She was truly amazing! EDIT AFTER OWNER PATHETIC RESPONSE: I am reviewing the right person. This is Madan that had his license suspended in 2005. He failed to submit immigration paperwork for a client and the client got deported. Another client didn’t get his immigration paperwork approved and Madan failed to update his client on his immigrant status. Madan was defending someone that wanted to pay less child support, Madan submitted paperwork asking for a 14y/o take take care of 2 young children 50hrs/week while also attending HS all so his client will pay less, his client ended up paying MORE than when he went in lol. There are MANY cases of malpractice by this guy and I refuse to let him gaslight or bully me into believing this isn’t the same guy. Just recently a former client of his found a new legal team because Madan is INCOMPETENT and SHADY.
PLEASE DO RESEARCH ON THIS GUY. He lost his license for a year for malpractice AND he had a DV (Domestic Violence) case against him! He’s definitely also a traditional guy. So if you or your loved ones identify as LGBTQ+, please RUN FAR AWAY FROM HIM. There is an evil aura to him and you can just see the $$ signs on his eyes. This guy definitely protects/is on the side of defendants. If you know you’re a good person with no ill intentions, please find yourself someone else. This guys SHOULD NOT HAVE A LICENSE TO PRACTICE.

We have a crazy neighbor who thought it would be good idea to file a restraining order against us because she just didn’t like us. It was really scary to have someone that crazy seeking legal action against us, and I’ve never been to court in my entire life.
Andrea handled this complex and emotionally charged case with grace and intelligence and calm. She reassured us and kept us calm as she prepared us.
We ultimately had the request for restraining orders dismissed AND she prevailed in a motion to have our attorney fees paid by the crazy neighbor.
From a legal perspective, we could not have asked for a better outcome! Would I hire her again? 100%! We are so grateful for her and for her being so well prepared.

this attorney was completely usless in defending me as a 4th dui case in 10yrs. The CHP police report stated I was doing 96 mph on the freeway which is a false statement. I religiously use my cruise control and was using it on the night I was arrested for a dui. I was held down by force by two officers to take my blood. Mr Stotter stated to me that he would keep me out of prison which was a not true. I was sentenced to 2 years in state prison, back in 2010. My Stotter was useless in my case!! Mr Stotter did not, proceed in my case with a complete investigation of the details of my charges. Best you find a good attorney who can represent you further!!

I was in a bad car accident four years ago. Unfortunately it put me in the trauma center when returning home from the hospital I felt lost and confused. I was on pain meds and I could hardly walk.
