FIGHT: exert oneself continuously, vigorously, or obtrusively to gain an end or engage in a crusade for a certain cause or person. Jarred Welborn has got the FIGHT. In a State (like Alabama) where I thought there was no possible way for a man to gain custody of his son, Welborn made it happen! He asked all of the right questions, collected every bit of information possible, put pressure on the opposition when needed, felt my "pain", listened to what I had to say and won the case. If you're in the middle of a family dispute, don't go anywhere else. Hire Jarred Welborn! I now consider him part of my family.

Chris Childers has been a Godsend for me in my times of need. No one ever likes having to hire an attorney but in this case if you have to - make sure you consider Michael. No matter what came up he was always on his game and was ready to take care of it. He didn't hesitate to be 100% honest with me on what my options were and at the same time was always ready to be my biggest advocate (in the courtroom, mediation and in person) I definitely felt like he kept our entire family's best interest at the top of his list. Even though my greatest wish is to never have to go thru this process again, if an issue arises I always know I have one of the most dependable, communicative and trustworthy guys on speed-dial and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking/needing an attorney.

Raymond Jackson is the best as far as I'm concerned. Even if I have a legal question that is not his expertise, I always consult with Raymond. Raymond represented my business in a case where both the city and county were allies. Nobody thought we could win the case. It was a constitutional law issue in Alabama. The opposition retained a law firm from a large city in Alabama. Raymond won the case at the first level. The case was well developed, it was apparent the judge was impressed. Raymond was an outsider in this case. Subsequent to our case, Raymond got more clients from the area and he continues to represent us.

I have consulted with Maureen Cooper for two different issues related to divorce and alimony . In the past , the thought of consulting with any attorney was one associated with fear and dread . I have had contact with lawyers in the past who had no genuine desire to help me quickly resolve a problem or to provide straight answers . I had never consulted with an attorney who genuinely wanted to earn the respect and trust of others as much as he wanted to take advantage of my problem for his own profit . Ms. Cooper is a rare gem because she is competent , straight forward , not manipulative and earnest in her desire to assist people and not exploit their problems to advance herself in an unfair way . Aaron helped me with my contentious divorce. He communicated regularly with me, responded quickly to emails and phone calls, and made sure I understood everything that was happening. He didn't mind explaining things and answered all of my questions in detail. Unfortunately, we had to go to trial (not at all his fault, the ex refused to negotiate a settlement) but Aaron did a great job for me. Jessie was referred to me by my current lawyer at the time of the case. The case was transferred and my current lawyer said that while she would happily continue to represent me it would cost me more and be more beneficial for me to have representation in the area she would be familiar with. When I tell you that Jessie exceeded expectations I cannot express that enough. She took a custody situation that was so ugly and worked tirelessly to get the best outcome. Ms. Gholston is very experienced and compassionate about family law. She helped my family to develop a custody/visitation plan that would work in the best interest of my child. I was injured in a wreck several years ago. I wanted to settle the case for a few thousand dollars. My mother told me to talk with Ken Guin. He had successfully represented her in a Social Security case. I was still hurting from the wreck. Ken told me my job was to get well as possible and his job was to look out for my legal rights. When it was all said and done Ken settled the case for the insurance limits - $100,000! He is patient, kind and knows his stuff.
