bout of protracted health issues transpired and the decision was made to return her to New York.
We soon realized that Florida estate planning documents may not be easily utilized in New York State. It became abundantly clear that New York documents were necessary. Through an excellent referral, we met with Aaron Futterman, Esq of Futterman, Lanza and Pasculli. The firm being dually admitted in New York and Florida was more than capable to bridge the two states and assist our mom and family.
A short time frame for completion was evident to get the documents finalized. Mr. Futterman was professional, knowledgeable, approachable and accessible to answer all our concerns and questions. His years of experience and ability to dissect, analyze and find resolution to complex matters proved to be an added benefit.
At one time, our mom was unable to visit him at his office and he actually met her at her residence. Mr. Futterman’s calming, assuring demeanor with a splash of humor was comforting to my elderly mom.
