First and foremost Samantha is so amazing. My sons mom relapseed on prescription meds. She was and is in complete denial to this day. We were never married. We opened the case June 9th of 2022. It took several court dates. Samantha has walked me through domestic violence, restraining orders, ex parte, three different Child custody investigations and Trail. When this all started we were 50/50 custody. At that time I had child support which I payed close to 1300.00 a month. Roughly a year later we went back into court because my sons mom was saying she was going to kill her self and that she was going to take are son with her! We head back to court roughly two days later. I received temporary full custody and she got supervised visits 3 times a week. Today is June 22, 2024 I Now have been to trail and i received full custody have are son. Are son is able to see mom three times a week that's if she show up to the facility. Samantha is incredibly fare when it comes to only stating facts and show prove to back it up is ideal. Her paper work is very very intense and is probably one of best at it as far as im concerned. Her communcation skills are very very good. If I asked a question generally within a few hours I got a clear answer. When we would have a court date I had sometimes lots of work to do on end. Looking for bank statements etc. Was not that hard because she kept me organized and she is very organized. She even had dead lines for me. I had so many things happening every week with my ex she pushed me to write in a journal. I do it to the day still which is extremely important. I was never once promised that something would happen in court. I was giving the worst out come and best outcome going into court every time. I personally got the best every time. I would never think about calling a different lawyer. I felt so comfortable with her that I had my moments and would cry. I no longer see Samantha as my lawyer I see Samantha as good friend. Not really sure what I would have done out her on my side of the street. You cannot go wrong with Samantha she is the best in Orange County. Take her advice and do what she says to do even if you don't want to. Im forever grateful. Kevin

Sherry is very capable and dependable. She stood with me for a very long and challenging probation grant. She never ever didn't return a call promptly. Mr. Randy Medina was very professional and really knowable in regards to child custody and moving orders. He was very detailed in explaining what could happen if the decision was to go one way or the other. He made sure we understood what we were getting ourselves into.
One of the biggest attributes we loved from Randy was his research of the many previous cases that has happened and utilizing those examples to your specific case. During our court hearing for our final decision, we loved that he walked us through our stressful experience and really explained why this process would be best for our case. We actually learned a lot from him during our moving order.

David worked in collaboration with Preston on the negotiations of my Marital Settlement agreement (when it became evident that I wouldn't be able to continue the divorce process on my own) all the way until the filed-endorsed copies of the Judgment arrived and the transactions of assets agreed uponwere completed.
The process of finding a lawyer in such a difficult personal time was very overwhelming, I talked with a couple more divorce lawyers before contacting the FKK&B LLP firm and I will forever be grateful for having been able to hire their service.
They were very patient with me when explaining my options, their ability to use hard cold facts to negotiate with opposing counsel was always on point and effective, their attention to detail, fast and clear communication to resolve my doubts (not just from them but from the Paralegal, Julia Morris) allowed me to maintain my peace of mind and stay focused on protecting my assets the best possible way, without doing any rushed actions. It took us about 10 months to fully settle and sign the agreement, I know that it would had taken me way longer if I'd attempted to negotiate on my own, I couldn't have done it without them.
I think they did a terrific job, you're in good hands with this team, would recommend them any day.

David and his team did an excellent job representing me in my divorce. I was a client who came with experience working with other lawyers and working in Pro Per.
From the start David told me upfront that he’s more expensive than other lawyers. I had been going through the divorce process for almost 4 years at that time and had tried going the inexpensive route both in Pro Per and working with an attorney who had a lower hourly rate. Working In Pro Per was saving me money but I soon found out there was more at risk than what I thought. While working with an inexpensive lawyer, let’s just say you get what you pay for.
David himself is very articulate, punctual and professional. He knows the law and also leverages the intellectual capital of his colleagues to make sure your case has been reviewed from multiple angles. Though I may have paid more for David and his team on an hourly rate than I could have elsewhere, I feel that it was more than worth it due to the peace of mind they gave me, and they were able to accomplish more in 6 months than what an inexpensive lawyer did in 1.5 years at the same total cost.
David’s team works great together. They communicate very well both with each other and with me, the client. All three of them made me feel that mine was the only case they were working on and the only way you would know this wasn’t the case is when they were in court representing someone else.
I have no reservations recommending David and his team. I spent many hours interviewing numerous attorneys, as I’m sure most of you who are reading this will. I highly recommend David and his team; you’ll be in good hands.

Christopher Abernathy did an amazing job at handling my complex divorce case. Our case was not a straight forward one and was one that took a lot of finesse. Compared to previous lawyers we noticed the following:
1) We did not have charges "run up" for no reason as we experienced at other firms.
2) Mr. Abernathy was very accessible and his staff was on top of everything. We did not feel like we had to constantly follow up to make sure things were done on time.
3) Lastly, Mr. Abernathy is very well respected and 1000% knows the law and the best approach to cases.
We literally walked in to trial not particularly optimistic given our past history with my ex, who often got their way from smear campaigns and lying, and the challenge of getting the court to "disrupt status quo". We walked out with basically what we wanted (and most importantly what was best for the children).
Best decision ever to switch to Mr. Abernathy's firm.

I hired Amy Lopez for a Divorce, Child Custody and
Ex Parte Orders. I needed a Temporary emergency (ex parte) order because my ex-wife was unstable and on drugs and left in the middle of the night with my two daughters to a different County 5 hours away. Last year my sister in law was having a hard time because she was going through a divorce. We made appointments with many lawyers to help us and guide us thorough this hard journey. All the lawyers asked us that they charge $5,000 and how are you going to pay me. I was in a MVA and i didn't have any car insurance. I called many firms and Jennifer was the only one that would take my case. I also mentioned to Jennifer that a part of my body was injured and I would need great future medical expenses, which I thought was a long shot. I realized my case was very difficult given my circumstances, but Jennifer accepted my case nevertheless and she advised me the best options I had. I had work and i needed time to find a doctor but Jennifer waited patiently. To my surprise Jennifer was excellent at negotiating and she got me a wonderful settlement amount despite my circumstances, and I believe this is the best possible outcome there could be. I could not thank Jennifer enough. To those of you reading my review, my advise is that many 'big firms' spend big bucks on advertisement and in the end customers are the ones paying for it. Big firms also hire paralegals and assistants at low cost to do all the work (including negotiation), and the 'real lawyer' would only talk to you on the phone for 10 minutes on the day you call, so do not expect to receive professional service and care. Jennifer doesn't spend much on ads, she trusted me and showed me that she cared about me and my wellbeing instead of just making a profit. She also addressed my concerns promptly and patiently and it meant a lot to me. Her kindness, not just her skills, makes her an extraordinary lawyer. I hope more people find and hire her as she deserves more business and us customers deserve great services that her firm provides. We just finished the Jury Trial yesterday 02/08/2024. We won a $20.71M judgement. The jury found in favor of us the plaintiffs in EVERY count of allegations plus we got 100% of what we ask for in punitive damages.
It was a fraud case our company got defrauded. Mr. Brown took over the case on fifth month after the first complaint was filed. The first thing he did was write up an new complaint which made everything SUPER CLEAR. This is the MOST important thing you want to keep up in a lawsuit - KEEP EVERYTHING CLEAR & COMPREHENSIVE or NEVER CAUSE ANY CONFUSIONS for the Judge or the Jurors.
Mr. Brown was crushing the defendant’s attorneys. He kept our allegations/story CLEAR & SIMPLE. Why this happened, how did it happened, who was involved and ALL evidence to support your claims. That’s really all you need to win a trial.
You will never understand how important it is to keep things CLEAR before you actually attend a jury trial. Because at the trial, the defendant will do everything they could to cause confusions to the jurors, these “confusions” could potentially turn into your disadvantages which also could create challenges to the authenticity of your story factual background.
Mr. Brown has done an incredible and amazing job keeping our lawsuit CLEAR. I want to say even a young kid could understand what happen listening to his opening statement and closing arguments. And the truth is the jurors didn’t even bother spending the time going back and forth, because everything is so clear they understand what happened, they have all the evidence they want to see lined up clear and logical to support the facts.
If it wasn’t Mr. Brown, we would have a lot more challenges in our case. The other side is a fraudster, and fraudster often “lie” try to cause confusions to the jurors. Mr. Brown proved CLEARLY that the other side is a liar and 100% NOT credible. He proved it by pinning the defendant to his lie and use
evidence to prove he lied.
If any of you are victims of fraud, in harm of any breach of contract, or suffered damages from any business or personal wrongful conduct. You want to consult and hire Mr. Brown as your attorney.
It was a large case for our company and we browsed at minimum 30+ firms before hiring Mr. Brown. The result of this trial proved we made the right choice. He’s so logical and he doesn’t waste a second on “arguing”. He knows the game he knows what is the RIGHT approach to win. Because every lawsuit is different. You need Mr. Brown who is able to identify the merit of the case, and understand the insights.
Again, the worst thing you want to do or the stupidest thing you could do is to cause confusions at the court. The other side will always want to bring up nonsense arguments. You don’t need to jump into their “trap” arguing back and forth. Because the more you argue about nonsense, the weaker you are at trial even you have a strong case. All you need to do is have Mr. Brown prove to the jury this is nonsense and everyone inside the court room will understand what kind of game the other side is trying to play.
