I am deeply disappointed with the service I received from Moran, Allen and Associates, specifically from Michael Allen. I sought their assistance during one of the most vulnerable and traumatic times in my life as a victim of domestic violence, only to be met with insensitivity, lack of preparation, and poor communication.
During a critical phone call, Michael began the conversation by dismissively stating, “I do not see abuse here, maybe just him being rude,” despite clear evidence of threats, physical harm, and audio recordings of my abuser threatening violence. This statement was not only disheartening but also invalidating. It was clear that my evidence was not reviewed beforehand, which left me feeling blindsided and unsupported.
Additionally, Michael requested that I rewrite important documents due to formatting issues and made comments about his communication style, admitting, “I’ve been told I don’t always say things the right way.” As a victim of domestic violence, I expected empathy and professionalism—qualities that were severely lacking.
To make matters worse, only days before my Temporary Protection Order (TPO) hearing, the firm informed me they had a conflict of interest and could no longer represent me. This is something that should have been identified at the outset, not at such a critical time. Their mishandling of my case added unnecessary stress and jeopardized my ability to feel protected.
I share this review to warn others who may be in similar vulnerable situations. Victims deserve lawyers who will advocate for them with care, respect, and competence. My experience with this firm did not meet those standards, and I hope they address these issues to better serve others in the future.

These lawyers are not for the faint of heart. If you are easily offended go somewhere else. However, they are straight shooters and tell you like it is. They don’t coddle you. On the flip side I probably wasn’t the easiest client lol! With that being said they didn’t lead me astray. I listened to their advice all the way through my divorce and child custody proceedings. They had great great advice on ways to get ahead of things. The only thing I think they could work in is communication. I felt out of the loop on things at times. Maybe that was because I’ve never had to do anything like this before and no clue what the process was and they’ve done this for so long that they assume clients have certain knowledge. In the end I got everything I wanted and a little extra. Thank you guys so much!

I was not sure what to expect. I didn’t know if their purposed consultation time would enough time. All my notes were taken by an assistant and given to the legal councilor before our conversation so the lawyer was already up to speed when we talked for the first time. I really think their system is refined by their experience and it shows that it’s designed to best help those seeking advice.
Sidney was so kind. Very great at explaining and educating me of my rights and what I can expect in various outcomes. So I may plan my next move with thought and strategy. Jesse was amazing to work with. I was faced with a frivolous protection order case and I had no idea what to expect with any of it. From day one, Jesse explained all processes to me so that I would have a clear understanding as to what was expected of me. He took the time quite often to answer any and all questions I had, whether they were irrelevant questions or not. When the time came, he fought to get the case dismissed with prejudice and not have it go to hearing although he was more than prepared to go to hearing. I am extremely grateful for Jesse's help with this whole ordeal and I am glad I can finally put it all behind me.

I had a contentious divorce case, followed by unending harassment from my ex-spouse. Things went south from there, and I filed for a temporary protection order. At that point, Mr. Feinsod entered my case and provided guidance and helped me gather enough evidence to end up winning my case. The court granted my permanent protection order.
Mr. Feinsod was always professional and sympathetic to my situation and well known to the court and advocates. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a permanent protection order.

I came to Andrew Bryant last year after dealing with a chaotic separation. I had two children with my ex and she had made my life extremely difficult with communication, scheduling, doctor appointments, schooling and multiple other issues.
Heather took me as a client and immediately my life got easier, she communicated with my ex during the entire process and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible.
She was extremely professional and got me fully prepared for trial. She walked us through each step we were going to take during the trial and eased us through the entire situation.
By the end of the trial the judge removed all my child support obligations and gave me full 50/50 rights.
Since the case she has checked in with us multiple times and made sure everything is still running smoothly, which it is! The last 5 months since the trial have been so much easier dealing with my ex now that everything is set in stone.
We are very happy with all the work Heather and the the team at Andrew Bryant did for us!
10/10 would definitely recommend!

My name is Rachel Newton. In January 2024 I hired Heather Atkinson to represent me in my child custody case. Heather and Donna (paralegal) were wonderful representation. I knew they cared about myself and my case. Opposing council, representing the other party, was Greg Maceau. In about August 2024, Heather contacted me to let me know that Mr. Maceau would be moving over to Andrew Bryant’s law firm, and that it would be ok because there would be a “Chinese wall” implemented so Mr. Maceau would not have access to my case. My trial was set for October 2024, and two days prior to trial, Ms. Atkinson was disqualified as representing me as my lawyer because Andrew Bryant had hired Mr. Maceau to his law firm. Andrew Bryant and Mr. Maceau had told Ms. Atkinson this was ok, but upon reviewing rule, did not obtain the other party’s signature saying it was ok for Ms. Atkinson to continue to represent me after Mr. Maceau moved to the law firm. Ms. Atkinson called to apologize about the situation, and I had to find and retain a new lawyer, my trial date canceled and postponed. Obviously this was very distressing after already waiting for 10 months to go to trial, and spending a lot of money and time. Andrew Bryant could have waited two months to hire Mr. Maceau. He could have notified me that I needed to find a new lawyer prior to paying his lawyers to prep for my trial. Andrew Bryant never called me, tried to remediate the situation, or provide me assistance, even though this occurred because of his negligence and oversight. All I got was an invoice for $5k for my attorney and paralegal prepping for trial, and then turned around and had to pay another $5k retainer to hire a new attorney. Not to mention the lawyer fees that have accrued for the new lawyer to set a new trial date, have a new status conference hearing, prep for trial, etc. etc. While I would always recommend Heather and Donna as representation, I do not think it is the best idea to hire Andrew Bryant as your representing law firm. It might just cost you an extra $15k to your lawyer fees.

My sister has came to this attorney and asked him for help and this attorney has done nothing for them but cause her anxiety stress and pain he does not do his job well and he is financially made us struggle and taken at least $50,000 in debt this attorney does not answer calls does not answer emails and will not respond to anything and charging my sister more than what she has to offer this attorney is no longer a legal team but a burden on my family I have sat back and watched and I do not like what I see or would I hear when an attorney is taking advantage of my sister and her trying to get the divorce settled he is not doing her job Catherine Ford............

Mark Galler lost $90k of my money. He told me that my witness did not show up over phone or in person, but he was on the phone waiting for over 2 hours. I felt like Mark Galler and the other party had too much coordination in the courtroom for someone who wasn't represented, and when I asked for the communication record, I was told I'd need to pay for it too. They knew full well that they had taken all my money and had the audacity to tell me I needed to pay more to them to find evidence of collusion.

Full disclosure, I couldn't afford them. But they tried working with me and came up with many ways to try and help me. Even when I wasn't being responsive Arra would call and text me with new ideas to help and sometimes just to make sure I was ok. I am very disturbed with unethical manner in which my family was "represented " for lack of a better term. I would suggest not paying upfront because then the job is already done with nothing left to work for. Very disheartening for the amount of money and stress. I was married for 15 years at the time the divorce was finalized. I was blindsided by my ex-wife's choice when I got the paperwork served to me. I was heartbroken and felt like a failure as a husband and more importantly as a father. I had three beautiful kids, an almost 20-year military career, a house/assets, and now a future that was in a limbo of some extreme altering from one person’s decision. It was overwhelming. So many thoughts and feelings flooded my mind and body. I knew I needed help, and quickly, so my response was to find the right people to help me through this process, which started with internet searches, reading testimonials, and making phone calls just like you, which lead me to Jad and Kara. If you are getting divorced, you need an attorney, and arguably, even if you are well-acquainted with the legal arena. I started my divorce without one and soon realized that I needed one, which was one of the two best decisions I made. The second, and of equal weight, was hiring Joseph A. Ditlow (JAD) of Marrison Family Law.
If you don’t know what to look for in an attorney, the internet provides lists of standard characteristics that every good attorney should have. JAD has them all, but let me explain what sets him apart even further:
JAD won’t compromise his integrity or reputation for a client. He careful filtered the information I gave him to ensure I was being honest and thorough, giving him a clear understanding of the coming battle.
Divorces are charged with emotion. It’s easy for a client to think of an attorney as a counselor and lose track of time. Counselors are far less expensive than attorneys. Still, attorneys need a degree of history and relational information for context. JAD was mindful of the clock and my strained budget and masterfully helped me stay on track and task. More so, though, JAD captured the information he needed to understand me and my concerns.
My case took unexpected and somewhat shocking turns and dives that placed enormous and sometimes short-notice demands on assessing how to respond and proceed. JAD remained unshaken, professional, and hugely supportive. His confidence and encouragement was profoundly meaningful and beneficial to me, and his ability to shift gears with speed, accuracy, and clarity exceeded measurable value.
I was sometimes given information I didn’t like, or that I thought was wrong or found unfair. JAD understood and helped me face some facts with candor but grace, even when I responded with a lack of grace myself.
There was a lot of noise in my case, and because there is only so much time in the court room, we had to discern very carefully what really mattered. JAD focused on my desired outcomes while advising me on what was realistic, what should be our priorities, and what risks should be abandoned until we reached an agreement based on what I could live with. In my case, his method and approach was monumentally successful.
There were several things he did that were really the glue that held everything together: uncompromisingly ethical; researching; exhaustively exploring and/or pursuing preferred options with opposing counsel; having flexibility; making connections; really hearing me; checking in on me; being tirelessly attentive and responsive to my case, even after hours; educating me; coaching me on the value of timing and waiting; his own self-discipline; and especially, meeting me where I am based on my world view.
JAD and I were together on my case for a long time. Time can make or break any relationship because it provides the opportunity to really see what someone is made of. I am certain that my case is only quiet for the moment, and not really closed. Therefore, knowing what JAD is made of, we will be working together again, eventually.
I don’t know what JAD’s personal worldview is. He has never volunteered it, and I have never asked. What I do know is this: My worldview prompts me to thank God for him.

Kevin Major is a fantastic person and it translates into his work as a lawyer. When I needed the services of a lawyer, I searched and interviewed many potential candidates. I didn't have a lot of money and I didn't want to hire somebody who was an unfeeling, cutthroat lawyer. Although I didn't want to have to go through the particular situation I was in, I also wasn't interested in destroying the other party. Kevin's approach to my case was exactly the same as mine, and that's why I hired him. In a court system that doesn't always make much sense, filled with sharks and others who want to do you wrong, Kevin rises above the fray and gives a person reason to continue believing in the system. Against ridiculous odds, the outcome of my case was more favorable to me than I could have imagined -- I attribute that to some kind of good karma based on his common sense approach and desire to seek-out right from wrong without wanting to inflict undue harm on any parties. He worked with my financial situation to enable me the time I needed to get on my feet. I am very grateful to Kevin and Christine for the generous effort they provided me and the excellent results. The only law group that I have ever been fully satisfied with. Being innocent helped, but I definitely needed a superior lawyer who knew what they were doing, and I surely got that in Casey Kane. Casey connected me with a polygrapher and a forensics specialist, both of whom were of immense assistance in my case. Casey formerly worked on the prosecution side of the law, so his inside knowledge of the workings of the prosecutor's office is an invaluable asset. Casey is a straightforward, no-nonsense attorney who will tell you what you need to know, not what you want to hear.
Casey is easygoing and open to talking to as a client, but when it comes to court appearances, he wastes no time and will ensure your case is heard as soon as possible. Chris was also an outstanding attorney who was very friendly and easy to talk to. The office assistants were also outstanding. Aaron always made sure that I knew when I had a court date and what I needed to do. If I ever had a question, I knew that I could get hold of Aaron right away, and he would get me the answer as quickly as possible.
Hopefully, you will never need an attorney, but if you do, I cannot recommend this law group enough.

I am very disturbed with unethical manner in which my family was "represented " for lack of a better term. I would suggest not paying upfront because then the job is already done with nothing left to work for. Very disheartening for the amount of money and stress. If I would have stayed with this firm I would not be free right now. I had better luck and support from the public defender.

After I was rear-ended, and the pain in my back began to increase, I didn't know where to turn. I reached out to multiple attorney's offices, because medical bills were mounting.
