Emily (aka "Sandy") Bair is a woman of immense intellect, with the determination to do her best for her client. She is a woman of few words, but every word she speaks counts. She will never ramble on either in her office or in court. Judges respect that. Her preparation is meticulous. She will cut you off if you rattle on, to remind you that you are paying her to hear you vent, and that there are cheaper people to vent to.
My case had been going on for seven years when she took it over. I had just been through a hearing using another attorney. Having already been found in contempt, I hired Sandy Bair who appealed part of the court order and convinced the court to reduce my penalties as the action giving rise to the contempt had been performed by me immediately following and in accord with the specific and express legal advice of my former attorney.
Ms. Bair is now handling my QDRO/pension problems as my divorce was in 2004 and I still have not received the pension benefits I was awarded in the divorce. QDRO's are a very specific part of the law that is very complicated. She has done much legal research in that area and is very well-versed in the particulars of QDROs.
If you are looking for sweet and chatty, don't hire Sandy. If you are looking for an intelligent, experienced, straight-talking, hard-working, honest lawyer who can cut through legal BS- she is all that. I also think she is a female lawyer that men would be comfortable hiring.

Ms. Bair handled a very contentious divorce case and subsequent alimony modification action for me. My ex-wife tried hard to litigate numerous extraneous issues, engage in abusive discovery and take unnecessary depositions. I am an attorney myself, and she worked to avoid inflaming a hostile plaintiff and move the case to a settlement. She is known for those skills.

I retained Sana as my attorney in my child custody case for my three kids. My divorce lawyer (in another state) did nothing but rack up my bill and cost me at every turn, while doing very little for me. Sana however did an absolutely fantastic job of keeping me informed and on track, helping me to make the right decisions when I wasn’t clear. She was able to not only help me navigate around an ex wife who is less than agreeable, but ultimately won me full custody of my kids as well.
To say she helped me is an understatement. She didn’t just help me, and she wasn’t just an attorney. She was able to see through a lot of the fog that was thrown our way, and helped me achieve something I never thought possible.
From my experience not all attorneys are equal, and from what I’ve seen Sana is by far better than any attorney I’ve ever dealt with.
I would and do, highly recommend her.

Sana went above and beyond. She will get you ready and will test your arguments to help you know what you are up against. Sana cares. Even if the case seemed to be easily won, she showed up over-prepared and ready to go against any plausible argument. Sana continues to handle my case with poise and professionalism. This Attorney was great! My case did not necessarily turn out the way I wanted but that certainly did not negate the incredible service I received from this attorney. There were a few things I did not agree with in the outcome but it's still overall worked out. After working with this attorney, I am confident that I would secure his services if ever needed again. He was the first and the only attorney to truly hear me out and see that I had sincere and valid concerns, and it was his perception and his ability to hear those things that helped me gain ground in many of the areas within the case. My lawyer was first rate. She help me put a stop to a lot of the little game my ex was playing. She fought hard and embarrassed my ex and her lawyer. Make my ex admit that i wasnt fighting for revenge but the right to see my daughter. Using they other lawyers claims and evdince against them. Needless to say i still had a field day not bc i watch my ex stuggle... Ok maybe a little bit; yet it was mostly the way my lawyer handle the case. She never let the ball drop while in court or helping me.

I consulted with Ms. Sadler regarding a commercial lease that I needed help negotiating. She went over the lease with me and pointed out areas that had I signed the lease would have been a very bad mistake for my company. She negotiated on my behalf and edited the lease to make the terms for fair. Ms. Sadler was available and her fees were very reasonable. She was willing to work within our budget.

Mr. Cooper is smart and trustworthy. I have used him several times for different matters. He is very thorough and very competent. There were times when I did not like what he had to say, and one time I thought he was being too cautious about a contract and I wanted to hurry and close the deal. I disregarded his recommendation, but I learned the hard way that I should have listened.
He has represented me a number of times and has represented friends I referred to him for things from business problems, divorce, custody, accidents, wrongful death etc. and always got excellent results. I highly recommend him.

Attorney Luther knows the law and quotes the case laws like the back of her hand. She is extremely knowledgeable, organized and thorough. I was facing the option of having to appeal a ruling or petitioning for the judge to vacate their ruling and grant a new case. In my case, the judge imediately vacated their ruling and granted a new case. Attorney Luther did more than I thought was possible. She was realistic with me about my options and the potential outcomes and I felt confident having her on my team. She was effective in arguing my case after only having a short amount of time to prepare. She located and subpoenad information that my previous attorney did not obtain and appears to be very respected by the courts. She has over 2 decades of experience and I pity the attorney that opposes her if they don't have their work done. I would hire her again and again and again should the need ever arise but hopefully the need doesn't arise.

She is an amazing no nonsense type of lawyer with a great personality and supporting staff to match! Be prepared! You have expectations of her as a lawyer, and she has expectations of you as a client. If you are wanting her to work on your behalf, you need to be able to provide whatever she asks her within the deadline she has given to you
I hired Attorney Luther to handle my child custody/legitimization case. I was sued by my NCP. Both the NCP and I were originally filed as Pro Se until the NCP retained counsel. I didn't think much about retaining counsel due to financial reasons and my supporting documents to substantiate my case. But upon NCP obtaining counsel, the filing changed. My case went from the NCP trying to establish visitation to him wanting to take full custody of our child. I had to retain her at the last minute, and it was one best decisions I made in regards to this legal matter. She IMMEDIATELY went to work on my case! She filed motions within the 2 hours of being retained. With that being said, her 25 years of experience and good reputation with Judges was a determining factor in the judge allowing for a Continuance while I prepare with my attorney; the judge definitely made that known.
Attorney Luther is very upfront and direct and detailed. She works very hard for you but she also expects the same from her client. As a client, help her to help you! Communicate thoroughly your needs, wants and expectations and she will be very honest with you and work hard to achieve the requests of her clients.
She came to court prepared and ready! Every time opposing counsel tried to submit evidence that was not reviewed, lead a witness or imply negligent wrongdoing without supporting documentation and proof - Attorney Luther was on point to stop the opposing counsel dead in their tracks! I was very proud of her performance in Court and the overall outcome of the case. Her opening and closing arguments were phenomenal. The way she thoroughly questioned the witnesses and opposing parties were impressive.
My advice: Be prepared! You have expectations of her as a lawyer, and she has expectations of you as a client. If you are wanting her to work on your behalf, you need to be able to provide whatever she asks her within the deadline she has given to you. I had retained her at truly the last minute possible and therefore I had to beat feet and get her everything within a very tight deadline. But because I am thorough and detailed myself, I brought most of that information with me when I retained her. But I still had more to do. She explained that her deadlines are to allow her and her staff time to comply with her deadlines to file motions and submit requests and such with the court.
There is nothing negative that I can say about Attorney Luther or her staff. I would recommend her to anyone! I know that if I never hired her, that my case would not have come out the way that it did.

I got myself into some trouble and was sure that I would find myself in prison. I was referred to Stacy through a friend and was hesitant at first because she seemed to be a family attorney and was from a different county. My significant other (SO) and I started a pre-nup using an online webform, and per GA law, I sought an attorney to review on my behalf.
During my initial consultation with Ms. Crittenden, she was very positive about the effort we were making and she listened to all of my concerns and questions. All of my questions and concerns were addressed in a very straightforward manner, with simple language, using examples to illustrate the point. This made it easy for me to share the ramifications of the web template language with my SO and for us to work through what we intended the document to say.
We ultimately hired Ms. Crittenden to reword the pre-nup based a document where we identified our intent and wishes. When my SO's attorney reviewed the document there were only minor updates to be made.
Ms. Crittenden made what could potentially be a difficult process easy! I would return to Ms. Crittenden for assistance - I trust her judgement and ability to help carry out my wishes!

I met with Mrs. Crittenden, following a referral from a lawyer friend of mine that practices in another field. I was being brought back to court for a change in custody and child support. I met with Mrs. Crittenden for the initial appointment and was very impressed with the help that she offered, even prior to my agreement to retain her services. She has her heart in the right place and eventually, I had to admit that I could not afford her (very reasonable) retainer. She was able to offer several payment options, which also did not fit my current (limited) budget. However, she did provide very helpful advice around filing my initial response to the court on my own, so that I had more time to find an attorney that did fit my budget. I cannot say enough positive things about Mrs. Crittenden. I felt that she understood the importance of the continuation of my role in my child's life, especially as the NCP (Dad). I would recommend her to anyone - and I also feel that if I had been able to find a way to pay her reasonable retainer, I would have been very pleased with the outcome. Instead, I found an attorney that was willing to work within my budget. While the other attorney's services were appropriate, I feel that Mrs. Crittenden would have been a more present and qualified advocate for my rights. I do have a stack of her cards and hand them out to others that can benefit from her services. If I ever require the services of a family attorney again, I have no doubt that I will return to Mrs. Crittenden.

Alice is not only up to speed on case law and how the system works, but she is experienced in how to navigate the overall process. She represented me on a very contentious divorce case and kept me focused on the overall picture and what was best for the child involved. I greatly appreciated her honest assessment of issues and her candid feedback. She is very practical and will give you both sides of every argument which allowed me to be prepared for any outcome or defense tactic. She deeply cares about her clients and helping them through the divorce process. I would say that Alice is a full-service attorney and will see that all your needs are met or resolved as best as can be. She will stay focused on your needs and also excelled at focusing on the needs of my child. She would work with both my therapist, my child's therapist and the co-parenting adviser to make sure all parties were up to speed on developments and parenting guidelines. Jill and her team are very good at what they do. I went through a divorce from multiple states away never stepping foot in GA. Everything was completed in a very timely fashion and Jill was there every step of the way. I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process even though we only communicated via email and phone calls. I would recommend Jill and her team you anyone. Even after everything was completed Jill still answers the occasional question in a very timely manner even though she doesnt have to. Thank you so very much Jill as well as to your team. Ms. Robinson has been a joy to work with. Thru all the confusing and upsetting things of a custody case, she has been reassuring, present, and knowledgeable. Attorney Elder actually listened! I have consulted a few attorneys in my child support matter and they seem to never listen. This kind of law can be heated and ordinarily has lots of innuendo and emotions that go hand-in-hand with the cases. Other attorneys were detached and didn't effectively represent or fight for what I wanted. With Attorney Elder I truly feel like I have an advocate because she represented my specific needs!

Barry was referenced to me for his legal knowledge and temperament. He was my second lawyer (make a change if it does not feel like your lawyer is on your team!) for divorce and was the perfect fit, as it is important for there to be a good level of understanding. This person is critical to your life and future lives of your children, post-divorce.
Barry listened to my endless jabbering, but at a point he educated me on what was critical and what was a complete waste of time. He was so right on many occasions, it was not even funny. In mediation, he even called what would be happening before it happened VERBATIM!!! Listen to this advisor - he is the real deal and he gives a sh-- about his clients. Don't waste time on crap he says is a waste of time (and often money). Relax a bit - I know it is hard to believe for some, like me.
Reasonably available during the paperwork process, but 100% available when it really matters (when the iron was hot).
Good man and lawyer. I recommend highly.
