What could easily have been the most challenging times of my life wasn’t thanks to services provided by Eric and Blanca.
I was 3 months into a separation that led to a child custody case when I suffered an injury at work. Initially I was diagnosed with a contusion by Concentra, the clinic working for my employer, I was given Tylenol and released back to work. Anxiety took hold of me like never before. In one hand, the only thing in life I knew to do was work, thinking I have no choice but to return due to the expenses of my child custody case. On the other hand, I knew there was something wrong, so much more than a “contusion,” and I have a responsibility to keep myself healthy for my son/daughter. Days after I was referred to Eric Gritz, I made the call and kept my appointment. Soon after (one week or so) I began to receive temporary disability payouts from my employers insurance company and was referred to doctors who had my best interest in mind (turns out I had fractures in my lumbar). Thanks to Eric and Blanca I was able to focus on my recovery and remained financially stable to support my family and child custody case (in which I was granted custody of my children).
Needless to say, I recommend you call.
I did, nothing went wrong and there could have been no better outcome for my situation. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Kathryn helped administer my mom's estate with the utmost professionalism, patience, and warmth. After my mom died last year, I had no idea what to do about her estate, of which I was a trustee. I went to the large law firm which originally drew up her trust, only to find that they were going to charge me a criminal amount for a processing this relatively straightforward trust. After starting work with them, I realized I had to switch, which was painful because I didn't want this to be more complicated than it needed to be. Kathryn was recommended to me by a friend, and not only did she complete the work much more efficiently for a reasonable fee, but she took the time to explain different aspects of the estate which confused me, and recommended certain decisions, whereas the big law firm and the banks I was dealing with did no such thing. None of them could answer questions like "What do people normally do with an inherited IRA?" whereas Kathryn could. Highly recommended!

She prepared my living trust to provide protection for my children. She explained the options and gave suggestions that I had not thought about for my circumstances. She did not rush me if I asked multiple questions and made sure I understood everything. Also, she explained it in language I could understand, without the legal jargon. Matthew Briggs is a respectable lawyer building a solid practice in Marin. I got in contact with Matthew after attempting to resolve my custody issue for more than two years talking with my ex and several rounds of mediation. It had been extremely difficult and I was discouraged, stressed, financially strained, and more afraid than I can summarize.
Matthew was honest, professional, and kind. He got to know my situation thoroughly, let me know my options and possible outcomes, and never made unrealistic promises. Mr. Mallicoat is a knowledgeable lawyer who attempted to help my wife and I with saving her Father's house from foreclosure. My Father-in-Law was preyed upon by a "foreclosure-prevention firm" and lost thousands before I spoke with Mr. Mallicoat. We were able to prevent this "firm" from scamming my Father-in-Law out of further money after speaking with Mr. Mallicoat. Unfortunately, we did up losing the house to foreclosure because the process was far too advanced before I got Mr. Mallicoat involved. Even still, I would recommend Mr. Mallicoat for his caring, knowledgeable, and practical help in legal matters.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Anthony through a free consultation. He was very informative and was able to explain legal terms to me in a way that I was able to understand. I received documents about a securities investment from a real estate developer. I wasn't fully knowledgeable about the terms and agreements that the documents entailed. I paid him $5000. Once he received the money he was MIA more often than not. His receptionist gave one excuse after another and would tell me that I had exceeded "talk time" provided by the retainer although my records indicated otherwise. On the few occasions that I was able to speak with him he claimed he had Covid or RSV. I later heard this was one of his standard excuses.
