I found Melissa through several reviews online. I was in need of a prenup which was originally from my fiancé’s attorney and she was able to walk me through and make the much needed suggestions. She was always available to either speak on the phone and very quick to respond on email. I felt she was empathetic as well as knowledgeable and professional. We were able to come to an agreement for the prenup in a short time and she was reasonable and her rates. I also appreciated her patience concerning my lack of knowledge in this area. God for bid that I’d have to execute down the road, but if I do, I would hire Melissa to represent me.

Amanda and Katie handle my case and they were helpful, accommodating but most of all very friendly yet professional and efficient. It was $1500 that doesn't have to be paid up front. However you pay 3 increments of $500 at your convenience but the faster you pay and do what YOU have to do the faster the process. I totally recommend this Law office. It is evident to me that there are people in the world who believe that all human being deserve to be heard. When I met Attorney Johnson, my husband had gone through three denials from the social security Administration. I was a client of Randy Kessler's law firm and I found Randy and the lawyer(s) and support staff at his firm to be extremely experienced and knowledgeable in the area of family law. While I was living in Seattle, WA, I needed legal filings and support for litigation that crossed interstate lines into Georgia. I divorced 13 years ago and made the mistake of not requiring my ex-husband to refinance our mortgages. For the last 6 years, my ex consistently missed mortgage payments which destroyed my credit. Every attorney I spoke to about my situation said that I didn't have a case. Then I met Thad. My ex was forced to sell his house. Thankfully he sold it when he did because he hadn't made a payment in over 6 months and the house was in pre-foreclosure. Now I'm finally off of the mortgages after 13 years. I'm in control of my credit and can finally move on.

When I first contacted Roger, he was not my attorney but gave me more of his time and personal assistance than anyone else had. He kept me informed of what was going on in my case and even assisted in contacting the attorney for my son and informed me of what could happen in his case. He gives 110% to assist his clients and even those who are not or may not be a client. In my experience this is very unusual for an attorney. When we went to court, the judges office notified him that day we were to be in court as soon as we could get there. He cancelled everything else he had to be in court with me.
He did everything he could to assist me and presented a very convincing case for me.

I was arrested on multiple DUI charges and other misdemeanors over a short period of time. I hired Mr. Wren to handle all of the legal proceedings and he did a fantastic job. Though I thought I was facing possible felony charges, Mr. Wren was able to resolve all cases as misdemeanors through negotiations with judges, prosecutors, and court staff. He was even able to get some charges to reckless driving, although I have a substantial DUI history. I have worked in the legal profession myself, and personally know that this result is almost unheard of in situations such as mine. His knowledge of DUI law, the relationships he has developed with court administrators throughout the metro Atlanta area, his negotiation and trial acumen, and his willingness to do the utmost to protect his client's rights, allowed him to resolve all of my cases with results I cannot believe to this day. With Mr. Wren, I always knew what could happen on the day I had to appear in court, though on each occasion, Mr. Wren's skill achieved a better result than I could have imagined. For example, a solicitor had offered a 2nd DUI in 5 years plea which I was set to plea to on a particular date. This plea could have resulted in, among other things, substantial fines and jail time, having to install an intoxilyzer on my vehicle, and the loss of my license for a year. By the time we walked out of court that day, Mr. Wren had convinced the solicitor to drop the charge to a reckless driving. Unbelievavble! I went from thinking I was going to jail to not even losing my license within a matter of hours, all because of Mr. Wren. Mr. Wren is wise beyond his years and acts and works as if he has been doing this for decades. I would recommend him to anyone. Emily (aka "Sandy") Bair is a woman of immense intellect, with the determination to do her best for her client. She is a woman of few words, but every word she speaks counts. She will never ramble on either in her office or in court. Judges respect that. Her preparation is meticulous. She will cut you off if you rattle on, to remind you that you are paying her to hear you vent, and that there are cheaper people to vent to.
My case had been going on for seven years when she took it over. I had just been through a hearing using another attorney. Having already been found in contempt, I hired Sandy Bair who appealed part of the court order and convinced the court to reduce my penalties as the action giving rise to the contempt had been performed by me immediately following and in accord with the specific and express legal advice of my former attorney.
Ms. Bair is now handling my QDRO/pension problems as my divorce was in 2004 and I still have not received the pension benefits I was awarded in the divorce. QDRO's are a very specific part of the law that is very complicated. She has done much legal research in that area and is very well-versed in the particulars of QDROs.
If you are looking for sweet and chatty, don't hire Sandy. If you are looking for an intelligent, experienced, straight-talking, hard-working, honest lawyer who can cut through legal BS- she is all that. I also think she is a female lawyer that men would be comfortable hiring.

My ex-wife tried hard to litigate numerous extraneous issues, engage in abusive discovery and take unnecessary depositions.
