I called this attorney today due to a problem of a neighbors pipes flooding my back yard which prevents me from re establishing my garden. I have not been home in 11 years and want to grow food. This attorney was not able to help me since he doesn't do litigation anymore. However he gave me good advice, some suggestions to start with, and I can't tell you how much of his kindness came through in just one brief phone call. This man clearly has integrity.

I would recommend the Modern Divorce Mediation to anyone getting divorced. I worked with family law attorney Kristina Kell and she was able to get us to a settlement when nothing I had tried in the past worked with my ex. I am most fortunate to find a wonderful, compassionate and experienced attorney as Shari Anhalt !
Although my case should have been simple, the other parties attorney deployed several unorthodox methods.These included submitting complex case law that did not apply, property liens, a subpoena, continuances, and requesting a new judge.
Shari stood steadfast during these events, researched case law, advised me and fired back with legitimate issues during these frustrating times.
After eight months, I get a call from the ex. She said “You have a very good attorney”. I said “I know”. At that point, she agreed to withdrawal all claims and pay my fees.
Thanks to Shari, Minh and Samar, I can now move on with life in retirement. Shari conducts business very thoroughly, and with ease and efficiency. I am more than pleased with the results she achieved! My highest recommendation!

My experience with Shari and the entire team was GREAT! My dad only speaks Spanish and we were desperate for a lawyer. The first meting we had with her my dad knew she was the one. She explained everything to me and I translated. My dad always had questions that Shari always had an answer to. The language barrier was never a problem because she knew what my dad wanted. Dawn Delia is the best tax attorney you'll find! I'm so grateful for her help with my small tax issue. I just needed a payment plan and was too scared to call the IRS. She advised me to set up a payment plan on the IRS website to save money, but I still wanted to hire her. She agreed and quickly got it done. Even though my case was small, she treated me like an important client. She's a wonderful person!

Divorce is tough and there are so many attorneys out there that it makes picking one challenging. Found this law firm from several friends who have used them and they were all very happy with their work. I really appreciated their communication throughout the process and their ability to get back to you quickly when you have questions. Not every firm is like that. Billing was straight forward and they did a great job being financial responsible with my case. Professional and knowledgeable, I would have no problem hiring again or recommending to family and friends.
