I found myself in a situation that no mother thinks could happen to her children and when I truly needed someone to listen and help Adam was that person! He went above and beyond. He took on my case like it was his own children. When I truly felt like there was no hope Adam didn’t stop. He made sure the judge heard the truth and without him I don’t think my outcome would’ve been the same. Even after a victory in court I found myself still needing Adam’s counsel, he stayed with me through it all and did not stop until my daughter was back in my arms! I was charged with 2 Felonies, both heinous in nature. I was able to speak to Mr. Cumberworth about the case and I felt immediately like he would be a major asset for our team. During my trial, we demolished the State. He gave the most brilliant cross-examination in an extremely tense affair, but the course of my case turned instantly. It was abundantly clear that we had won after that moment.
My exposure to all legal proceedings is fairly limited, but I will say that watching him dismantle to the 2 prosecutors was like watching a professional athlete take on a varsity athlete. They were “playing the same sport”, but at far different levels.
If you want an attorney who will listen to your concerns and go to battle for you, I promise you will not be disappointed in Mr. Cumberworth. The state/opposing attorneys may wish you had gotten someone else, but you will be glad you retained this man.

Having utilized Mr. French's services for almost two decades, I can honestly say that Mr. French has been very knowledgeable about every legal need I presented to him. Initially, I came to Mr French needing a will, advanced directives, and durable power of attorney for my mother after he was my mother's attorney for her divorce. Later, I returned to Mr. French needing assistance on a property purchase and the documentation for that. The most I have utilized Mr. French was in my own divorce which was quite extensive and tedious due to the other attorney and the ex husband. Mr. French was not intimidated or concerned with the blatant drama observed by the other attorney during deposition. He was professional, protective of my interests, and insistent that I be treated in a respectful manner during the entire process. Mr. French is able to see through the chaos and get the information he needed to help me get the divorce finalized. Ultimately, I received what I initially requested in the divorce and I am thankful I came to Mr. French. I would highly recommend him.

I could not be more pleased with Mr. Howie's legal services. I worked in Government Contracting for 25+ years and interfaced with attorneys on a daily basis. Mr. Howie took on my on the job injury case in july 1999 and he never stopped working for me. I was in a very bad accident on the job, no fault of my own. I suffered neck injuries, hip, knee and a severe concussion. I injured my shoulder and neck on the job over 3 years ago and naturally the Workmen comp adjuster was doing there absolute best to drop my claim. Mr. Hall was my attorney during one of the worst times in my life. I felt scared to death making that initial appointment with him because of the things going on in my life at the time. It feels scary and intimidating having to explain complicated personal issues to a stranger and hoping you are making the right decision hiring this person to represent you. It was clear from the start that Mr. Hall was very professional and honest. Over the next months during my case I found that Mr. Hall was understanding and kind, even when he didn't agree with me. And for me personally that was what I needed and I think is most important, that you feel heard and understood. When you hire a lawyer the most important thing is trust, you must trust what they are telling & selling you! Jon told me from the day I walked in and before I paid what he was going to do. I remember how confident he was lol, and I was like…. Really??? cause I was so nervous! I called Chelsea all the time asking the same questions over and over, she was so patient, kind, & understanding though :) My cases were an A-2 DUI, Failure to properly yield, & No Insurance (which I had). We pled not guilty, the case was continued three times, and the fourth time we went to trial in district court. Well Jon was not there that because he had a doctor’s appointment, so Mike Morenilla filled in for him. (I was like wait, where is Jon, I hired Jon). But Mike did the trial and simply nailed it! Not guilty all 3 counts!! So impressed! So in a brief description the whole team is just wonderful to work with, I am so pleased with the trustworthy, friendly, experienced, educated, confident, & passionate service I received.
