I am so thankful to have found Greg Quimby and his team to represent me and in such short notice take on my case. In only 2 weeks before my final court they were on top of my case and made miracles happen. Everyone was so friendly, understanding, and compassionate. I am extremely appreciative of all of them and what they did for me especially because they won my case. I have been a repeat client of this office due to the fact that they are amazing! I have never experienced bad customer service from anyone. Between my husband and I, we have retained Erica for 3 separate cases/incidents. They work hard to make sure you're heard, and Erica and Susan don't let anyone push them around, and nothing slips by them. I REALLY hope to never have to spend money on attorneys again. However, if I do, I will most definitely contact the Law Office of Greg Quimby! I feel like they're family!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars! My husband and I separated a decade ago, we have 3 kids together, my husband hired this law office to represent him to go after split custody, however my husband and I worked things out a week after hiring them and we NEVER went to court, this law firm submitted 1 document for him to the court but we NEVER made it in front of a judge for them to ever represent him. This place then sued my husband for $5k because he signed a document saying he would hire them to represent him, they didn’t care that they never represented him and that we worked things out, all they cared about was the money and don’t truly care about the “best interest of the families they represent” I think that’s beyond messed up they would sue him for what?!?! Till this day my poor husband is still paying on this debt because it has incurred thousands in interest the longer it sits not being fully paid off. We have paid $3000 and still owe over $11,000 for absolutely nothing! By the time they finally get paid off we will have probably paid close to $20k! I would never recommend this law firm to anyone unless you want them to help you destroy your life and put a financial burden on your family.

I was always concerned that when the day came to make a will and medical directive it would not only be emotional, it would also be complicated. While there was an emotional component (considering my death and those I would leave behind), the process itself was not complicated at all. Katherine Reckman represented me in my divorce and she was very fair and steadfast through my proceedings. My ex husband chose very inept representative which derailed his case. In the end, he trusted Katherine to write up our agreement which he eventually signed. Divorce is ugly and stressful and in Colorado, you need someone who can negotiate with the other side to keep the cost down. Katherine did that and was able to do it with empathy. Highly recommended.

She and her paralegal, Traci, held my hand through the process and helped me find a therapist, which ended up being a real life line for me. I'm a big believer now in the collaborative approach, and I ended up spending far less in litigation costs and got through the process quicker than anyone I know in similar circumstances. I can't tell you what a comfort it is to turn the intricacies of your life over to such a compassionate and competent, knowledgeable lawyer. It helped me keep my sanity and wits during the darkest time of my life. I'm on the other side now, and Terri and her firm played a big part in that.

I hired Terri the week before my scheduled mediation, as the previous lawyer dropped the ball significantly and I had to fire him. Terri and her team were incredibly communicative (for example, I have never had to wait longer than 24 hours for a reply), empathetic, knowledgeable, and quick. I had a solid and overwhelmingly positive experience with Carol and I would HIGHLY recommend you interview her for your divorce needs and representation. Some of the words that I would use to accurately describe Carol would be experienced, caring, consistent, professional, courteous, understanding and most of all knowledgeable. I by no means enjoyed the divorce process but can tell you that Carol and her team really kept things on track and took care of all the details. Also, for those of you with children, Carol is very aware of it takes in the eyes of the law to protect and support the little ones and this was one of the things that was very important to me. Carol knows divorce law well and has worked with numerous local divorce lawyers and judges, something I see as a big plus. She had many great ideas for me during my divorce proceedings but also followed my wishes when they differed from her advice. She was well-organized and detail-oriented, good at keeping the case moving, and able to explain legal issues quite clearly. In addition to all that I found her very pleasant to talk to. Dave and Ian turned my case around, albeit over a few years, starting with winning an appeal that had a very low chance of success. They then systematically continued to get small victories of facts and truth over deception and fraud. Eventually things flipped and I was able to turn everything around, for the sake of the kids and their futures as much as my own.

Having no experience in this field at all, I was pretty terrified when I was shown to be at fault for a car accident. The entire team was excellent gave me a lot of information helped me to remain calm, and on the day of Katy in particular went way above and beyond the call of duty to help facilitate me reaching the courthouse on time. I was very impressed on every level with this operation.
Oh, and they significantly reduced the amount of trouble I was going to get into! Well worth the retainer.

Shauna was unreliable in communicating to me. Her interaction style is to repeat herself numerous times, costing the client money. She is ineffective in negotiating. She was not resourceful in developing a plan regarding Probate, making me wonder what her specialty is. Twice, she told me that she would be filing a motion, and never did. This is unacceptable. She is unprofessional, often eating on the phone, needing to assist her daughter or her dog. She is not an effective Probate lawyer.

I contacted Randy for representation in a criminal defense matter in Westminster, he was attentive and personable over the phone, and provided a very reasonable fee structure, so I retained him over the 8 other lawyers that I explained my case to. In the end Randy delivered a Grand Slam win which was a full dismissal of my charge. Honesty, integrity and transparency are hard to come by these days and I believe I received above and beyond that. Not happy at all with replevin spent 4100 bucks with a title for the car and got nickel and dime on every single charge horrible Law Firm 12 bucks for one text message to the lawyer i retained at 2500 dollars then after judgment couldn't help with bond don't use them and left me to figure out my own would stay away

I hired this lawfirm over a restraining order. My lawyer never made an attempt to contact me until I had reached out, the first time I called them and waited a day and no response then I emailed them the following day to get a phone call finally 3 days before court. Then the lawyer called the day before court wanting to meet 15 minutes before the case only to show up 7 minutes late to briefly go over a game plan with me. Very sloppy and unprofessional

Horrible firm! Sold my debt to collection agency that sued me .. I tried to contact them explain situation and my intentions and plans they didn’t care sold it and even then kept charging me monthly fee 18% APR .. yet when I call they say they don’t have anything to do with me anymore and won’t speak to me about statement I have there BUT still continue to charge me …even attorney who helped me left this firm .. horrible unethical money hungry incompetent office
