Russell did an excellent job handling my DUI case. During the initial consultation he was able to explain the whole process and during subsequent meetings he completely prepared my for the next stages of the process. On appeal he was able to get the charges dismissed completely, with no fines or jail time and I will be able to get the arrest expunged completely in the future. He and his staff are knowledgeable and have been attentive to every aspect of the case during the whole process. I only had to actually appear in court one time, with other appearances being handled completely by his associates before I could be called up.

Shane and his paralegals are amazing. I was living out of state when my money hungry ex decided to start a case against me. I wasn't able to appear in court, but shane and his crew, special shout out to Blake Vrieze...whom represented me in court that day, managed to save me 25 thousand dollars and get the case against me dismissed. Absolutely great team of lawyers and paralegals. Helped me get my DUI dismissed because of their due diligence from day one. Absolutely would recommend this firm to anyone going through a similar situation but they also specialize in other areas. Never even had my license suspended and the courts dragged the case on for nearly a year. 10/10 would use this firm again in a heartbeat if I needed to.

Catherine is a strong attorney who helped me navigate a divorce agreement that was fair. She will give you honest, real advice and not just what you want to hear. I also appreciated the fact that she helped me see the reality of things dragging out in the court system that would escalate cost dramatically. My MIL needed an updated will and asked us to go with her. We were really impressed with Mr. Knight, as he really took his time with us. Tom Sinclair and his team pulled a rabbit out of a hat in a difficult and disputed LTD claim against Lincoln Financial. My sister's employer, a multinational retail chain, withheld LTD premiums for almost two years, but had not secured the LTD policy. She was seriously injured and applied for the LTD benefits she had paid for. Lincoln Financial denied her claim. The fight was on, and Tom Sinclair held both of these companies accountable. My sister is a single income household. She was in fear of losing everything as she can no longer work and has additional medical expenses. David handeled an auto accident where my husband was very badly injured and the other driver killed. The other driver was drunk and at fault but my husband, being foreign and the other a veteran, blame was shifted to my husband. David took care of that and made sure truth and justice prevailed. Where do I begin? Excellent representation. When you are a man going into family court to defend yourself against modifications to child support or ask for more custody, you can assume you are fighting an uphill battle. There are too many laws that do not take into consideration what good fathers do. Who wants to document every single detail of fatherhood to prove yourself? Well, I wanted the best representation I could find no matter what it costs or how far I had to travel. After doing my research, The Morris Firm was the clear winner. However, I still did not expect the quality of service that I received. I know lawyers cannot guarantee results, but this attorney is fast and fierce, and I am sure that the opposing counsel did not want to go to trial with this guy. First, when you retain an attorney, it is always best to hire someone that only does that area of law. Second, when you do the consultation and determine that the attorney has a personal passion for the area, hire them. You cannot buy passion and you cannot learn it in law school. Third, when you are dealing with your life you must sacrifice to get the best. His work ethic, thoroughness, professionalism, preparation, and trial strategy are all unmatched. Do not try to get a budget lawyer that practices everything. He or she will not do the research and has not kept up with the law and cases, and he or she does not have the specific experience of an attorney that practices one area of law. When I saw my first brief, it frightened me. I actually was thinking that we should ease up a little. He is very serious about giving the best offense and defense legally possible. And Elizabeth Morris is the best. She makes you feel like family and steps out front with skill and expertise. I will keep this short, but I really recommend The Morris Firm for any family court cases that he covers. I’d say he’s the best at this. And men need expert counsel in today’s legal system. Anything less would be asking for trouble that will last a long time.

Jon did excellent work on my case! Due to a change of personal circumstances, I needed to modify child support. My ex spouse insisted that any attempts to modify child support would lead to an increase in payments, which sounded outrageous to me as they were already higher than I could reasonably afford. after being charged with a crime i didn’t commit I contacted Mr. Jones for representation. The charge against me was serious and I was facing prison time. Mr. jones Was with me through the entire process, which was all new to me. When it was finally time for my trial day Mr. Jones defended me intelligently and eloquently. Observing him cross examine a witness or speak to a jury was an opportunity to watch a true professional perform at the top of their game! Allen has worked tiredlessly over the last 2 years of my on going custody & child support case. He’s been 100% honest & upfront with me on the things I ask vs the things that will happen. My case is not an easy with considering my former spouse is a very difficult individual & has been dragging me back & forth into court for the last 5 years once a year. Whenever my ex filed false charges for harassing communications and I ended up being arrested, Allen was there 20 minutes after I got to the jail. He was reassuring that these charges would be dismissed and he was right! They were and the other party had to pay for court costs. Allen has never wavered. Never told me to give up. He’s always been there whenever I get hit with another filing motion & fights for what is right for us giving his 100%. I came to Candi under extremely unfortunate circumstances, and she was my saving grace.
