I can't thank Charlotte Christian enough for helping me at the worst time of my life. Christian fought hard and never gave up on my case. She fought for me and my kids till the end!! This was my first experience with the court system or an attorney. As a father going for custody, the odds were stacked against me, but in the end I received full custody and a lot more. Without going into too much detail about my case, I was in a jam and for reasons beyond our control Ruth and I met for the first time just 5 minutes before the trial date of a custody hearing. This was a 5 year old case that had gone completely off the rails due in large part to an error in judgement I had made years earlier and then further exacerbated by an over zealous guardian ad liatem that I had asked to be appointed on my daughter's behalf. The GAL had completely convinced herself that she was right in figuring out that I had done something wrong even when all the evidence before her pointed to the contrary. With 5 minutes to prep Ruth on the most significant points of the case, we developed a strategy that took the legs right out from under the narrative being pushed forth by the GAL and the judge was wise enough to see through the clutter. My version of events made sense to what was known and did not require the leaps, jumps, and assumptions that were needed for the other. The truth can be stubborn like that sometimes. The odds were stacked against me but within minutes of having just met, Ruth understood the complexity of this case, comprehended the flaws in the GAL's logic and orchestrated a momentum shift that ended in a complete reversal of the tides. I contacted Ruth Robinson on a Saturday regarding a warrant that was issued for failure to appear. On Monday, she filed a notice of appearance as my attorney and filed a motion to have the warrant recalled. The court told her they’d recall the warrant and set a new court date. Ruth was very professional, diligent, and went above and beyond for me. She listened to everything I told her, requested me to send her several screenshots and filed the necessary paperwork to get the warrant recalled and a new court date. Amazing and highly recommended if you want or need someone who is passionate about practicing law and treating you like you’re a priority.

Having utilized Mr. French's services for almost two decades, I can honestly say that Mr. French has been very knowledgeable about every legal need I presented to him. Initially, I came to Mr French needing a will, advanced directives, and durable power of attorney for my mother after he was my mother's attorney for her divorce. Later, I returned to Mr. French needing assistance on a property purchase and the documentation for that. The most I have utilized Mr. French was in my own divorce which was quite extensive and tedious due to the other attorney and the ex husband. Mr. French was not intimidated or concerned with the blatant drama observed by the other attorney during deposition. He was professional, protective of my interests, and insistent that I be treated in a respectful manner during the entire process. Mr. French is able to see through the chaos and get the information he needed to help me get the divorce finalized. Ultimately, I received what I initially requested in the divorce and I am thankful I came to Mr. French. I would highly recommend him.

Mr. Howie took on my on the job injury case in july 1999 and he never stopped working for me. He and his staff made sure that my children and myself were financially taken care of until the day of my court date and on that day he fought for me til the end and we won... i have been ever so grateful for the job that he and his staff did for me i couldnt have done it without them, i did become 100% disabled due to that injury but i am forever grateful for what they did to keep me financially afloat for some time.. thanks Mitch and staff....

I don't know if I can properly articulate just how good of a lawyer Tonya is, but I'll try. She represented me in a custody case that dragged out for almost a year and a half. Today, I won custody of my daughter! I was in a very bad accident on the job, no fault of my own. I suffered neck injuries, hip, knee and a severe concussion. I couldn't remember my name or where I was at times let alone try to fight for my rights. I didn't know where to turn, I felt so alone and lost. I injured my shoulder and neck on the job over 3 years ago and naturally the Workmen comp adjuster was doing there absolute best to drop my claim. But when i spoke with Renee she decided to talk my chased and represent me. She stood in my corner and fought for me to get treated and well taken care of in our settlement. When you hire a lawyer the most important thing is trust, you must trust what they are telling & selling you! Jon told me from the day I walked in and before I paid what he was going to do. I remember how confident he was lol, and I was like…. Really??? cause I was so nervous! I called Chelsea all the time asking the same questions over and over, she was so patient, kind, & understanding though :) My cases were an A-2 DUI, Failure to properly yield, & No Insurance (which I had). We pled not guilty, the case was continued three times, and the fourth time we went to trial in district court. Well Jon was not there that because he had a doctor’s appointment, so Mike Morenilla filled in for him. (I was like wait, where is Jon, I hired Jon). But Mike did the trial and simply nailed it! Not guilty all 3 counts!! So impressed! So in a brief description the whole team is just wonderful to work with, I am so pleased with the trustworthy, friendly, experienced, educated, confident, & passionate service I received. No conviction, No court cost, No probation, JUST FREE TO GO!

I hired Mr. Pfeifer to represent me in my divorce and I hired him again when my ex-husband appealed the judge's ruling. Mr. Pfeifer won the case both times. Unlike the first lawyer I consulted, Mr. Pfeifer answered all of my questions in details right away without having to look them up somewhere.
