Keith Karnes with Peak Partners Lawfirm is great. I’ve known him from the time he was a prosecutor at the Pueblo County DA’s Office to when he went into private practice several years ago. I just hired him as my lawyer in an ongoing custody dispute I was going

Jarrod routinely checked in, nearly every week, even when there wasn’t much transpiring in the case due to the opposing counsel dragging their feet. Pueblo PD arrested me and hit me with a litany of firearms and burglary charges that I absolutely did not commit. All the charges added up to over 20 years in prison if convicted. I bonded out and called Rodemer and Kane immediately. With their help, 6 months later they dropped the charges and plead down to a criminal trespass. 6 months probation and a little community service. Hopefully I never need an attorney again, but if I did, I will be hiring them again

I was in a situation of having to cold call attorneys 10 states away and I was very uncertain about any groups as I really didn't have a way to get referrals from any one about their experience, but I got lucky and obtained the services of the Business Law Group - with attorney Mason Simpson. Boy did I get lucky. Mason, while having experience with large corporations, mega wealthy, influential people come to find out later, he never made me feel as if my issue was small or that I wasn't worth his time. He limited attorney time/fees the best he could and continued to update me on developments and worked with other co-defendants even making great suggestions to the judge when we were in a situation that ended up in mediation. He's a brilliant guy but doesn't mind watering things down to the regular person. I also felt something that it not necessarily in the legal system - and that is he wasn't into gamesmanship but rather did what was "right". I highly recommend him to anyone without reservation and I know that Colorado Springs has no idea the gem that plopped back there after a long stint in New York City. Hopefully I won't be in need of an attorney again (especially 10 states away), but if I did, I would hire Mason Simpson again - his paralegal and folks at his firm were also professional, helpful and did their jobs with excellence.

Jesse was amazing to work with. I was faced with a frivolous protection order case and I had no idea what to expect with any of it. From day one, Jesse explained all processes to me so that I would have a clear understanding as to what was expected of me. He took the time quite often to answer any and all questions I had, whether they were irrelevant questions or not. When the time came, he fought to get the case dismissed with prejudice and not have it go to hearing although he was more than prepared to go to hearing. I am extremely grateful for Jesse's help with this whole ordeal and I am glad I can finally put it all behind me.

I had a contentious divorce case, followed by unending harassment from my ex-spouse. Things went south from there, and I filed for a temporary protection order. At that point, Mr. Feinsod entered my case and provided guidance and helped me gather enough evidence to end up winning my case. The court granted my permanent protection order.
Mr. Feinsod was always professional and sympathetic to my situation and well known to the court and advocates. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a permanent protection order.
