I am a fellow lawyer but do not practice family law. I referred a mutual client to Judy to handle a very complicated custody matter on extremely short notice. Judy handled the case for my client like a champion and was communicative throughout the case with both me and the client. She not only won the case but truly knocked this complicated, convoluted custody and family violence matter OUT OF THE PARK, including an award of attorneys fees for her/my client. TODAY I just concluded a dui matter that has been going on since November 2017. From my initial consultation with Attorney Montgomery and her office, they provided A+ service. I was facing a difficult case and Attorney Montgomery maneuvered through the case effortlessly. The first step was saving my driver's license. We filled the paperwork with DDS and I recieved notice that the DDS would not pursue the suspension of my license. That was huge because this allowed me to keep driving throughout this entire ordeal. The next step was her office staying in constant communication regarding court dates and anything needed. After months, we decide to push the case to a jury trial. This is where Attorney Montgomery and her staff's preparation was unmatched. Throughout the entire trial which lasted over 7 hours, she never wavered and her closing arguments were something of genius. The jury deliberated for less than 30 mins and came back with a unanimous verdict of not guilty! I appreciate all of the hard work and efforts of the staff! If you want an office to support you and fight for you, Attorney Montgomery's office is a no brainer!

I was driving under the influence and she handle my case with no worries although I plea guilty and I admit my guilt and she got my jail dismiss and refused BAC test refused dismissed and improperly stopping and unsupervised 1 year probation and also only 4 months unspended license and was able to get permit liscence in that 4 monthsand she’s very professional and to the point straight up lady thank you Mrs Ashley for giving me a chance of better my situation and I could be a lot worst without her and her fees are very reasonable for the excellent work she did and I will never never drive under the influence again but advice to anyone with 1st offense Mrs Ashley is the lawyer you should have on your side Thank you Mrs Ashley

He is an excellent attorney my ex-employer made me signed a non-compete agreement back in 2008; after working there for five years I decided to leave the company and work on my own 7 months later I received a letter of cease and desist based on such agreement. David demonstrated that it wasn't enforceable under Georgia law. He was very knowledgeable of the law, kept me informed and follow up for months. I couldn't ask for a better Attorney. I found Melissa through several reviews online. I was in need of a prenup which was originally from my fiancé’s attorney and she was able to walk me through and make the much needed suggestions. She was always available to either speak on the phone and very quick to respond on email. I felt she was empathetic as well as knowledgeable and professional. We were able to come to an agreement for the prenup in a short time and she was reasonable and her rates. I also appreciated her patience concerning my lack of knowledge in this area. My divorce was not particularly complex but my wife hired a top-tier lawyer who has a reputation for shenanigans. I interviewed quite a few attorneys but only Charles had the experience and character to navigate dynamic legal challenges without resorting to dirty tactics. Charles established and maintained a firm and respectful strategy that was sound from the start. We not only settled more favorably than id even hoped for, something he very much had to coach me through, we did so without creating animosity. Wish I had used Anita when I first filed for divorce. She has now corrected the areas that were left open by a previous attorney that caused issues not setting clear, outlined specifics that put me back in court. She is like a surgeon knowing what needs to get cut and what needs to be modified all in good health.

As dramatic as the title is, Mr. Davis did just that. I was in the divorce of hell! Not to mention a custody battle that included IVF. The question was if the baby that I carried via RIVF( carried wife’s egg) was legally mine. As the state of Georgia does not legitimate children born of IVF, I was told that I was a biological stranger to my children. Like the child that was cut out of my uterus could be taken away from me as well as our son that was born a month before marriage. My life was literally being ripped apart! Mr. Davis did not offer any promises but assured me that we would take this thing head on. He did just that I was granted 50/50 custody to both of my children and child support. He’s a godsend! I divorced 13 years ago and made the mistake of not requiring my ex-husband to refinance our mortgages. For the last 6 years, my ex consistently missed mortgage payments which destroyed my credit. Every attorney I spoke to about my situation said that I didn't have a case. Then I met Thad. My ex was forced to sell his house. Thankfully he sold it when he did because he hadn't made a payment in over 6 months and the house was in pre-foreclosure. Now I'm finally off of the mortgages after 13 years. I'm in control of my credit and can finally move on.

He kept me informed of what was going on in my case and even assisted in contacting the attorney for my son and informed me of what could happen in his case. He gives 110% to assist his clients and even those who are not or may not be a client. In my experience this is very unusual for an attorney. When we went to court, the judges office notified him that day we were to be in court as soon as we could get there. He cancelled everything else he had to be in court with me.
He did everything he could to assist me and presented a very convincing case for me.

David took my jurisdiction case and knocked it out of the park. Divorce isn’t easy. At the time, I was on active duty Air Force stationed in Biloxi. Divorce was simultaneously filed in Georgia and Mississippi, although I’ve never been a GA resident. Military divorces have key differences in residence vs domicile vs home of record. David found some keen strategies within case law precedent about residency and turned them against my opponent ultimately working in my favor. Judge dismissed allowing us to move the case back to MS. As I have recently found out, divorce is not easy.
Please consider your defense in your own personal divorce. Every marriage is different, every divorce is different, every lawyer is different. I really feel like I picked the best lawyer for my case.
I was referred to DMQ by another lawyer. I already knew the firm had an excellent reputation. What I did not know is that David Marple is an excellent strategist!
He orchestrated a very complicated situation in my case and it couldn't have had a better result.
My divorce took about 3 months. If I didn't have David's creative mind, it could have taken years.
I have to say at some points it looked hopeless and I was scared. However, the whole team at DMQ knew what they were doing when I didn't. They were compassionate as well as assertive. This whole firm operates with "class" and I felt good about every decision we had to make.

Alex is an extremely talented attorney. She is passionate about her clients and takes her cases to heart. Alex Manning is an amazing lawyer. She takes the time to learn every detail about the case. My case was about child support and visition. I was arrested on multiple DUI charges and other misdemeanors over a short period of time. I hired Mr. Wren to handle all of the legal proceedings and he did a fantastic job. Though I thought I was facing possible felony charges, Mr. Wren was able to resolve all cases as misdemeanors through negotiations with judges, prosecutors, and court staff. He was even able to get some charges to reckless driving, although I have a substantial DUI history. I have worked in the legal profession myself, and personally know that this result is almost unheard of in situations such as mine. His knowledge of DUI law, the relationships he has developed with court administrators throughout the metro Atlanta area, his negotiation and trial acumen, and his willingness to do the utmost to protect his client's rights, allowed him to resolve all of my cases with results I cannot believe to this day. With Mr. Wren, I always knew what could happen on the day I had to appear in court, though on each occasion, Mr. Wren's skill achieved a better result than I could have imagined. For example, a solicitor had offered a 2nd DUI in 5 years plea which I was set to plea to on a particular date. This plea could have resulted in, among other things, substantial fines and jail time, having to install an intoxilyzer on my vehicle, and the loss of my license for a year. By the time we walked out of court that day, Mr. Wren had convinced the solicitor to drop the charge to a reckless driving. Unbelievavble! I went from thinking I was going to jail to not even losing my license within a matter of hours, all because of Mr. Wren. Mr. Wren is wise beyond his years and acts and works as if he has been doing this for decades. I would recommend him to anyone. His dedication to his profession and willingness to work hard for every client make Mr. Wren one of the finest lawyers I have ever worked with professionally or in dealing with my personal struggles. I recently purchased some exclusive mortgage leads from an internet company for my small business. I ended up receiving old re-hashed mortgage leads and not what I had paid for.
